Why does your company refuse to correct their mechanic's mistakes and not communicate with the unsatisfied customers who are trying to get their issues fixed that were caused by the mechanics that you hire?

I called them and tried to get things resolved. They did not, though I had hopes they would have. So, I guess it might depend how expensive the fix is or some other logic that I can't decipher. They could still call me...but I doubt they will since they didn't responds to the BBB complaint.

Kyle D, you only used them for an oil change! Whatever you said about your "friend" having issues being fixed on the spot is hearsay! sitejabber should be deleting your useless comments.

Not gonna lie, these reviews make me not want to schedule an appointment. Especially since there is not a response from the owner or manager. I am inquiring a pre-purchase inspection and am wondering what are the items being covered by this inspection? Wow. With bad reviews like you got I do not think I would bring a Radio Flyer red wagon to you for repair, or have you come to my house. Will they be able to work on the vehicle in an apartment complex? Who was the person who decided that charging people $70 to show up then if you want to use their service they now add it to the overall bill and do not disclose that upfront.
