Why does your company refuse to correct their mechanic's mistakes and not communicate with the unsatisfied customers who are trying to get their issues fixed that were caused by the mechanics that you hire?

I called them and tried to get things resolved. They did not, though I had hopes they would have. So, I guess it might depend how expensive the fix is or some other logic that I can't decipher. They could still call me... but I doubt they will since they didn't responds to the BBB complaint.

Kyle D, you only used them for an oil change! Whatever you said about your "friend" having issues being fixed on the spot is hearsay! Sitejabber should be deleting your useless comments.

Just call them. They fixed issues my friend had on the spot and were super helpful
