I used Shawn's lawn care thru green pal. Can't deal with someone that doesn't show up. Today he said he was on his way at 11.30 and never showed up. He is 4 days late and now I have to pay extra to get it back in shape. It's not Green Pals fault. They just have someone who is not dependable and doesn't care how he leaves the yard.
I received a call from J. A. Lawn Service just a few minutes ago from an older lady that was so rude to me. She told me she would be in my area on Saturday. My scheduled appointment was supposed to be between Jan. 31st - Feb. 2. I informed her that my quote indicated the dates above and she said, " I already told you we closed not working" two times. I was asking her why? But she spoke in a manner that was very rude and unprofessional along with her condescending. I have never used them and today would have been my first time. I would not recommend this company if this is the way they speak to their customers.

We started using GreenPal in the fall and so far we've been very happy with their services. We had rain shortly after our last service so they are coming back to re-apply the weed control. I really appreciate their desire for complete satisfaction. Would recommend!

I am upset that I can't give a 0 rating.
I hired a green pal worker to handle simple yard work for my front and back yard. A water pipe was damaged in the back yard. The worker admitted to damage but did nothing. I have been reaching out to the company Green Pal to assist. JEA had to cut my water off for a day and I am having to hire someone on my own dime to repair this. Green pal will not assist me and keeps giving me the run around. No reimbursement. No acknowledgement. I wish I could copy paste the responses I am getting from them.

C&K lawncare is dishonest and sloppy. They were days late for first now, quoted me outrageous price, left a bag of yard waste and cigarette butts in my lawn. Raise around but never cleaned it up. Left me with a mess in front and back yard. We're sneaky and manipulative. Texted me at midnight, went days without returning texts. Was a no show, ever completed job then canceled the redo an hour before. Don't waste your time. Bad men. Too many pics to post. Getting refund

This was my first service call and both specialists were very professional. Matthew walked my entire lawn with me and answered all my questions very thoughtfully. Both specialists arrived as predicted and both personally called to announce their arrival time.

I booked a mowing service on Greenpal. It rained the day my service was scheduled. So I didn't get notified until the day after from the contractor. He messaged the next day and said he'll be by to mow it in 3 days. He no showed and didn't mow my yard. I messaged him with no reply back. So I went on Greenpal and scheduled again and once again didn't show up to mow my yard. So I've been trying to get my yard mowed for more than 10 days from Greenpal and no luck so far. I emailed Greenpal about this. They replied we don't control anything with the contractors. We only get paid $1 per booking. So basically they don't care if you get service or not. All they care about is the money they make. Really lousy service from Greenpal. Be wise don't use them.

I see a vast improvement in my lawn this year. Have used them in the past at another house so I expected nothing less. Highly recommend! Great communication and friendly service people. Too old to take care of my lawn myself anymore so they lift a huge burden off my shoulders.

We were away when this happened. Looks like they did a good job and there are no weeds as yet. We had snow since this was done so it is too early to tell if the weed part was effective. The grass looked nice when we could see it.

He turned on my sprinkler system. He found a leaking pipe in the front yard and had to remove the grass and fix the pipe, which took him awhile but he got it done! He was a very pleasant man. He even flagged the broken pipe area so your mowers, who come on Thursday, will know where the "fix" is. Thanks!

Mitchell returned to apply an extra application for control of morning glory. Chemical was hard to locate but he found it and came back. GreenPal is a great company to work with. I will call GreenPal in the spring to continue their service.

GreenPal is a great way for people to build up their business especially in hard times like this pandemic. Yeah, the pay isn't as great as doing your own quotes but it puts you out there so others can see your work.
