My lawn is beautiful even though we just hit spring. Our technician, Mark, always looks at it as he is working and makes recommendations regarding issues he sees with the lawn. He lets me know what he is applying when he will be back, and what he will be doing at that time. Last year the fruit on our trees was amazing. I believe that is thanks to the care and attention given to them by Mark.
Ever since we started these services from GreenPal, Our lawn has been healthy and green throughout the year. I actually took the time to view the service tech's performance on my security cameras and was so happy to see he was very thorough. This explains why my lawn looks so good. The service has been great. The techs are friendly and polite. They are always careful with the equipment and our property. Closing the gate is big to us because we have two dogs that will run if given the chance.

C&K lawncare is dishonest and sloppy. They were days late for first now, quoted me outrageous price, left a bag of yard waste and cigarette butts in my lawn. Raise around but never cleaned it up. Left me with a mess in front and back yard. We're sneaky and manipulative. Texted me at midnight, went days without returning texts. Was a no show, ever completed job then canceled the redo an hour before. Don't waste your time. Bad men. Too many pics to post. Getting refund

I booked a mowing service on Greenpal. It rained the day my service was scheduled. So I didn't get notified until the day after from the contractor. He messaged the next day and said he'll be by to mow it in 3 days. He no showed and didn't mow my yard. I messaged him with no reply back. So I went on Greenpal and scheduled again and once again didn't show up to mow my yard. So I've been trying to get my yard mowed for more than 10 days from Greenpal and no luck so far. I emailed Greenpal about this. They replied we don't control anything with the contractors. We only get paid $1 per booking. So basically they don't care if you get service or not. All they care about is the money they make. Really lousy service from Greenpal. Be wise don't use them.

Don't use this service if you're the homeowner, it's set up to favor the lawn professional not us. First, you only get 2 rounds of bids. This would be sufficient if the vendors that bid for your business are reliable. But my first lawn guy showed up 2 days late and charged me a surcharge when he arrived because my back yard was along a pond. I didn't think that was fair but it was too late to find a replacement so I paid it. He ended up cancelling my future visits last minute. Greenpal owner says it's not their problem. Similar happened to next vendor. So both of them cancelled last minute and put me in a bind but now I'm out of bids to replace them yet these guys keep cutting lawns on Green pal. Not fair to us, Greenpal doesn't care about homeowners only about getting the fee they charge these lawn guys for using their site to take advantage of homeowners. Let me know when you have accountability and put rules in place to protect homeowners, Greenpal. NO THANKS.

Greenpal double booked me with two different landscape contractors for the same yard. Each landscape contractor claims the other phone did not cut the grass. I was charged by both. Looked for a phone number to call to remedy the issue and there is n o customer support via phone for these sort of issues. Also the contractors do not take good photos to provide to good proof. Greenpal poor customer service and only remedy is to delete your account makes it a challenge to keep using.

Our usual service tech. Damian ** arrived on time and answered all of my questions about our lawn. He is very polite and did a great job for us. He was careful not to damage any flowers or knockdown our solar lights like the tree and shrub tech. Did. He is a great asset to the company.

Me too! I was charged for TWO cuttings that never happened, they never paid the lawn guy, and they "can't do anything about it." I'm sure they get away with it all the time, luckily I used the card that I monitor most closely.

After fertilization, pesticide and lime, grass turned green in spots. John came and said it was getting rid of unwanted grass so that the whole yard would be one kind of grass. He said it would thicken up eventually. I hope this is true, because it look awful right not. He is not the one who came and did the three things that caused the problem

Shout out to my technician... Sosa... who has been assisting me in recovering my front lawn which has been a victim of fungus. He is always polite and helpful in discussing what I can do to speed the recovery process. I found that the key to GreenPal's effectiveness is flexibility. The weather is always different and so the applications need to be at different times. I just made a simple phone call to adjust what was best for me. Also, I found the quality of materials used is far better than I could ever purchase. My lawn is a real challenge without having real good topsoil and just the backfill. So maintenance is so important and GreenPal is there for me.
