Great service! My lawn and trees look great! My grass has never been so thick and green. I love the service even though sometimes there are too many weeds intertwined with the grass. I have had many comments about how nice my lawn looks not only from relatives but from neighbors too. I love it.
Highly recommend GreenPal! I purchased my home last winter to find out this spring I owned dandelions and clovers. In less than one month, GreenPal had the dandelions gone and within 3 months all other weeds were gone and I have beautiful lush green grass. I was charged for a mowing that did not happen. Then they responded that there is nothing they can do. So, if you read their policy, even if they did do the mowing and you had a complaint, they could not return your money.
The mower is great, he tried to find our how to refund the money, but told me that even he could not get a response from the "GreenPal" people.

I had recently bought my first home, and was suffering from a bad case of weeds. I paid the person who cuts my lawn over $100 for weed treatment, which he did twice and my weeds were still in full force. My yard has never look as good as it does now. There are the occasional weeds that aren't controlled that have to be dealt with, but the rest of the lawn is thick and green. Always be happy with a weed free lawn.

I purchase my lawn service annually, paid ahead, and save 10%, additionally what I like: call first, do the service when scheduled, lastly leave you a description of service rendered and leave helpful suggestions. If I need service, just call and they will come right out and take care of that, I. E. sod webworms spray.

Okay, great business model... but the lack of follow-up, the very low competence, and the overwhelming lack of contact was as I said stunning!
The LL Lawn guy gave me a GREAT price after I provided the "JOB" in clear dimensions. He got there and told an 82-year-old lady he will charge 4-time the quoted amount.
FOLKS... where I'm from their call that "bait and switch" clear and simple!

GreenPal booked six months of mowings without my consent. I needed one mowing and they were a no show. When I canceled all of them the contractor showed up a day late and tried to bully me into using them at nearly 3x the amount of the original quote. When I refused he cussed me out. I cannot get ahold of their customer service to address the issue.

They are attentive, fair, and understanding. I've had a few minor issues just this season for the first time in 3yrs, However, they are doing their best to make up for them. Our yard used to look like crap, full of weeds with an anemic shade of yellow/green. Our service tech, Jack, is friendly, professional and thorough in every aspect of our services performed. The GreenPal specialist came for the first time and did an excellent evaluation of the problem with the yard. I'm very pleased and look forward to future visits.
