Green Pal Lawn Care

I am s single woman who is away from home quite a bit. I contracted with GreenPal and was assigned a contractor. He came and mowed, all was good... then he started cancelling or not showing to the point code enforcement came more than once while I was out of town. I am very fortunate that I did not get fined. He told me he could have cited me at least 5 times. I contacted the gentleman trying to provide every opportunity for success, he indicated he knew he had got over his head but he would like to continue (I gave him more than one out) I tried to tip him, communicate with him anything to incentivize hime to show. The last straw was code enforcement knocking at my door yet again, as he canceled my appointment for the next day. I contacted him yet again and he said he was canceling everyone. Not sure if it is true, but the frustrating thing is GreenPal limits how many times you can change vendors? So if you are unhappy, you only get a second try and there is no way that I could find to actually communicate with a person outside of your mower. I have not interest in being restricted by bad service. If you have more than 2 vendors, it limits you. Clearly they do not want business. I have had one vendor in about 4-5 months and my account says I can only try one more this year. Not sure this model is effective. Some people do like it and I am glad it works for them, but it did not work for me... oh, additionally they penalize you if the grass is too tall, but it is tall because the mower did not show up when agreed upon, again, not my fault. My mower did not charge extra but if I switch it indicates I will get a surcharge. I ordered a mower, I will do it for myself, not worth the hassle and lack of dependability. They should vet and review their contractors for satisfaction and cut them off if too many complaints. Very one sided that I have found.
