It took 2+ months and an import tax to receive wrong sizes in both items I ordered. Their sizing is so far off I couldn't give the items away! Quality pretty bad too..

I was suspicious of these small-owned clothing companies so only ordered a $30 waist trainer. They took the money out as soon as the order was placed, but cancelled the order on my account. 3 weeks later still haven't received anything, no one has answered my calls or email

Well it is now November 20,2018 and the package has NOT ARRIVED... I guess no birthday gift for my daughter!

REALLY OVER A MONTH... I guess customer service is not important to you or any kind of support.

I bought a waist trainer from Your Fashion Frenzy, It was supposed to arrive in ten days but its two months now. I have been sending the manager emails but she does not respond, i even texted her on whatsapp and she replied after two days (even though she read the message earlier) saying that i should pay $75 if i want her to send another order. I told her that it was not gonna happen and she blocked me on whatsapp after i told her that i would expose her on social media.

I paid $150 for my item, but I returned it to get a different size. I NEVER received my item nor my money. So, Jodi ripped me off twice. She has my money and the item I paid for. NEVER trust these people!

I ordered from this company not knowing that it is a total scam. Was so excited to receive my product and it said it would ship in 2 to 3 days. Never received product so emailed company to see how long it would take to process item. No reply. I tried calling the number of customer service and no answer or call back. So then I got online and started checking them out. Finding that it had happened to a lot of other people. I am going to file a report with Consumer Protection Agency to see if they will investigate and do something about this person taking money and not shipping merchandise. If there was a zero for rating this so called company that is what I would have rated them.

My mom bought 2 waist trainer and return them because they weren't the right size. I've been calling and emailing to no avail. They replied once and still nothing. This has been the worst customer service and my mom spent over a hundred dollars and had to pay to return the items too.

All I have to say if I could give no starts I Would! This is the worse online purchase ever! I ordered on June 27th it's now July 10th I have not revived anything. This company took my money. I emailed about 4 times called about 20 times left 2 voice messages about a tracking number when my order will be processed and revived no call or email back. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. After reading the reviews Im not the only person they ripped off. I will post on anything I see about this so called company so everyone is aware of how they will take your money and not send anything.

Do not believe every thing that you see on YouTube most of the YouTubers are being paid or receiving free merchandise research these companies the good and the bad my problem was with the return exchange policy and also the horrible customer service Ive called several times and also emailed them many of times no one replied I will report this company to the better business They have no return shipping label you have to pay for your return shipping to them theyre not responsible also when you receive your exchange refune code its only for store credit Ive been contacting them since 25 June today is 14 July I just received my refund code There still making me pay for shipping this company its RidiculousI would not be buying from them Any more

I placed an order on 3/31/17 and I was tracking it over the weekend and I saw that it had been canceled and I'm trying to figure out why because my card was charged for the purchase. I've called at least 5 times & left 2 messages. I also send two emails and no one has responded.

I ordered 6 items 4 of which I received after a 2 month wait. I contacted fashionjodi immediately and was able to cancel one item the other they said had been mailed but I haven't received it 3 months later. I explained I wasn't satisfied with sizing and inferior quality and was returning 4 items. They tried offering 15% off. I read the return policy and mailed the 4 items back to China in there original bags as specified. I paid 65.00 to ship priority mail. Since I didn't get a refund I went to the website and they changed their return policy where you had to contact them within 24 hours of receiving clothing. This was new to their policy but I had notified them within 24 hours. 6 weeks after mailing package I received it back upopened from fashionjodi. There sizing makes no sense and worse it's the cheapest made clothing I've ever seen. The fabrics are all the crappiest polyester made on this Earth. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. I'd have my bank go after my refund but I'm sure they'd ignore them. They stole my 140.00 and returned my 65.00 priority mail return without even opening to see if they were returned per policy rules.

FLORIDA SCAMMER! This is a fraudulent business. Money is collected but no merchandise is ever shipped. The "owner" NEVER responds to emails or phone calls. After I write this I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission. Absolutely a thief! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM! I paid 102 dollars. They took my money and after cancelled my order and never gave me my money back plus they wont answer your calls or emails.

Paid for the order on the 2nd of November 2016 and never received the order.On the 6th of September 2017 the order was returned back to her and she collected the order at 11.00 am in Palm Beach Gardens FL *******. She confirned that she received the parcel back and promised to resend the parcle. Now she is ignoring my messages and she really does not want to resend the order yet l paid for the order. What a scammer.No one will be rich by scamming other people. She must be arrested.

I paid for an order on the 2 of November 2016 and have not received that order. Spoke to Jodi and she promised to refund me. When l called asking for my refund she blocked me and does not take my calls. Really l wonder what kind of a person is she. She refuses to refund a customer after taking my money and order not delivered. Customers must be aware of this company and stop buying from them. Rosemary

I agree with the first rating. HORRIBLE SERVICE. BETTER YET NOOOOO SERVICE AT ALL. You can't reach anyone. No one returns emails. THIS SITE IS A RIP OFF! I should have read the reviews before ordering! Don't listen to Passion Jonesz. This site is full of crap. A FRAUD!

I ordered a waist trainer in late February 2017. When I received it it was the wrong size and could not fit. I mailed it back to them so I could get the correct size. I received a store credit and proceeded to us it. I used the store credit and paid for the shipping again to have the correct size sent to me and the money was withdrawn from my account. That was on April 12th. Today I decided to see if I could track it because I needed it for next week. To find that my order has been cancelled. I went back into my bank account to see if the money I paid for the shipping had been returned and it hasn't. I have tried calling the company and I keep getting the voicemail. I left a voicemail. I have emailed them and still have gotten no response. I am very unhappy with this company because I have spent a total of $112.95 for the product and shipping costs and still have not received my items. For the amount that I've spent I expected better service than what I got and I'm very unpleased with it. I needed the trainer for an special event that I will be attending next week and seeing that my order was canceled and will not receive it before the even I'm very unhappy. I urge any and everyone who would like to purchase from this company to not do so. I did not read reviews on the company before purchasing which was on my behalf. But I did watch reviews on the quality of the product and it seemed ok. Do not and I repeat do no purchase a thing from this company. It is not worth your time or money.

I purchased an item from the website and emailed to get an update on the item's shipping status. I was told that items were being shipped 7 business days. So i waiting and on the 7th business day, I called only to get someone's personal voicemail and no call back. The following day i called and spoke to the Owner Jodi, the "owner" basically told me at the time of purchase they had the item in stock, but they do not have it anymore. I was flabbergasted, i asked her how this could be possible, she got irate on the phone, raised her voice mulitple times and hung up on me three times. I was floored that this was a legitimate business. I feel like i was scammed, If i had not called to follow up on the order I don't believe I would have A) received the item i purchased, B) gotten a refund. (The refund came AFTER the owner of this business hung on me two times. I had to call her back and ask for one. The owner has no sense of control over herself and how she speaks to customers. It was rude, inappropriate to speak to someone the way she did.
