I bought kurta"Matching Mojri " color quality is not the same It is very difference it is a $#*!ty site

Many years of customer with YDW.
Prices are cheaper and sending orders on time.
But...
Costly shipping rates for a single item
Will never place order again for stitching customized blouses- I am still waiting for a response over 6 months where YDW made an error on the colour of blouse.

Please I highly recommend not to order from this website as they are big scamers. They ripped me off. They didn't send what I ordered. Completely different material as was mentioned on the page, and when I messaged them considering the material they were sooo rude and won't return money, I spent approximately $400.

My first order last year went wrong as I chose my size from the drop down list. I ended up paying twice as much for my alteration in Singapore. When I wrote to them about my last experience, they assured me all will be taken care of and will make sure perfect stitching and to give them another chance to proof on their quality. I was taken by their friendly and prompt replies. Oops only to realise my wrong decision second time round.

I was asked to give my measurement in the form they sent so that no errors will happen for this order. So I gave my body measurement after payment done for my selected suits.

I received the suits and only to be disappointed that I could not fit into any of them. They kept asking me to send photos of me wearing them, measuring at the chest with the measuring tape showing the measurement etc. After all the waste of time, money and effort, they agreed to refund me about SGD 15. This is really ridiculous as it does not even cover 10% of what I had paid (their policy is to return 10% of the stitching cost only if I remember seeing their email correctly). So they want me to throw away my 5 suits on top of the 3 I bought last year?

Honestly the dresses were AWFUL, BAD WORKMANSIP, ILL FITTING. Not sure what kind of tailors they use to stitch the dresses as overall the sewing was so untidy and poorly done.

Bear in mind that there is no chance of getting any decent refund for a mistake done by them even with proper measurements given.

I am never ordering from here again bearing in mind that there is no way you going to get any decent refund as their site promises... I suggest that no one else wastes their time or money ordering from this website!

I ordered 5 pieces of clothing for Eid-Ul-Fitr. This was soon received. However, it appeared that 1 garment had the wrong color (blue greenish instead of gray). This garment was torn at the sides and back as well, due to bad stitching. The pants that belong here also had a different color, more green. The scarf here was more blue.
After 2 to 3 days after receiving a mail sent. Their reaction: I had to respond within 24 hours. What the $#*!!?
After a few mails back and forth, I got the reaction that they would discuss this. So I wait patiently, after having heard nothing for a few weeks, I sent another email. With the following: yes that is already weeks ago, so too late, too bad and sorry. End of story so, since I apparently had to react (again) sooner. Total no service, money whisk here! Lost about 50euros here.
Incidentally, several garments soaked in color!
I will never order here and never again.

I was told to order from here on a friend's recommendation so I decided to go for it. I ordered three dresses, one for myself and the other two for my sisters. The dresses are AWFUL. All the dresses DO NOT fit true to size, they're all too long to walk in and too wide in the waist. My dress has glitter all over it, which was not mentioned in the product description and is a hassle since it gets everywhere. I am never ordering from here again and I suggest that no one else wastes their time or money on this website!

I had ordered a cream gold lehenga set SA ******* & they sent me a peach SA******* one instead. I send them pics but they refused to admit they had sent the wrong product instead they said there is variation in color as mentioned on the website. Then I was told they would look for the cream one & I insisted on them sending me pics of the cream one but again they send me pics of the peach one the exact same one they sent before! I have attached pics from the website & the actual product I received. Even the peach lehenga is really ligther shade of peach than the website. PLEASE BEWARE! IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE PLEASE ASK FOR ACTUAL PRODUCT PICS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER
