Worst replica website. The saree that I received not described as in the website picture. It's replica product and also stains all over the saree. They sent me a used saree. I have requested to refund the money bit they simply ignored my emails. No response from them. Buyers stay away from this company. I have attached some pictures here. Poor& rude customer service.
To be frank, this store is one of my best destinations. Great customer support. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that they don't have an online chatting system or Whatsapp service which I believe are the most important, fast and easy communication tools nowadays. So please YourDesignerWear we are looking forward to having an online customer support chatting system and a Whatsapp contact for easy communications.
I was told to order from here on a friend's recommendation so I decided to go for it. I ordered three dresses, one for myself and the other two for my sisters. The dresses are AWFUL. All the dresses DO NOT fit true to size, they're all too long to walk in and too wide in the waist. My dress has glitter all over it, which was not mentioned in the product description and is a hassle since it gets everywhere. I am never ordering from here again and I suggest that no one else wastes their time or money on this website!
At first, I was a bit dubious about buying expensive clothes online, worrying that it could be a sham. But I am so over the moon with your service. It was exactly the same colour and design as I saw on the website. And its absolutely beautiful. Thank you for your impeccable service.

Please I highly recommend not to order from this website as they are big scamers. They ripped me off. They didn't send what I ordered. Completely different material as was mentioned on the page, and when I messaged them considering the material they were sooo rude and won't return money, I spent approximately $400.

I ordered 5 pieces of clothing for Eid-Ul-Fitr. This was soon received. However, it appeared that 1 garment had the wrong color (blue greenish instead of gray). This garment was torn at the sides and back as well, due to bad stitching. The pants that belong here also had a different color, more green. The scarf here was more blue.
After 2 to 3 days after receiving a mail sent. Their reaction: I had to respond within 24 hours. What the $#*!!?
After a few mails back and forth, I got the reaction that they would discuss this. So I wait patiently, after having heard nothing for a few weeks, I sent another email. With the following: yes that is already weeks ago, so too late, too bad and sorry. End of story so, since I apparently had to react (again) sooner. Total no service, money whisk here! Lost about 50euros here.
Incidentally, several garments soaked in color!
I will never order here and never again.

Recently I ordered 4 items, out of that 2 items they sent the wrong size. When I asked for replacement they are refusing to accept the return cost and they want me to bare the cost.
Alert!. This is a very $#*! company or online site and no discipline if you order then your money is gone.
