Scam site! Decided that I was untruthful about my medical conditions, I should know what medical problems I have! They were not included in the list of conditions, so I answered none of the above, automatically my score was reduced by 89 points, leaving me unable to do many surveys on various reward sites for surveys to which I belong. I am trying to encourage these sites not to use your-surveys.com in the future! Total waste of time, don't sign up, or, do any of their surveys! You'll be sorry if you do!

They disable accounts for no reason. They disabled mine and support gave me the flimsy excuse that was using a VPN to hide my location, which is not true. I live in Michigan and I have no reason to pretend I'm somewhere else. Beware.

I reiterate that it is a $#*!ing notorious site by which you would never be a winner and win a prize or a paltry amount of money. It is better if you don't fall within the greedy approach of this site to carry out online survey and waste your valuable time.

My quality score was over 450 around 3 years ago and one day I woke up and they had taken almost 300 points from me. No explanation whatsover. Now, my score is down to 75 after being at 159 just yesterday. They rejected 4 surveys in a row and docked me 20 points per. To hell with these scam artists and I am taking one step further and notifying all of the sites they send surveys through and i am also going to show them that well over 95% of their reviews are garbage. I hope they lose their jobs and just disappear!

I never took a survey with them but when I tried to take one through the "Current" app I got a message saying I was blocked from taking surveys with them. The help link does not work. I emailed them4 times about the problem but never got a reply.

Really. The "quality score" is just the worst idea for this kind of website. And also low score equal no surveys, too low equal BAN YOUR IP. In conclusion, I dont recommend to answer surveys in this website just go to Yugo or Opinion Labs.

75% of my "encounters" with Your_Surveys I was charged with some violation straight-lining, speeding, etc. and 90% of the time, I refuted the charge and they withdrew the charge! When I asked what exactly the offense was, they could not give it! Those familiar with Microsoft errors will see the resemblance. "General Failure" is REALLY Meaningful and something one should be conscious of so as not to commit the violation again!

The US and other international authorities need to look into the operations of Your-Surveys. They do not pay for work done which at times is more than a hour per survey. This company is thoroughly corrupt and are violating labor laws with impunity. Their customer service reps are inept and toe the company line. Get authorities to start off by picking up the service tickets lodged both by US and international respondents. There is plenty of dirt. Ban them.

Have completed quite a few surveys through em before no problems. Now all of a sudden I tell a survey I'm Caucasian amd get banned for lying even though I am and have always stated that

Sometimes the surveys have questions that aren't worded well or could be taken in different ways. However, it will always be your fault and you will be accused of lying. If the answers are not what they expect. There is never the benefit of the doubt that maybe the survey isn't as clear as it should be. It isn't like the survey creators are always detail oriented, though many are okay, I've seen common words badly misspelled, sentence fragments, and just an overall lack of clarity in some.

This company is actually a company called cint. These send many surveys to many survey platforms, They let you build up your income and then suddenly block and close your account with lies about you cheating, one guy is called chris walker,, They are based in the usa and in sweden, you can easily track their address down. These people must be investigated as they block and keep the millions of $$ of members reward money.

Here is my message I sent to them about my account:

Hey there, I don't know what's going on, i can't complete surveys for some reason. I done surveys on your router a few days ago and I say there was 1 unread and I tried clicking it buy it showed no tickets displayed to view the message.

I can assure you that I have been using your routers for a very long time and answer it properly and on time etc. Days before that I was met with a moderator I believe it was who was being stubborn and insisting that I was rushing or writing down gibberish. First of all why would I do that? I have been doing surveys for a long time and I am not that type of person.

I explained to the mod that it wasn't my fault if I answered a multiple choice question selecting e.g. all the first options there because I am answering honestly. Seriously what is this? What is the issue?
Please get this fixed and check on the moderator who I think banned me, because it was only one error made I think from your security measures, and it's unjust to just ban me like that. I remember a year or two ago Your Surveys was better lol. I also questioned why my account level when lower they said it was because I didn't leave a review.

Seriously?

Now I have to be obliged to leave a review after every survey even if there is nothing to change about it, or if I don't want to.

All but one survey came up blank the bottom of page in black box "Oppps something wrong"? 382 times? Cost power/time to keep trying even via affiliate sites. Sure a H? C Judge would take a dim view of treatment of survey takers in a claim for compensationas to lost time. Avoid if you can save yourself frustration.
