Here is my message I sent to them about my account:
Hey there, I don't know what's going on, i can't complete surveys for some reason. I done surveys on your router a few days ago and I say there was 1 unread and I tried clicking it buy it showed no tickets displayed to view the message.
I can assure you that I have been using your routers for a very long time and answer it properly and on time etc. Days before that I was met with a moderator I believe it was who was being stubborn and insisting that I was rushing or writing down gibberish. First of all why would I do that? I have been doing surveys for a long time and I am not that type of person.
I explained to the mod that it wasn't my fault if I answered a multiple choice question selecting e.g. all the first options there because I am answering honestly. Seriously what is this? What is the issue?
Please get this fixed and check on the moderator who I think banned me, because it was only one error made I think from your security measures, and it's unjust to just ban me like that. I remember a year or two ago Your Surveys was better lol. I also questioned why my account level when lower they said it was because I didn't leave a review.
Seriously?
Now I have to be obliged to leave a review after every survey even if there is nothing to change about it, or if I don't want to.
