Nothing pisses me off more than a site that lies... and this site is ran and operated by born again liars! God help you if you need customer service as their claims that they will get back to you quickly if you have a problem or question is horse $#*!. Regularly it takes them 3 to 5 business days to respond to a question and almost always they will never actually answer your question but simply give you a reply of nothing but a link to the FAQ page which if my question was answered on the FAQ page I wouldnt need to send in a ticket would I? Then if you reply that it still didnt answer your question be prepared to wait another 3 to 5 business days... which is a joke of customer support totally. They also pay out way less on the same survey that other companies like Samplico so on pay you more money to take the same exact surveys on many survey sites which shows they are cheap, I have did many surveys for them over the last 7 years... they totally are one of the worst survey companies out there when it comes to cheap skate payouts compared to other survey providors and they have by far the worst non existent customer support of any company I have dealt with in 10 years of working online through these type of sites. Lastly if you do surveys directly through their site or do a survey through a site like Clixsense now ysense that offers you an extra incentive... be prepared to wait forever to get paid... Your Surveys will claim that the process hold up is because of PayPal and that they have to verify that your paypal account is in good standing even though I have the same paypal account I have had and been using since like 2004 ok! I mean how in good standing does it need to be and it doesnt take 2 to 4 weeks to verify if my paypal account is legit ok... it also doesnt take 2 to 4 weeks to process a damn payment... I love how they will tell you its paypal fault for delaying a payment processing and then I call paypal and the rep for paypal tells me your surveys is full of $#*!. Why is it other sites have the ability to instantly process paypal payments. OfferNation, Super Pay Me they dont have this problem... ebay doesnt have the problem... but your surveys for some reason they claim paypal holds their payments for between 2 to 4 week to process... paypal has no idea what they are talking about because paypal doesnt hold their payments at all... its a matter of they hope you will just move on forget about it and they can just keep the money you made them totally without paying you
My complaint is in regard to Your Surveys and not based on an account ban, by the company. I'm fairly well-scored and am a long-time survey taker, for this company.
The last few months have been abysmal in terms of navigating their survey offers on their survey offer wall on my local gpt panel, as well as their routers and surveys on other survey walls/platforms.
I have experienced plenty of broken surveys (that I open up are broken or at the end of a very long survey), surveys that take up my opportunities that disqualify at the end or lead me to community recruits from a particular survey company (IPSOS) that never redirect or credit me on you-surveys or from them on my panel, (Qualtrics)shorter surveys that redirect to irrelevant surveys without crediting or letting me know IN ADVANCE that I am doing a twofer. Many of the surveys are poorly designed/written, the survey companies (advertisers) cheat members, as well.
Another issue is that I receive opportunities full of junk surveys that are for 27 cents that require 20+ minutes of completion, when in no way, this should ever happen in the survey world, as far as I have researched. Not to mention the errors at the end with CINT and CONFIRMIT surveys.
It's quite possible that I am being marginalized and "weeded out," as a member, though this isn't my main complaint. I see a small number of members on the gpt site on which I participate get an inordinate amount of your-survey wall surveys for 500,600,400 points back-to-back that seemingly qualify for anything, whilst I get dog excrement that is insufferably long and well as extremely low-paying. I know this is just conjecture, on my end, but it seems to me they cater to these people to make more money and have excluded others (like me) from making anything other than from disqualifying and the erros (they say if I don't get credit, they don't paid - I find this hard to believe. They'd be flat broke, if this was the truth).
Customer service isn't very helpful and gives me the same canned-responses to these issues that are unacceptable. I need real solutions, results and I want to see an improvement with my offers and actually getting crediting for the surveys I do and no more redirects without landing on a your-surveys landing page or community recruits that never pay or these disgustingly reprehensible extremely low-paying surveys that require more time than they are worth.
I made a complaint with BBB, missing surveys points and to draw the attention to the fact that these problems still exist. Additionally, I DO believe they are issuing higher-paying surveys to preferred users, as I see the same, few users getting high-paying your-surveys surveys, whilst I get menial surveys for 8 points that take 20+ minutes to complete. Again, the SAME participants gets HANDED 500,600 points surveys whilst I still am receiving SEVEN points surveys for 20 minutes completion. TRASH. I said, my quality score with them is not poor and my account seems to be in good standing. They did mention that surveys amounts are based on time and length of a survey, so how do they figure that a 20 minute survey is deserving a whopping eight points, for a reward? Reprehensible. Nothing is solved.
