Bangalore to hyderabad on 28/01/204, service is very good and bus staff is very polite.

Good experience happy journey everything fine only boarding point confusion on ticket it was mentioned gate no. 5 but bus was on gate no. 4 rest of the thing ok

I have booked banglore to Hyderabad worst experience don't go in yolo buses, I spent 2,250 for one seat, careless staff, didn't pick up on time and didn't reach on time, please avoid yolo buses, I loss main project for late attending the meeting..

Feeling worst. The timing was not correct. And one and hand half hours bus is repair.feeling very worst... Never ever come again this bus. Dont trust yola... Waste of money waste of time.

I booked banglore to chennai on jan 2/24 using redbus. I reviewed about the bus which was the driving is too bad I am not preferring this bus to any one.
Next day morning I have a message from redbus the ticket booking was cancelled. Immediately I check in redbus app the ticket was canceled so my review about the bus also gone.
So dont trust the redbus even

After boarding at travel point they cancel at last minute and they will not provided any alternative options to travel.making us to beg for an other travel agency for tickets to reach our place

I was travelling from Jammu (Katra) to Delhi on 10/12/23 from yolo bus. The behavior from staffs was very bad and service provided by them was not good.They even not given blanket and sheets even it was written in amenities even it was too cold there when asked for it.They simply said all thing went for cleaning and I don't have anything.

Kindly requesting all customers to don't book yolo bus for ur journey.u will be in big trouble.u will not get any message.

I have booked a ticket in Yolo bus a day before my journey. I was trying to reach them for the boarding point info as the location mentioned was not clear. But no one responded till the journey time. Moreover they cancelled the bus 1 hour before my journey. When asked about it, they rudely responded to check with the travel booking platform redbus.
To avoid last minute tensions, don't ever book in the Yolo bus.

The bus service is Good.staff is very good and behaviour of staff is best part.unbearable experience of bus service and mainly credit goes to staff.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life.
After a long weekend on 24-10-2023, I need to board a bus from Coimbatore to Bengaluru on #YoloBus.
The boarding point at Coimbatore is opposite Hotel Tamilnadu at Dr. Nanjappa Road, near Central Bus Stand at 11 PM.
I reached the boarding point at 10:45 PM and waited for the bus. I called the driver from 11:05 PM till 12:30 PM. He said "please wait for 5 mins, the bus will come to your boarding point".
After 12:30 AM driver didn't picked the call. So I dropped a mail to the support team that mentioned the above issue.
The next day, from the support team a mail received to give my mobile number and PNR number. I shared them my mobile number and PNR number.
After that, no response from the support team and I even tried to call customer care and no response from them.
After the long weekend, they charged more for a ticket and didn't run the service.

On 5th Nov 2023, I booked a YOLO BUS service from Bangalore to Chennai, during the time of booking there were many seats available so I opted a seat and confirmed my booking. Few minutes later I got a call from the bus operator who confirmed with me on the boarding point and the expected bus arrival time in my stop(around 11PM in the night bus was expected to reach). I reached my stop around 10:30 PM, around 11PM a YOLO BUS with the same vehicle number reached my stop and asked my details, when I shared the details the bus driver told there is a technical issue with the bus so there is another one coming. The same bus travelled for about 50mtrs and boarded few more passengers. I really do not understand is this a fraud service provider? Around night 12AM(one hour from schedule time) they sent out a message stating bus service is cancelled and your amount will be refunded. I was travelling for a very important work but because of their poor and unprofessional services I missed to attend my work.

NEVER BELIEVE in YOLO BUS irrespective of the priority of your travel, STAY AWAY from OPTING YOLO SERVICE.

Bus cancelled yesederay 10:41 pm yolo bus koyembedu to bangalore without single notifications to passengers. No response from anyone. No refund paid till now. 1900 rupees deducted from my account. Pls give my money

The Yolo Bus staff(boys) behavior is very good & punctual. He was proper call me for reminder. But the draw back is there was not provided Water bottles and there was not any single stop for rest/break time during ride in long distance from Jalandhar to Delhi. Thanks.

I have very bad experience at night no any information and call at any all, no support system, i was not recommend, Try it

Called before journey for pick up, water bottle given for all passengers and luggage is safed at back door of bus and given while bus stop arrival, safe journey recommended with out any hurdles

Good service and very punctual on time pickup and provided water bottle and the communication between the captain was easy

The bus were 40 minuits delayd. There were no information on where the bus should go from. Before we ordered the tickets it said that we didnt have to print them, but at once we paid it said that we had to. The service is really bad, we called 7 different of their custom service numebers, but non of them were answered. And when they finally picked up, thei could help us. When the bus finally arrived the bus driver were very rude. DONT EVER BOOK A TRIP WITH THEM!
