We had pathrtic travel experience last night from bangalore to Tirupati by YOLO bus. It was operated by single person which is against law. We booked sleeper for me and my son(Hari krishna and Tejesh) bus was in in hygienic condition, not even water bottle was provided. They stopped after 100 kms abruptly and changed in rude language stating this bus speed is not good and put us on to another bus (yolo) which did not even have sufficient seating, we shifted from sleeper paying higher charged Tk sittings with seats do not recline. Staff was very rude as if they were doing favour, as asked about water, their answer was it was the first bus did not provide. One attender shouted at passengers. Few passengers sat in driver cabin. Your bus services have to be suspended immediately for not following any safety standards. In professional behaviour. Second bus sped with 120 to 140 kms per hour to cover time which is very dangerous. Management and staff have to be taken to law for making them accountable. Does these busses have permission for sitting and sleeping in the same busses. I am raising complaint in consumer forum, transport department and highway ministry. Hari Krishna *******700

Booked twice in different days those are cancelled in last minute. They are cheaters and scammers, not deserve to run bus. Don't book here

Worst travelling with this YOLO, no food stop, no ac, no water, staff Rudeness. Overall don't travel through this bus.

Staff behaviour was rude and no respect for the passengers. Asked additional amount for the luggage. Please don't travel in Yolo bus at all.

I suggest not to use Yolo Bus Service, they are not concerned about customer and they are rude to customers when they ask something

Driver conductor left us in a petrol pump 2 hours delay from drop time
And saying go from cab.
And we have aour train and they make miss tge train

I book yolo koyambedu to Sivakasi,they ask me to come porur, they bus crew told, if u not come we didn't given refund, you have only one choise come porur or cancel, they are o rude,Worst ever I seen, without any information they do change the boarding point or dropping point, I personally face that, so please be careful for booking, in my choise pls don't book yolo try any other travels, I book yolo koyambedu to Sivakasi,they ask me to come porur,

Booked a bus from Dehradun to Delhi on 7th Jun for 14th Jun, almost a week before at 4 30am. Received bus details 2 hours prior. When reached the pickup point, just 15 mins before boarding, I received a message saying that the bus has been cancelled. Couldn't even book anything else at the last moment. Travelling solo this caused a lot of inconvenience in early morning time. I would make sure to never take this in future as this ruins the whole planning that I do.

- No pickup details shared leave alone live tracking
- Pickup point changed arbitration at the last moment
- Drop order changed, my drop which was the first few became last. Everything so arbitrarily done without any basic sense.

This is 3 time booking sbs, yolo bus. All the time i facing same issues. 5th June traveling from bangalore to madurai. The driver full drink and drive...if parking in rest room,he didn't check all the passengers comes or not.he horn ones and start the bus. 9.30 pm started from bangalore but not yet reached of this time 9.10am.

I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore. According to the given timings, they were supposed to pick me up at the Nizampet location at 6:00 PM. However, they arrived early and did not pick me up. Instead, they asked me to book a cab and come to a different location they mentioned. I ended up spending 500/- for a cab to reach that location.

When I asked for a refund, they did not respond. The person in charge, whose name is Nikhil (according to True Caller - Rocking Star), was very careless and did not respond to my calls.

It was good and the bus is clean and hygienic which made the passenger feel comfortable,they also have a great servicing.

The bus driver is nice guy and traveling is also nice thank you I'll again book that yolo bus very good keep it up

Charging point, well maintained AC and WIFI services, water bottle nd blanket all facilities are available in mid range price. You may trip from YOLO BUS. Good service enjoy the trip by YOLO

It was a nice experience. We even celebrated our friends bday there. Good service. He was very careful and we reached on time.

Best service I have seen in my life please choice yoolo service best communication with drivers and his team

Bus services are worst they are not maintained well. On the bus, rats are there it's damaged my language and Pickle packets. They are not keeping buses clean
