Very much bad and unprofessional service, has not proper time management, given afternoon time and start at evening by 6pm,
Very rude behaviour with all passengers even with ladies, I would never suggest to anybody for this bus booking, its better to go by auto or by walk rather than this bus service, one star is even better to give to something but this is worst service ever I got

Approximately [time frame] ago, I encountered a situation that required me to seek assistance from Yolo Bus's customer support team. Regrettably, what I encountered was far from the level of service I expected. The response was not only disappointing but also raised ethical questions.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issue, I was met with a shocking lack of responsiveness, transparency, and accountability. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and responsibility of a company that I previously trusted.

When it comes to customer support, it's imperative that businesses uphold ethical standards, maintain transparency, and take responsibility for their actions. Unethical and irresponsible customer support not only damages a company's reputation but also erodes customer trust.

At time of bus booking from Rajkot to Ahmedabad clearly told that bus will reach at Ahmedabad at 8:30 Pm but driver is driving very slow and at 8 o clock we are half of our destination

Worst bus services they cancel the bus anytime they want and they do not have any alternative fine if the cancel also but they never refund the amount if the bus is cancelled from their side also they dont refund any amount its been 2 months i waited for refund these guys and goibibo peoples will never care about their customers they are just doing scam by collecting amount from peoples and cancelling bussses unneceesary

The verst service of this travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore or wise versa. They don't have own vehicle they lease from other travels, very unprofessional and bad behaviour staff. I you book this travel it's a big safety concern. You never know when they will leave you on the road if you drop for washroom.
Many of them travel and face such issue but not take time to write review. Hence nothing is concens them.
DO NOT USE YOLO bus for any Road to avoid inconvenience during travel.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious incident of misconduct and violation of passenger safety that occurred during my recent journey on one of your Yolo buses. I boarded the bus(DL1PD0664) from Dikelying, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, on 17-5-2023. Bus timing was 10.30 p.m. My seat number was 10.

Driver halted the bus after Haridwar, near Mangalore, to pick up local passengers, which is a clear violation of the rules and regulations.

When I confronted the driver regarding this inappropriate action, highlighting the security concerns it posed for the passengers already on board, he became confrontational and engaged in an argument with me. Also he allowed his relative and his friend in bus through offline booking. They also threatened me and engaged an argument with me.

The situation escalated further when we reached a restaurant where the driver stopped the bus and instructed the conductor, named Mohit, to make me disembark at that location around 2 a.m. However, the conductor refused to comply with this directive, recognizing the impropriety of the driver's actions. This led to a heated altercation between the driver and the conductor, which further compromised the safety and well-being of the passengers.

Upon reaching the vicinity of Noida, the driver inquired about my intended destination, to which the conductor responded that I would be disembarking at ISBT Kashmiri Gate. Shockingly, the driver then threatened to leave me stranded there, putting my safety at risk. Fearful for my well-being, I decided to disembark earlier, before Anand Vihar ISBT, to avoid any potential harm.

I would like to emphasize the gravity of this incident and express my deep concern for the safety and security of the passengers on board your buses. The behavior exhibited by the driver was not only a violation of the established rules but also endangered the well-being of the passengers. It is essential that immediate action is taken to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.

I kindly request you to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, take appropriate disciplinary action against the driver involved, and provide necessary training to the staff to prevent similar occurrences. Passengers should be able to rely on your services for a safe and comfortable journey, and it is imperative that you maintain the highest standards of professionalism and passenger safety.

I have chosen to communicate this complaint via email to provide a formal account of the incident and to ensure that it reaches the relevant authorities responsible for addressing such matters. I trust that you will treat this issue with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt action to rectify the situation.
