Calls to go through the cancellation process. Jessica McGinn emailed me to call Matthew Pryzwara to go through the cancellation process. I called him twice and left a voicemail. He never returned it. I emailed Jessica, again, three times with no response. I emailed her a total of seven times. She responded once. CHECK THE REVIEWS OF PREVIOUS CLIENTS AND SEE HOW MANY STARS THEY RECEIVED BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM! When I first got a call from yodle I was pretty anxious about joining as many young new business owners are. The second call said it all! We talked for over an hour about how yodle operates and how much they can help me. The representative was very knowledgeable about any question I asked and had an answer almost immediately, if not they would get the answer within a few moments. They also helped me with their price which was a huge selling point to me. Since then, they have held their promise to help me get more calls and prospects for my business. Love this new service. My adviser was awesome. Very quick and easy to establish a broad base internet presence. It would have taken me weeks to get into this many directories. Less than a week active and already I have a new case and 17 leads.
Beth was very helpful in explaining everything about the set-up. He was charming and personal yet professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about things and he was extremely present with me and helpful.
Normally I would probably only give yodel one or two stars but isn't it always determined on how a problem is handled & not necessarily the experience overall? Such as the case. I tried Yodle. It lacks performance. They gave me a full refund. They also took great interest in why I was not pleased. I believe in time they will upgrade the functionality of their dashboard And provide a much more user-friendly experience with many more options that are considered normal in 2016. Because they handled my dissatisfaction so well I decided to give them three stars.
Please keep in mind that it is very possible that the service they provide might work well for you and your business. It did not for mine.
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
