I have been self employed for 20 years, solo, and its been a huge challenge for me to keep up with thank you cards, blast emails for special offers, social media, website update, google ranking etc. I just signed on with Yodle and I'm so excited about all the features, woohoo, with the click of a button, my offers will go to my clients by email, face book, and my website all at once, yea baby! It's on! This is amazing to me, where have you been all my life?. Hahahaha Love, love, love all your team, love how you have helped and explained every thing to me step by step in a few days, and not all in one day... I love how you give me the things to do one day at a time, like getting my clients list going so we can send out "Offers" immediately... you guys ROCK!
This team is so helpful, knowledgeable and patient in helping you understand this product. The dashboard is very user friendly and I'm excited to continue moving up in the google, bing etc. rankings!
So far so good. Dashboard is easy to use. Customer service has been very helpful. Also the weekly lessons to help you get started has been great. I have not got any business yet, but I see my website move up on search pages and I am getting interest on my website. SO I am happy so far.
Debbie has helped us not only find a house but has made the process enjoyable and super easy! Her experience in real estate sets her above the rest!
Yodle seems to be a great platform from which to do many of the mundane business task needed each day. From contact management to schedule emails just to say happy birthday, it is turning out to be a great information management tool. Looking forward to learning the in's and out's of the entire platform. Less that 10 days or so into it, but very pleased with the experience thus far!
Yodle has many positive qualities and it can help market some services. If your are looking to market a product or a service that is different and not within their parameters they CANNOT deliver. They have a "cookie cutter" approach that they try to fit you in. They provide you with information and facts to justify why they have to do it in their way. The problem is that those facts might not apply to your services. When you complain they are very polite and listen and may attempt to correct the problem always in reaction to your complaint and never proactive. The correction is within what they think is "right". It is impossible to get out of the contract, which is already very costly. They really do not deliver. Yodle's true agenda is to sell you their product, not help you sell yours. So, DO YOUR RESEARCH WELL, consult, read, think, follow what makes sense to you, and do not let them manipulate you with nice strategies for their advantage. Take your time to make your decision, especially if you have a new product or service.
Bonnie Jenkins gave me a tutorial on the Yodle Dashboard, something I wasn't looking forward to, as software is often confusing and made as difficult to use as the designer can possibly make it! But Bonnie very clearly, and patiently showed me exactly how to use the Yodle Dashboard. She did an excellent job, and I soon discovered that this particular program is very easy to learn how to use. I am trying my third attempt to launch a website. Yodle is far above and beyond the other two companies I attempted to use. Customer service is spectacular, and their product is extraordinary! I received leads off my new website in less than four days.
I don't know how well this will work but getting the account set up was easy. I was walked through step by step by a knowledgeable person who answered most of my questions before I even asked.
I had a great experience with Michele. I have not been happy with Yodle so far, but between her and Emma. They have settled me down a little. She talked with me for about an hour or so to help me understand things I was confused about. She also redid some aspects of my website I was not happy with. Overall she did an excellent job. If Yolde works as well as Michele... I'll end up very busy and happy.
As of right now everything that was discussed is going very well. We're excited about growing our business with Yodle.
I've been a Yodle Customer for 3 months now and so far so Great! The customer service has been extremely helpful every time I have questions or want to make a change. The results on new business for my company has been better than expected! I will continue to Yodle!

Because I read many reviews of Yodle before I posted my review I knew I would be hearing from you. Looks like you have a full time job answering poor reviews. It also appears you copy and paste most of your replies that you have made to other reviews. My review was just telling my experience. I agreed to a 3 month start up and that is my fault for not digging deeper on Yodle. However this week my AMEX was charged almost $1,800. I have called the *******321 phone number twice this week to discuss the charge and I have talked to two different people that said someone would be contacting me. I have yet to be contacted by anyone from Yodle about this charge. I do not want this service any longer. I can not handle the stupid phone calls I receive. During my first month I called Yodle and spoke to a John Gauntt to let that department know my Yodle account is giving me calls from people not even close to the home building industry. John said they would change the filter. It never got better but I checked my leads anyway. After about a few weeks I gave up and never checked again. I never received a lead or phone call that would have anything to increase my business. If you say you have happy customers that's great for Yodle. However, I will never recommend Yodle's services. I will also do everything I can to post my review to other sites to let other people know how Yodle's service was for me. I also will share with all the members of the Houston Builders Association and the National Builders Association my experience with the Yodle product. I also filed a complaint to the New York Better Business Bureau. Looks like I'm not the first to file a complaint about Yodle with this BBB. Could you cancel the charge to my AMEX or have someone call me back?
I am a new small business owner and I need the help from a marketing company that can assist in getting me business. Yodle came along shortly after firing Home Advisor for falsifying what they do to me and I quickly got away from them.
I have been "using" Yodle now for 2.5 months and have received nothing from them. Unfortunately I was far too trusting and believed the BS that they fed regarding how quickly they could and would get me leads so I paid for 6 months of service upfront. This in itself is a ripoff and is quite a scam as the "monthly charge" is much different for every business owner as you can see by reading reviews.
I use another company that does not have any monthly fees and no agreement to get into and I have received all of my business leads through this company. I do pay for leads with this other company as this type of stuff is not free but I choose what jobs to bid on and what customers I would like to work with.
Stay away from Yodle, they do not do as they get you to believe!

I finally canceled my service. I received one successful lead. One. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company from all aspects. The technical support was poor, the sales are unnecessarily aggressive, and the outcomes were incredibly disappointing. I am especially disappointed in their behavior during the separation process. They should be ashamed of their behavior. Rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. Confirmation from other professionals in the industry confirm Yodle sells snake oil.
This is the most frustrating mistake I have ever made. The company and service are awful. Im sure there will be many future unhappy customers. I am embarrassed I let them sell me in the first place.

Been paying this company 199.00 every month now since august. I'm a realtor. I have so far received one lead that ended up costing me money. The web name they gave me was terrible and i told the guy that but he said that was all that was available and that it would work for google ect. Well apparently not. Also i was led to believe that they set up your page and put you on fb ect ect ect. Oh the promises she made! Well no, you have to do the work yourself which is very time consuming, then you have to bother your clients to write reviews. They never were able to get the right pictures onto my site either. They have drained my bank account of it's advertising dollars and i have received nothing for it. Hope this review helps some other person thinking about using them, check with the better business bureau and check their google reveiws. Those are the 'real' ones besides the not so good ones on here! Lol

As a new customer I am impressed with the simplicity of using the yodle dashboard. Everyone I have spoken with has been helpful and generally interested and the growth of my business. I look forward to seeing how far are yodle will take me in the future
Answer: I received a few leads that actually worked out. However, it wasn't enough to justify using them in the first place. The leads seemed to come in when I had signed up for their "google ads marketing" addition. So basically, the google ads provided 80%-100% of the leads, not Yodle. I Would've been better off spending my money on Google Ads written myself.
