Their service is very bad after taking money from me for tax submission they are not responding to my calls to file the state tax return. I was trying to reach them over phone and emails but no response from these people, I am completely fedup with these people. Dont go with them
FRAUD COMPANY. I wrote in caps so people be aware before taking services from them. They will take your money and will never give you service.
I just want to start by saying they are fraud. They will not answer your emails if you ask about where your returns are and will not pick up any phone call to any extension. Do not file any tax returns with them or you will regret it.
Yesmaytaxes will followup with you till you pay. Once you paid you need to follow them. More than a month and no returns filed and no response.
It's all FRAUD. Horrible company, horrible people, horrible service.
I filed my taxes for 2016, 2017, 2018 Tax years with YesMyTaxes. They claimed multiple random expenses which I did not incur during the tax year, IRS caught me and sent me a penalty of around $6000. When I contacted YesmyTaxes about it, guess what, as expected there was no answer from them. I dropped multiple emails, multiple voicemails, yet no response.
They have gone absconding fearing they would need to pay that $6000, or answer me for why they have committed fraud with me. Out of all, the biggest fraud is Praveen, who is the master mind behind this fraud. Save yourselves, IRS mistakes won't be taken lightly by the Govt, you will be hunted just like they hunted me. Don't waste your valuable money by falling prey to their false promises.
