Mr. Higgins treated me with respect and kindness. He (and his staff) answered every question, spent time explaining strategies and always produced the results they said they would. I had my doubts in the beginning but this company delivered great results for both my state and federal tax issues. I highly recommend Prodigy.
I have had s bad experience with Prodigy Financial! After sending faxed paper work to Kristy she mismanaged it or misplaced it and didn't " see it" until I called several times and all of a sudden after I read off everything from my receipt from sending the fax she saw. Which was two weeks late. No one returns phone calls I've been calling and leaving messages for the past 3 weeks and I haven't gotten as much as an email back. On top of that my garnishment I'm still paying on. They took my money and ran and I'm still having to deal with the irs. Prodigy did not do anything that they said they where going to do. It seemed like all they cared about was my money Mr. Charles Watts.

Prodigy released Wage Garnishments from both the IRS and the State of North Carolina within 3 days of me hiring them. They completed all my old tax returns too. They handled the IRS and State so I would not have to and negotiated a repayment plan that I could actually afford. There are no words to describe how fantastic Amy and her staff are. They will sometimes spend hours on the phone with me. They are responsive, helpful and always looking out for their client. Best part is you can always reach someone or get return the call promptly. Amy is a very dedicated, concerned and helpful person. I recommend this company highly. I have been extremely satisfied.
