I ordered a dress for my wedding. We decided to get married pretty fast. I worked out the days and realized if I did the expedited shipping and the rush order the dress would be here in time for my wedding. There was like a two week time frame, but even at the latest it would arrive before, so I ordered and paid. The dress did not arrive in the time window promised and actually showed up 2 days after my wedding. I understand things happen, I bought another dress and everything was okay, no big deal. But I wanted to return since I would not be wearing it as it did not come in the timeframe promised and my wedding was over. They're giving me SUCH a hard time. Telling me I need to keep the dress and I can wear it next time? Or that it's nice for anniversary pictures? No. That's not what happened. I paid a lot extra to make sure I would have my dress in time, you couldn't fulfill your obligation and the dress arrived late. I never even opened the box. Take it back and give me a refund, I don't understand the issue!

I ordered a wedding on 3.16.2024 for wedding date 4.20.24. Dress arrived in the wrong color. Not as pictured at all. The dress color was white with silver appliqués. The dress I ordered should have had a nude underlay. I've tried to contact the seller numerous times via email & text since 4.15.2024 for a Return Address & refund. No one has replied. To date, it's been 6 weeks. My next attempt is to contact my credit card provider.

The dress was exactly as pictured and described. It fit just perfectly and was a gorgeous dress! The quality is fantastic and we definitely will order from Yesbabyonline again!

My daughter ordered this for prom and we loved it. It is a nice fabric and the lace-up back made it easy to fit. It really made well. And is very luxurious looking. I was surprised that it was this nice, based on the price. We had absolutely no complaints., although you should know that it is very long in back. A lot of fabric, but very elegant.

The dress is described as see-through. It is not. The lace should be thin with a flare train. The train is an afterthought sewed into a lined dress. Poor quality. The seller tried to give me the hardest time with refund. This dress has been my only stress for my wedding. Say NO TO THEIR DRESSES AND THIS SITE. Please beware!

Après avoir payé un supplément de 30€pour être livré rapidement et les avoir sollicité par mail une dizaine de fois, je reçois mon colis après l'événement. J'ai demandé un remboursement des 158€.Pas de réponse, ils font les morts après avoir bien sûre encaissé l'argent. Pourquoi se donnent ils une telle image, une telle réputation? Ne leur faites pas confiance, ils profitent de notre porte monnaie, c'est honteux!

I always order a size 2 for my evening gowns. Thank god I ordered another dress from another company size 2 that fits perfectly just in case. The dress from yesbabyonline fit like a 00. I couldn't even get my arm in the sleeve! Customer service told me too bad and to sell the dress to someone it would fit. Are you serious?!

I got an amazing dress from this website, it was for my prom and I get so confident and pretty. I did need to get it altered just because it wasn't perfect in places but I still loved it. The material sparkled so beautifully.

I have 6 bridesmaid that have been waiting 30+ days for their dresses & Some paid rush fee 14 days no dress

Dress was supposed to be custom size in the color rose gold. Not only was the size way off, but it was blush pink not rose gold, with a separate yellow skirt. You can't get ahold of them they respond to email when they choose. And the shipping was 2 weeks after the promised time

Ordered a dress for my daughter's 1st communion. Ordered a size smaller based on measurements; also paid extra for express service. Dress came on time, as promised on the website, great quality and details on the lace and embroidery! Elegant and dainty, perfect for a little lady's 1st communion!

Let me tell you something i was speechless when I saw the dress…. Above and beyond… spectacular I didn't regret having my dress made be them. Breathtaking…. The dress was a showstopper at the event I attended wow wow wow great job… over the top… no disappointment here…. I'm most grateful and appreciative. I did a photo shoot before the event…just wonderfully made, every detail intact wow… I can't stop saying this… well done. They put did themselves. Thank you

Ordered a bridesmaid dress after clicking on picture for $106 the dress came and it is horrendous very poor quality, color not close to what I ordered. Giving me hard time returning, poor responses and don't want to refund my money. Buyer beware China slockhouse!
