I ordered a dress from yesbabyonline.com, The dress does not look like the picture at all it is see through, Low quality material, and the size specifications was completely wrong! I emailed the company regarding returning the dress and they had me send pictures, The first pictures were not good enough they request me taking pictures "in the natural light" I send them three more sets of pictures with the tags attached, and they still kept requesting more information, basically they will just $#*! you around and not return the item and they also tried telling me that that was not the dress they sent me... So basically calling me a liar! Worst customer service ever don't waste your time buying from these people.

Ordered my wedding dress on February 24th, customised of course, and paid extra 40$ for faster production which is supposed to be less than 2 weeks. I just received my dress today April 4th! Sent an email on March 27th, asking for a refund of the extra 40$ as it was already over a month of production. Till now, I haven't gotten even a single email in response to that. Now the dress... THIS IS MY WEDDING DRESS FOR GOD'S SAKE! Dear reader, please take a look at the pictures. Words fail me.

I ordered a dress on the site and when it arrived. It didn't look like the picture at all and it didn't fit. I sent a message to the site asking what their return/refund policy and it wasn't given to me. They ask me what was wrong and I told them. Then she kept asking what size I wear. At that point I didn't want anything else from that site. They need to put their return/refund policy for all to see. Instead of wasting people's time.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever worked with. My daughter found a dress she loved on their site so we ordered it for homecoming. While the dress arrived on time and in good condition, it was much larger than the size specifications on the website. I immediately contacted the company. After 17 emails back and forth with their customer service center (requesting that I send photos, sizes, etc. which I happily agreed to), they refused any sort of refund. The dress was $179 plus $40 for expedited shipping and was much larger than their own specifications. They refused any sort of compensation and told me to have it altered locally. They absolutely refused to accept responsibility for their own mistake or do anything to make it right. Be smart, save yourself some money, and shop elsewhere.

I was a little nervous about ordering my Prom dress a Week and a half before prom! But this company was so nice and had great communication skills they repond in less than an hour. I First contacted the company before I ordered my dress because I wanted a unique color and they helped my through message to find the type of fabric for the exact Shade of green I wanted! (depending on the fabric texture the colors are a little different) Once I ordered my dress my mom contacted them again stressing that prom was coming up and they rushed my package and had it at my door earlier than expected 2 days before prom! When it was supposed to be delivered either the day before prom or day of. Im so happy with the dress and it fit like a glove. I Definitely recommend this company for any event they take pride in their work and the dresses come exactly like the picture also GREAT Fabric choices!
