No probs with this order so far. Though my last order after it had been placed i received an email saying it was out of stock. Would have been good if they put out of stock before i ordered it.

I love YesAsia.com. I have had the best experiences with this site. Other sites Ive used have either scammed me or said they shipped my order but when I emailed or messaged them I got no reply and no package until I threatened to refund my money and never buy from them again. Ive never had that problem with YesAsia. Theyre always very affordable and their packaging is amazing so youre albums or other merch never get damaged. Its just an overall very good website.
Condition of items good considering they have to be sent to US. Tracking fee is excessive. Should be included in total cost so that items can be tracked at least to when it leaves the country without the added cost of $13.99 tracking fee.

The site was very easy to use and navigate. I chose this site for my purchase it had the best deal on international shipping and I will continue to use this site for that reason. I was okay with paying a little extra for the Albums I bought because the total still ended up being nearly $20 cheaper than other website with international shipping.

I usually get my stuff pretty fast which always shocks me. Once one of the things I ordered was a bit damaged, the box was broken but it was fine, and everything else I've ordered came very quickly and in proper condition :) I'm very pleased and will keep ordering all my kpop stuff from here.
Don't preorder games here, customer service took 5 days to get back to me on their mistake and still didn't get me the right game. Do not use.
If more SEA films esp film festivals are available in DVD format, have subtitles for other languages, it will be good. Packaging are good & well protected when DVDs are received.
