My fifth time ordering with yesasia and i love them! Often slightly cheaper than other sites in regards to kpop albums at least. I have never had shipping damages to my albums and they always come with everything as i ordered. The first time i used yesasia i was very confused when it arrived as i didnt get posters but the service i received when i emailed them was amazing, i got fast responses and they kindly explain where i had faulted while ordering. I dont think i will ever use any other site for buying kpop items!

YesAsia is now my go to places for importing Japanese media. It's a bit more expensive than the other sites but there's free shipping* included so it works out. There's some cool freebies* they throw in such as the gachapon items and they have a large range of goods. The delivery times to Australia were pretty decent too.
Overall, excellent experience with them.

This is the only site for good but obscure K-rock. It also had a good price. It was also easy to find what I wanted at the site and had a good description of the CD.
YesAsia doesn't have quite the selection of some bigger sites like CDJapan, and their pre-order bonuses aren't as available, but their customer service, shipping costs and speeds, and packaging is the best I've seen. I'm never afraid my merch is going to arrive damaged or lost in transit.
I've been shopping here for many years and have had only good luck. Shipping is perfect, items quality, easy to use website. Some other chinese Web sites are difficult to use. They have done such a good job providing the world with asian products. My only complaint is that most items are not ready in stock. So be patient. After they receive your product it usually only takes a week to receive. Thanks, keep up the good work!
Its nice to order from this site they have items at a reasonable price they have items others are out of and charging to high a price for. I always find what I'm looking for when I visit
I my pre order was canceled with no warnings ahead of time and now I can't even buy the item I wanted because it's sold out everywhere! Every other online retailer will at least know how many pre orders they can fill before they actually charge you, but not this terrible site! I seriously suggest never pre ordering from this site if it's for a limited purchase you know will never be restocked. Worst shopping experience ever, I'm never buying anything from this site ever again!

I usually order kpop albums from Yesasia and I've order a lot of times with them - around 10 times at least. Yesasia prices are reasonable because of free shipping. They seem like a reputable company so they're reliable and their customer service is good if you have an issue. A con is their stuff comes really slowly to Canada, I have waited from 10 days all the way to 35 days before with the majority being around the 4 weeks (28 days) mark.
They are selling those groups which I want. Of course, they have a very good customer service. I just have good to say about this company. I have always received what I have ordered. :D
