I ordered a lino perros bag from this site about 2-3 months ago. After 1 month they updated me that due to insufficient stock they could not proceed the order and order was cancelled from their side. As the order was prepaid they assured me the money will be refunded into my account within 7 days. After waiting for 10-14 days i inquired about the refund status through mail as their customer care seems to be always busy on phone. But the issues is not solved till date. When will i get my money back?
Should i take this issue to consumer forum?

I have worked with Yepme for 6 years. I feel with this company I learn a lot in different fields. Like content, marketing, production, vendor managent etc. It had a great working environment. The seniors and HR were very flexible and understanding. Will always cherish being a part of this company. Sadly due to losses the company was shutdown.

Avoid Completely.
I ordered a track suit from yepme.com. It was my first order with them so i ordered a cheap 700-800rs clothing. To my surprise the quality was so bad that even my maid refused to keep it for her son. The cloth used for track suit is some cheap cotton and not the sleek parachute cloth generally used. They took 6-7 days for delivery which seems like their standard and it was not delayed by any means. I think they start sewing the cloth ones the order is placed because the product seemed like sewn by some local tailor. HAHAHAHA it was a joke and that company is a joke too. I regularly buy online stuff and a lot from jabong.com and so far no complaints. The return of the stuff at yepme.com is also very tricky and length. I literally wrote down the whole procedure.
Its good that its cheap but the quality is also cheap, so you are not getting any good stuff for cheap. Their are cheap sports brands like shivnaresh which provides good stuff for cheap but yepme is cheap and bad.
