I ordered a lino perros bag from this site about 2-3 months ago. After 1 month they updated me that due to insufficient stock they could not proceed the order and order was cancelled from their side. As the order was prepaid they assured me the money will be refunded into my account within 7 days. After waiting for 10-14 days i inquired about the refund status through mail as their customer care seems to be always busy on phone. But the issues is not solved till date. When will i get my money back??
should i take this issue to consumer forum??
