My review is a one star because I ordered this found out it wouldn't work told them to cancel my order they ship the item out kept calling leaving messages emailing ******* 10 times to no avail with no response and no answer at all horrible experience stay away

PURCHASED 2 XS POWER LITHIUM BATTERIES FOR AN 06 FORD E350 VAN AND ONE OF THEM SHORTED OUT AND ALMOST BURNED MY VAN TO THE GROUND! THERE ARE 2 IN A DIESEL AND ONE OF THEM SHORTED OUT, FIRE EXTINGUISHER WILL NOT PUT THE FIRE OUT, WE HAD TO DROP THE BATTERY TRAYS WITH PLASTIC AND FIRE ALMOST HITTING OUR HANDS, THEN WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME " THEY HAD NO DESIRE TO HELP ME" THEY LASTED JUST OVER A YEAR, ONLY ONE OF THEM FAILED INTERNALLY, THE OTHER ONE MOUNTED WITHIN 2 INCHES AND WIRED IN SERIES SO YOU GET AMPERAGE BUT NOT VOLTAGE INCREASED, DIRECT REPLACEMENTS, DID NOT FAIL AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY DEVIN, TRIED TO BLAME IT ON MY ALTERNATOR. AGAIN, STOCK 120 AMP ALTERNATOR, BUT THE BATTERY ON THE SAME CIRCUIT, HAD NO ISSUES, COMPLETE TRASH, DO NOT BUY!

I bought my batteries online about a month ago and just received them today. I asked if they were on back order and was not told anything but they would be shipping them out soon. After a week I asked again and got a rude response and was told they would send a tracking number when they were shipped as I paid for shipping protection. I never got a tracking number, one of my batteries was in the box upside down and the bolts were missing. On top of that whoever delivered them left the batteries on my steps instead of putting them under my porch, 2 more feet and they would have been dry, and I almost dropped one of the batteries when the box almost came apart. This was my 1st time buying from them or spending this kind of money on batteries. I will never buy another battery from xs power as long as I live!
