Well first off unless you ready the fine print, you will most likely come to find after installation there is a completely new app that pops up on the target device homescreem that the user has never even heard of. Questioning why it needs permissions and access to absolutely everything... Also their refund policy is crap, how this product ranks so high on any list!? There are free apps that work better than this ripoff
"24/7 support" - doesn't exist.
"Works on iPhone without "jailbreak"" - after your credit card clears, the instruction page says only works on phone that has been "jailbreaked". Emails from tech support could not send instructions to install. All instructions were for phone that was jailbreaked. Total scam
I got xnspy after i notice that my daughter has been using WhatsApp and Skype too often. Even during night, she wouldnot let go off her phone. With xnspy the first thing i did was to read her texts on WhatsApp. Now i dont have to worry anymore because i know what she has been doing.
Amazing! What an awesome way to track chilren. I love the single interface idea becasue even if you're tracking more than one child, you'll have everyone's information on a single screen. That is a brilliant add on I'd say.
Would leave a worse review, if possible. The product feature set was not well-advertised. Features I thought were available, were not, and features they claim are available do not work well like they do with competing products. Despite claiming a money back return policy, they would not issue my refund despite many attempts to request it. Different members of support keep replying "please describe your issue" even though I have described it repeatedly. It's a scam backing for a subpar product. I am very disappointed since I had read positive reviews prior to purchase. I am now attempting to get refunded through their biller and if that doesn't work will be refusing the charge on my bank's side. This could have been resolved more efficiently if they would have been willing to follow their own refund policy. I will be posting this on as many review sites as I can find.
They don't really offer a 10-day refund. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.
Simona from Xnspy's customer service was very helpful. I was having some difficulty installing the app and she guided me through the whole process very patiently. To get a hang of it easily and I am quite happy with the purchase.
They're terrible. The info takes almost a week for each day to populate on the interface so you end up not seeing the info until later. Half of the info is missing when it is finally up, and the surround recording feature is a joke because those go missing too. Buyer beware. I've used many spy softwares but this is the worst & not very reputable like webwatcher or mobistealth. The customer service is like talking to 5 year olds as well. It can't be based out of the US either.

I've tried to use this website for the first time.
They banned my account for an unknown reason so I asked from their customer service to explain what I did wrong. They never replied but they just sent a canned
message. I've tried to ask them again. The same canned reply repeatedly. What a ridiculous customer service and platform is this?
Now I use Wizcod3, another hacker I found on reviews to work my account recovery for weeks now without a problem. I just wanted to also try them too as it looks that they have some very skilled experts for cellphone monitoring. Grateful, It is very fair because of the great service Wiz Cod3 on instagram finally provided.
Probably my most used app but its not perfect always. Sometimes It takes some time to log into my dashboard but it's a minor complaint. I use it mostly to track my kids' social media use and it does that reliably.
Xnspy gives you statistical reports about the top callers, top call durations, and even the top 10 frequently-visited websites. I have used a few different spy apps before Xnspy and I can say this is the first time I am seeing something like this. Really saves the time.

This app does not work. Did not work from day one. Customer Service does not help. All they say is that its working on there end. All the good reviews are fake. I have seen a review from a person that was my Customer Service.
Apart from the variety of features and affordable price, the compatibility of the app with the latest iPhone has made me a true fan. The customer support was helpful throughout, and I got the hang of the app in no time. Xnspy is pretty cool!
I’m very happy with xnspy because it lets me go through my daughter’s photos. I had an inkling she was taking inappropriate selfies and xnspy confirmed my fears. I couldn’t have stopped her if I hadn’t used a parental app on her!
Phone surroundings are a little fuzzy for me and as far as the iPhone monitoring goes, the NoJailbreak version doesn't have a whole lot of features if I'm being truly honest. It's a bit of trade off I guess. I hope the xnspy team works on adding more features to the non jailbreak version and give everyone a fair offering. Other than that, great initiative.
I am so dumb. I bought the app without even checking apps comaptibility. Our family is bb user and i had to buy my kids new iphone for the app to work. More OS compatibility can earn them more reputation.
It's feels great to finally have a decent spyware app that's free of BS. Great work, team Xnspy! I have wasted enough money already on these apps and I was going to go very nasty in my review if this app hadn't worked either. But, that didn't happen and I am very happy!
Wish I had seen these reviews before purchase. This app NEVER worked and they won't refund a full purchase even if the app does nothing. I asked for a refund less than a day after purchasing but they insisted I follow their advice still didn't work even with repeated installation. They keep asking to reinstall over and over again, finally I hot fed up and said just refund me (as I think they were just trying to make me go past the 10 day mark so they didn't have to refund me at all). I have asked for a refund over 10 times now and they still respond with the same BS of please reinstall app. DO NOT purchase big waste of money.
