Waste of time. They are simply cheating people. First of all they accept all terms. Later, they dont. I cancelled my trip before one month due to lockdown i didnt get even a single penny back. Dont believe these guys. I had never seen such a people like them.

Don't trapped by these people. Totally fraud, I have very very bad experienced. If you want to spoil your mood, money and time then go for it.

Customer service is very bad. While discussing the trip package they offer 3 star hotel but after paying the money they give delux hotel. Which is not even 2 star.

Please make sure to check the email before payment as they will offer delux only so don't believe on calls. Always ask for the full package detail in the mail then only pay the amount.

I faced this issue and contacted the team they told that they don't know the call discussion we will have to check the mail. Whatever they told on call was big lie.

They never discussed about the hotel name but when we checked the pics of the hotel that was full nice but reality was not expected. We tried to contact 3-4 people for solution but everyone disconnected the call.

They were telling they can't do anything as they already paid the amount in hotel but what about my trip... i paid full Amount for 3 star hotel and got delux. After all that they again contacted and offering 3start hotel but we will have to pay again 16k for the trip of Goa. Means ******* for last pakage+******* for new Goa package... HAHA...

Went to andaman with family. Xenium Holidays has such irresponsible service executives that you will end up regreting why you fell into its prey. Initially they will make false promises and once they recieve money, you will start facing problems and no one will even try to listen to it.

Had a really really bad experience. Our tour is ruined because of mismanagement and lack of coordination among staff. We planned tour to Gujrat and staff who accompanied us was having no knowledge about the local area, moreover they promised us Ac tent and provided non Ac tent. We could not enjoy White desert coz of our driver's lack of knowledge. Would never recommend anyone to take this package.

Very bad experience of my rann utsav trip. They have cheated me. Nobody is giving reply of my mail. They are refusing to connect their md/ceo. They don't know what is going on. Upto booking their response was very good.don't believe them.

Xenium holidays is a fraud tour service. They did not give us good service. I took 5 night n 6 days tour package bt they took much more money And there is no facilities. Xenium holidays agent mr. Narendra is a manner less person. He dont know how to talk with women's. He is very cheap. Plz guys dont believe this third class tour service.

We had booked kullu-manali package from Xenium Holidays(Dec2016). Our coordinator name was Amit Singh.
He agreed on 15K for 3n 4 d. He initially asked us to pay 5 K to their account and then later we can pay in slot wise as per the trip. The hotel which was offered was pathetic and third class.
There was no hot water neither light electricity, nor the room was cleaned, nor there were any blankets. The rooms were more of looking like slums. We called him for the same, he initially picked the call, and then later he didn't even helped us nor received our calls.
We had to book our hotel on our own, on the spot. It was some 2-4degree temp, we were waiting for Amit to help us with the hotel accommodation, but he didn't. We had managed everything on our own. Even the driver which was assigned, he was very arguing and refused to take us to all the places which were promised and mentioned in the package.
So guys its my request to one and all that please don't buy any package from xenium or any local holidays. Instead go for reputed ones yatra or makemytrip, etc. They charge you but will provide best services. These local chepos are seriously not concerned whether how we will survive there in such a low temp with such cheap hotels without any heater or any basic facilities. They're just concerned about their commission. Once they get that, they will stop receiving your calls.
This is our first and last trip from xenium holidays.

Dont believe these guys. These are cheters and fraud. They used say that will provide everything in the budget. After paying first installment their game will start. Slowly increase the price and used to chnage the options of hotels cabs which suggested before. The options will be present in Itenary or quotation but they dont provide that options. While taking the package they used to promise so many things but they dont obey on their promises. I have all proffs for what they promised and how they changed for all those issues.
I have faced so many issues before starting the tour and in the middle of tour.
1) They promised me a good hotel but booked ordinary property in munnar
2) They promised me innova crysta whose rent is higher than innova and i paid for that. They said that innova crysta is not available and only innova is available just before one day to the trip. If you dont want will cancel entire trip and money is non refundable. While booking the package they have sent me innova crysta picture also having name as xenium holidays on its doors. We believe that could be providedbut they did not.
3) They increased price of 1830 after paying first installment
4) Return flight got cancelled, Without my confirmation or informing me they booked flight for next day. We need obey all the charges for that one day extra. They called and asked about the rescheduling date but not informed timing. They said that will let you know the timing but without informing me they booked the flight. Kokila from the booking team has taken her own decision regarding this
5) Alleppey houseboat is not good either food or ambience.

I have all proofs for these issues. If anyonw need clarificaton will send you proofs.

The main culprit is Amith singh sales guy, kokila and munish from booking team.
Everytime they used to treghten us like will cancel the trip and money non refundable as per payment policy.
They not even bothered for us.
Plese avoid this and go for travel triangle.
If you are going with one company they used to find negative reviews for that company and try to maniplate the people

We booked Uttaranchal tour through Xenium holidays.
On the eve of start of the journey, they called saying their driver has fallen sick & they need to arrange another driver which will cost 3000 extra. Either pay extra or take refund of booking amount. Being helpless at the end moment, we needed to agree for that.
Again, after some time when we call to get the car & driver details, they will say that Ertiga will pick us up, when we booked Innova. We need to argue & then they will say that they will confirm back in some time. At the last moment, an hour before the travel, we again followed up asking for car details & they said they will send it through sms. No proactive information from their side once you pay advance booking amount.
They said that extra amount they charge for alternate driver was for proper driver who knows the routes & site seeing spots to make our tour smoother, but the driver they sent did not even know the route of major destinations, forget about site seeing. We had to navigate through maps for all the spots.
Overall, worst experience through unprofessional tour operators.

One of the worst service by an holiday company. Driver being the worst no coordination between the company and the employees. I suggest not to travel with the company. Really bad experience

My trip to Gujarat was awesome. I & my wife was put to great difficulties. As promised on 24/9 night on arrival at Ahmedabad Airport nobody was seen waiting nor no directions and I was quite new to that place. In the night of that day a senior citizen like me had a harrowing time, However I managed to the Hotel, Safar. The first room allotted in the Hotel was insecure and moved to second one where the AC and TV never worked and checked into the third and had to adjust there, several calls mad to Avinash, went into thin air, with nobody to attend. Accommodation arrangement at Hotel Shee, Bhavnagar, Hotel Sitara at Somnath, is this a Hotel Avinash? Shree Darshn at dwaraka however is OK.
Actually I was wondering you people at Xenium is dong what?
I was not picked up not taken back to Airport as promised.
Please make arrangement for refund of Rs 1900/- which I had to cough form my purse for this. This charge is for up and down airport charges at Ahmedabad.
Pleas refund this amount to my account at the earliest. Of if to recommending you.

Please immediately refund the amount since it a violation of the terms of agreement

This is very glad to give an review for next travellers who are travelling from xenium holidays.
We want to save your money and precious holidays times.
This people are more than crook n dacoaits who are not concerned about the travellers and only run after money.
We faced our total 8 days journey to uttarkhand full of deficulties and had messed every morning with this people.
They are least bothered about our journey, safety, and time.
We booked for ******* rupees package and by the end we paid almost ******* above.
They are booked through OYO rooms, no pre booking and advance was not given by them.
They not give proper information about any cancellations of hotels
We paid ******* as advance and rest amount paid on first and third day respectively.
Ankita and Avinash mourya one of the 2team mate of xenium holidays is the chepaest person we saw in our life. She does not have the manners to talk with customers. She screwd our holidays with money, time, energy and all the talking senselessly. She does not deserve as a travel agent. She was making money with out intimation of the company. She was least concerned of our trust which we kept on travel company.
I advice every one DO NOT BOOK XENIUM HOLIDAYS and I rate this holidays below zero.

Yes we blame you. Coz u deserve this. You are fraud. Kind your information we have booked Goa 5 nights and 6 days package with honeymoon inclusions with INR *******/- bt now u saying it was INR *******/. Wow... how u r liar. After tour compelete now u want to show that it was *******?. Yahi tumhara jhut sabit ho gya.
SECOND thing we have booked 3 star category hotel but when we reached at hotel we saw that Alor holiday resort was not 3 star hotel. There is no facality of 3 star. We have booked 3 star hotel.
3. - After check in room was cool bUt we did not get hot water. TV. remote was not working, there is no room freshner.
4. - Second day sightseeing DONA POULA was left by your side which was included in sightseeing as u mentioned when we booked package.
5. - 2nd day sightseeing u did not provide GUIDE.
6. - When we face many problems your. Agent mr. NARANDRA was not picked up our calls. We called him many time bt the whole day we did not get a single reply.
7. - Fourth day he received call. When we told him about whole problems his behaviour was foolish and manners less. He dont know how to talk with womens.
8. - When we said that give us your seniors executive ankita mam"s mobile noumber, he said she is on leave. Then we asked about managers mobile number, he said that i dont have my managers mobile no.
9. - Hotel staff and the agent both were rotete us. hotel staff was blamming to agent and agent was blamming to staff. It whole was bluff. We surprised that after all this happened they demanding more money!
10. - At last after irritating we left that hotel one day before. Our tour package was 5 night n 6 days bt we shifted other hotel one day before.
