Yes we blame you. Coz u deserve this. You are fraud. Kind your information we have booked Goa 5 nights and 6 days package with honeymoon inclusions with INR *******/- bt now u saying it was INR *******/. Wow... how u r liar. After tour compelete now u want to show that it was *******?. Yahi tumhara jhut sabit ho gya.
SECOND thing we have booked 3 star category hotel but when we reached at hotel we saw that Alor holiday resort was not 3 star hotel. There is no facality of 3 star. We have booked 3 star hotel.
3. - After check in room was cool bUt we did not get hot water. TV. remote was not working, there is no room freshner.
4. - Second day sightseeing DONA POULA was left by your side which was included in sightseeing as u mentioned when we booked package.
5. - 2nd day sightseeing u did not provide GUIDE.
6. - When we face many problems your. Agent mr. NARANDRA was not picked up our calls. We called him many time bt the whole day we did not get a single reply.
7. - Fourth day he received call. When we told him about whole problems his behaviour was foolish and manners less. He dont know how to talk with womens.
8. - When we said that give us your seniors executive ankita mam"s mobile noumber, he said she is on leave. Then we asked about managers mobile number, he said that i dont have my managers mobile no.
9. - Hotel staff and the agent both were rotete us. hotel staff was blamming to agent and agent was blamming to staff. It whole was bluff. We surprised that after all this happened they demanding more money!
10. - At last after irritating we left that hotel one day before. Our tour package was 5 night n 6 days bt we shifted other hotel one day before.

Print of sightseeing DONA PAOULA, which is included.
Print of all E-mails.
All call details with date and time.
All call recordings ETC.

Now i shown all proof to you and public also so now your turn to pay me double ammount of tour as u told me in reply. Otherwise i will go court legal.

First of u respact womens. Keep manners and give good service to the guest. Please dont behaviour like this. Guest are like a God and u dont have value of ur god.
After this matter we also not trust to any agent and tours trawells.
At last i am attaching some proof with highlights plz guys check it. It will help me to disclose all this bluff.

As per your review you blame us but this is only one way process. You can check your end after you think who is fraud?. They are booked Goa 5 night Package with honeymoon inclusions with INR 15000/- for Couple and they have done only 4000/- booking amount after we received the booking amount we send the hotel voucher and all document confirmation and after they have told the balance full amount we will pay on arrival at goa we agree for than okk no issue sir you can pay the mount at the time of check in at hotel. We have booked the hotel alor holiday resort as the confirmed by client. After check in they told we are staying hare we don’t move then we will pay at on check out time and they are use full service and honeymoon inclusion and sightseeing and last 2nd day our staff told the payment then they have paid only 7000/- rupee and told balance we will clear last day. But last day they done have pay any single amount and we are calling him mr. Shrish but they don’t pic our any call and he is transfer to his wife they tolk very we are not pay any amount because the guide is not provide from your side we are not give the driver but we told okk ma’am you can reduce the 1000/- rs and pay rest of amount but both are very smart they don’t ready for pay any single amount after use all the service.

Please advise we can provide the same hotel demand from client side and after use all service then what we can do they are creating lots of problem in hotel and other guest also if you all don’t bereave us you can call to alor holiday resort goa. Every body is now this client. They told we don’t have money then what we can do? And they have checkout without pay inr 5500/-

Please don’t blame and use wrong words and if you you suffer with my package then show the any proof to our company and show the public also we will pay you double amount of your package and don’t call fraud type of words after cheated to us. You are very smart sir you can go without payment and post feedback also then we will don’t take any legal action.
So company is not fraud but you can give your statement side you are okk with you end and yes after this matter we also not trust to the client and we are not commit for on arrival payment the all amount we collect before departure as per the company policy because all company are fraud and same for the client also. Every guest of God for us but after this matter what we can do.
