My trip to Gujarat was awesome. I & my wife was put to great difficulties. As promised on 24/9 night on arrival at Ahmedabad Airport nobody was seen waiting nor no directions and I was quite new to that place. In the night of that day a senior citizen like me had a harrowing time, However I managed to the Hotel, Safar. The first room allotted in the Hotel was insecure and moved to second one where the AC and TV never worked and checked into the third and had to adjust there, several calls mad to Avinash, went into thin air, with nobody to attend. Accommodation arrangement at Hotel Shee, Bhavnagar, Hotel Sitara at Somnath, is this a Hotel Avinash? Shree Darshn at dwaraka however is OK.
Actually I was wondering you people at Xenium is dong what?
I was not picked up not taken back to Airport as promised.
Please make arrangement for refund of Rs 1900/- which I had to cough form my purse for this. This charge is for up and down airport charges at Ahmedabad.
Pleas refund this amount to my account at the earliest. Of if to recommending you.
Please immediately refund the amount since it a violation of the terms of agreement

This is very glad to give an review for next travellers who are travelling from xenium holidays.
We want to save your money and precious holidays times.
This people are more than crook n dacoaits who are not concerned about the travellers and only run after money.
We faced our total 8 days journey to uttarkhand full of deficulties and had messed every morning with this people.
They are least bothered about our journey, safety, and time.
We booked for ******* rupees package and by the end we paid almost ******* above.
They are booked through OYO rooms, no pre booking and advance was not given by them.
They not give proper information about any cancellations of hotels
We paid ******* as advance and rest amount paid on first and third day respectively.
Ankita and Avinash mourya one of the 2team mate of xenium holidays is the chepaest person we saw in our life. She does not have the manners to talk with customers. She screwd our holidays with money, time, energy and all the talking senselessly. She does not deserve as a travel agent. She was making money with out intimation of the company. She was least concerned of our trust which we kept on travel company.
I advice every one DO NOT BOOK XENIUM HOLIDAYS and I rate this holidays below zero.

Sir, pick up and drop you have to manage by your own as you confirmed, and I haven’t offered you Lunch & dinner in any mail. I have only given you option of Dinner with Extra cost 3000/-Inr.
We offered you complete package from day 1 pickup to last day drop but you can removed day 1 and day last from the itinerary then how can we arrange our service booked from next day pickup from hotel morning and we provided the same as you booked, after your trip how can claim the service that you was not booked with us. day 1 and day last pick up and drop you have already reduce the amount from the package before the confirmation with us then how can we booked as all the thinks cleared before the trip start and all the travel documents our team was provided before the trip start if you have any issues in the travel then please advice us we will definitively help you.
