I am from Pune, Maharastra. I traveled to Uttarakhand with my husband. Ms. Bedapragnya Behera was my concerned sales person who helped me for the package and guided me for the trip. But the Innova specially which i received from the company was from Rajasthan so that driver did not much aware of destination. Hotels & Vehicle condition was well & good but the problem which we faced a lot is only for driver's lack of of knowledge about the destination.

Hope next time this thing wont repeat again specially with me.

I had booked my kashmir package for 4N/5D, the trip was awesome and memorable thanks to Kapil and Ankita and their whole team for always assisting us. Their dedication to serve their customer reflects their professionalism and commitment towards their work.
I have just one problem regarding hotel in pahalgam that is rectified in no time. And the tour is well planned and timely executed. Our family has enjoyed the whole trip with smile on their face. The driver they provide us is quite knowledgeable and we save on our cost on tour guide. We have enjoyed gondola ride in gulmarg and 1 ticket for our 10 yrs old son is complimentary from their side. Thanks for planning such a wonderful trip. And i am soon going to planning my next tour with you guys again, make this one memorable tooo!

I booked the Kerala package through xenium Holidays for my first wedding anniversary. Initially, I thought their prices were a bit on the higher side, as I was getting the similar package at a discounted rate from other tour operators. But their prompt response & sincere recommendations led me to book the package through them & it was worth it. During the trip, our tour operator Sunil sir used to call us regularly, just to check, if we are facing any issues. The quality of cab, hotels & meals were exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised & delighted when our deluxe houseboat got upgraded to a royal suit, that too without any extra cost - although one shouldn't expect it to happen every time.

My experience on the recent Kerala tour. The overall programme, except Thekkady, was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and travel in Cochin, Munnar, Alleppy House Boat and Kovlam beach. But Thekkady experience was bitter. The lake Periyar is not navigable because of falling water level. Hence touring the Sanctuary programme on board a Cruise and viewing the wildlife was cancelled. In future you may include the Thekkady programme as one will witness Cardamom cultivation, Rubber plantation etc. on the way but in absence of Boat journey exclude the sanctuary visit by jeep. Except Sanctuary visit we enjoyed the tour very much. Thanks.

It was customized package. Package was designed as per our requirements. Hotels were Good and car arrangement were also superb. There was no mis commitments and all destinations and places are covered smoothly. Driver were proactive to show places n share there views. Pragnya madam was continuously was in touch n approachable since the day of booking. Me. Deepesh from booking department was also in touch during trip and details were shared from time to time. During sight seeing I misplaced my cell phone in car n was unable to contact driver, on contacting pragnya she immediately took initiative and contacted driver and next 5 minutes driver arrived at meeting point. My cell phone was intact was on back seat of car. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for Xenium holidays. Thanks pragnya and Deepesh for making my holidays memorable.
