We booked a holiday with xenium for 3 star hotel and they gave us budget hotels, rooms and food quality was worst during the travelling.
Their staff is very unprofessional, they used harsh language with female traveller
Xenium holidays provided us with best holiday package with wonderful stay and services. We had a good time enjoying our holiday as Deepesh sir and Manishankar sir were very good at coordinating the tour. They were on point if any problem occurred.
I have booked 9N Gujrat tours with the xenium from 14-23 Feb 2020.
Xenium is full of unprofessional people. They charged us for 3-star hotel accommodation but provided budget hotels. The driver was very rude and behaves like the guest is a burden on them.
The driver was not giving proper information about the travel and destination.
Be careful while booking tour with Xenium.
Waste of time. They are simply cheating people. First of all they accept all terms. Later, they dont. I cancelled my trip before one month due to lockdown i didnt get even a single penny back. Dont believe these guys. I had never seen such a people like them.
I booked a trip to Nainital, Kaushani, Ranikhet, Jim Corbett. I bought the package from Mr Avinash Singh. He then before commencement of trip gave me a number of One Dipesh Singh Rajput as my tour coordinator. Everything went on smooth except some hassles with hotel at Ranikhet. Now this guy Dipesh did not attend to any calls when rang up. Also he did not call up after seeing missed calls. Also his behavior is not at all good. Company management to look I to that matter with seriousness if the company has to run. The behaviour of Mr Files Rajput is really very bad.
It was an unbelievable experience with this travel agency... Thanks to Xenium holidays for making my Uttrakhand trip awesome and safe. Behaviour of driver is so friendly he helped us a lot for giving us the best service We enjoyed a lot. Amazing service was provided till the trip was ended. And thankyou so much for giving a surprise candle night dinner in Mussoorie. The package cost too low as compared to other companies. Thanks to mis Kokila for arranging this all and please send me details of our next trip to Kerala for October month.

Hi we are 5 people, we have taken trip to spiti Valley trough xenium holidays with a package deal. Trip was well planned and we got the package at a reasonable price
And our driver (Saleem) was very friendly and know the routes properly

Transport service very good all the hotels provide us excellent coordination with executive was also excellent support with the customer support and tour manager only the guides need to improve themselves at sightseeing so that the tourists can get to know well about the places. We were not sure what to expect from this tour, but were pleasantly surprised. Both hotels (classic fall resort & Crystal ganga) were lovely and beautiful I stayed in. Specially the Crystal Ganga Hotel in Haridwar feeled very nice. I enjoyed very much this tour. It is great if I have one more day in mussoorie & Haridwar each in order to see the temples and some other sights with respect to natural views.
The driver was good & professional.

We Went to Kashmir 3 weeks before. The total program was very good balanced and we got what they promised. Only 2 hotels were Not Up to the Mark. The driver was Extremely good and we receive good services. The dinners in one Hotel was not tasty. Price and quality was balanced ( Value for Money). Although Operation Team was Coordinating with us all the times still Seller was also in our touch from Day one to End of the Tour. That was very Positive.
I just had experienced a wonderful honeymoon with your company. It was simply great experience. The accommodation, food, local sight seeing arrangement, overall services was much more than expectation.
