Was very apprehensive ordering online without actually seeing the sofa first but it turned out to be an excellent purchase! Really good quality, great service ( delivered on time and even took bulky packaging away) all in all very happy. Thank you

Light in the box lost my parcel and wont compensate me. They have and are still fobbing me of with incorrect details. They have replied to this query on sitejabber, and again I unable to contact them with their website details. As an Irish person, I would strongly advise not to purchase items from light in the box. You will regret it

Well wazzum is a michael pennington from thailand as i have read. He makes a rather bad dating script but probably is not a scammer. He has a good bbb rating but unfortunately the rating has nothing to do with the script's quality. The rating means years in business, replies to complaints etc. so it does not show anything about the software itself. And the software is very poorly written, this is for sure as i am a php developer. All the rest are wars between providers.

I got the free trial version and talked with him a couple of times on Skype about it. Usually since I am in the web development business if something goes wrong I usually report it because I would think that someone would want to correct itand have a valuable reputation. However I was just recently cut off by conversations with him and said I had to pay now to get any support. Since I have teams of developers, I really don't NEED to do that, they can fix anything themselves. Now there is no more free versions and everything is paid, so I am stuck with taking my team off other projects to fix this one. Maybe someone should start a blog group for wazzum for support and maybe we can get it from one another or hire a cheaper programmer like one of mine who is going to get it done and fixed right! UGH and my site is booming and now I have to go in and fix crap!

Horrible company to work with the manager haroon rashid, nawab raza and the owner umair rasheed awful people i was an old employee i was humiliated by them very cheap and low minded mentallitys i wouldnt recommend anyone to use this company im very upset they made me work like an idiot disgusting work enviroment they treated me like an animal. Pls i would stress careful whilst booking your tickets from them they will charge you double than the actual price awful very very upset the way i was treated.

The previous review was done by a Russian named Dmitry and he owns ABK-Soft.com which is listed on the better business bureau (BBB) as a known scammer company. These negative reviews about Wazzum are all created by Dmitry in order to blacklist Wazzum. The owner of Wazzum is Michael Pennington and he lives in Portland, Oregon. Not Thailand. I think ti's funny that this guy Dmitry says this. The phone number is not a skype-in to Thailand. In fact, the has two numbers. A cell phone and a office phone. I actually met him last week in West Linn, Oregon. You see, I'm in Portland and while I haven't purchased his software yet, I know this guy Dmitry from ABK-Soft.com is a liar. I think what he is doing is wrong. Michael is a real person and is in Oregon, not Thailand.

Also, Wazzum is not on the BBB website like he has claimed. You can't believe what people type on the Internet without backing it up with some proof. This is just another blacklist campaign by Dmitry at Abk-soft.com.

You may not like Michael's software but you should not slander him with lies because that is what these previous reviews are.

Don't believe me, call Michael and ask him for coffee if you are in the Portland area.

I have experienced terrible customer service. I don't know about the Wordpress thing other then some of the script reminds me of Wordpress. Probably asking Wordpress themselves would solve that question. I have called many times without an answer. For two months I have been waiting for 2.5 upgrade. Michael said he was tired of dealing with my support requests and told me to take down his software. He said he would refund in 30 days. He could have refunded in 3 minutes via paypal. I hope he does refund my money. His website says satisfaction guaranteed and lifetime support but that was not my experience. Hopefully I will get a refund like he promised. Not sure why he likes to prolong the misery for me but that is his business decision. I can't recommend his software because of the slow or non-existence upgrade and troubleshooting help. He never did troubleshoot the script so I am wondering if something fishy is going on. He always said his "team" would look at it. I will keep you guys posted on refund as he now says it's being "processed". If I don't get a refund I will go to the attorney general. I have only heard a voice on an answering machine. He never has picked up the phone. It seems odd that anything technical he has his "team" do and then gets very defensive. He emailed me and said he would refund my my money even though he demanded that I immediately take down the wazzum software which I did. Still no refund. Hopefully he will pull through. Something seems odd about the whole thing. I paid $300 mostly because the site had me convinced there would be excellent support. I did not receive it. Michael in the end sent emails laughing at the fact that I could not get a fully functioning site for two months. I installed a script from a different company in 5 minutes and it worked fine so it was not my servers. Regardless he offered a refund and so I will waoit 30 days and start legal action as I am out $300 with never a fully functioning 2.5 script which I deleted within one minute of receiving Michael's request to do so.

I bought the Wazzum software Premiun edition and paid $ 399.00 for it. The advertisement said that you will get lifetime upgrades while you own the domain. Since I bought the software, it's been a nightmare. Michael Pennington doesn't know much about anything and his support was three words per email. I've been reading post from him and competitors and its funny because most of the time the people writing all this good things are themselves. Michael (Wazzum) also owns a site that grades dating software and he talks how great is Wazzum. Now, the latest news was that Wazzum was sold to Roy Haryanto, from San Diego, CA. So, I contacted Mr. Haryanto to give me the upgrade since I bought the premium version. The answer was that I need to pay 99.00 for it. This sounds exactly like Michael Pennington but with a different name. Now, you can ask me if I was scammed, I honestly would say, YES why? Because I bought a product based on the customer service of upgrading the software and never got it. So I was lured to pay for something they never intend to give. I don't care if anyone buy this software or not, that's your choice, just good luck with it. If you cannot pay a programmer to make your own software then you should do something else. Most of the time their servers are down and the Flash chats and IM don't work. Even if you chose to use your own server, the flash chat and IM are controlled by them, so if their server is down, guess what your business would be affected. Roy Haryanto is no different that Michael Pennington. "Two wings in one bird". I also sent a complaint to the BBB that would be logged in 30 days.

When i first start contact whith Michael he was werry open, answare fast on skype and show werry god service, as he also promes me the best service. I did pay him 200 USD and he did watt we agree. Then i pay 100 USD moore, that was part of our agreement. But it was moore to do on the page, and it was stil not working. Then he sendt me the bill iss 400 USD. I did lukkely only pay the 200 again, becose after that he newer do anything moore for me and the page. The hole page a shame. After weeks and weeks and weeks he just send me a few words on email that he gonne do the jobb, but he newer do it. He don't answare my email, he don't answare the skype.
Then suddenly sending me a mail, claim that he alredy done watt i payd for, but the page like chit, just crap, stil not working.

Thats my experience.
Michael send me last mail 12 July:

"Software was 300 dollars and you only paid 200 dollars so you owed me 100 more. You just paid 200 more. 100 that you owed me and 100 for the WORK that I did on your site. Was NOT a scam. You got a problem with that then you go get a lawyer. I'm not going to play games with you. I know what you paid and I know what work was done."

This just bull$#*!. He newer make my page work, he just suddenly stopp responding after last payment on 200 usd. Wassum is a scam.
Hes program i see fore sale at 50 USD, just seach the nett and you see it 50 USD. When i told Michel he was laughing. He say my 200 USD was fore the best costomer service.
