My situation drained me emotionally until Prowzetec on instagram took over. They fixed what others failed to fix and treated me kindly throughout. I finally feel secure again.

I purchased this app 3 days ago. Never received the email for setup of the service. Tried to contact them several times with no response. Disgraceful

Purchased this product a few months ago and it has never worked. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and have had no response. I would assume based on other reviews that there is actually no customer service department, they set up that up as a front. Total scam, I don't understand how companies like this stay in business. They need to be shut down. I lost $75 - like I may as well just flushed it down the toilet. Do not buy this product. You can see from the screen shots below, I pulled a recent icloud download but the reports are empty! I've asked for a refund since this has never worked and nothing. Disgraceful!

Physical mobile trackers seem like a bad idea. But this app Trackmyfone is less intrusive and so much better. It track my child, gives me his location all the time and provides me logs of his chats and calls. I exactly know what hes doing throughout the day. Plus, the price is very good.

I think that you guys should do something about it. Kids shouldnt have the authority to reset their devices. You get me this and Ill change my review to 5 stars because everything else about your service is just perfect.

The subscription fee is very low and the services are satisfactory. Its a child monitoring app that every parent can easily afford.

Subscribed last week. Took 1 full day to upload pictures, etc. from my childs Nexus 6P. But overall, its worth buying.

I got my first license of Trackmyfone last year when my eldest son got an iPhone. Now I have two licenses; another one for my younger son. The app is so much better now since the first time I used it. Regular updates and patches are available which fixes any bugs users may be experiencing.
