Walmart.com is a rip off they give you one price on line and charge your account a higher price. This is most definitely a con and not to be trusted. Save your time and money. They also refuse to give back the over charge money they take from you. If an online item says $2 they will charge your account $10 and then say oh well there is nothing they can do. Management teams are absolutely no help
So I have entered multiple times and never once had any solicitors call me or spam emails. I believe that Walmart isn't out to scam anybody if you think about it they really don't need to. I believe they are honestly out to get consumer opinion on how there stores are being ran nationwide.
This Walmart is getting worse and worse every time I go in there. I get better deals and service at No frills and food Basics. While other customers are waiter the cashiers would rather watch you bag your own groceries than help. If there was two longer belts people wouldn't feel so rushed. If getting self serve is your way of saving and serving the customers better you are definitely going in the wrong direction. I am a senior with low vision and if you think going through the self checkout is best and risk of being accused of stealing if I miss an item. Think again.
If I could give negative numbers I would! It should be a score of -100! Completely ridiculous! This place is a complete joke and gets worse and worse everyday! 2, count them 2 lanes open! And about 30 people trying to check out. No sense of urgency from anyone in customer service. No manager in site! A CSM just staring at the lines, but not doing anything about it. No call for cashiers! Nothing at all. Just plain idiotic. Whoever is in charge needs to be reprimanded or get some basic customer service and management classes in. 20 years in customer service and I can say I would never of stood for this without at least helping out! It's like this all the time.
My husband and I went in to buy dish soap which turned out to be a $178 shopping day. Took about 20 minutes to shop we wanted to be in and out. Well lines where long with only 4 register's open stood on line for over 40minutes then when leaving girl at door had the nerve to ask for my receipt I looked at her and said your kidding. Got outside in parking lot to discover cashier rang us up for double laundry detergent we only had one Went back into store to customer service counter to stand on line for another 15 minutes. Cashier's were not apologetic at all. I will NEVER shop there again
I was at the Walmart in Grand Blanc Michigan first of all... upon checking out I used coupons which I was told they would not honor them because they would have had to enter the amount manually because the item cost more than the coupon... since when has Walmart not honored coupons? Then after I checked my receipt I was charged for an item that the cashier took back... how are people getting trained... or is your policy just to put anyone on a cash register and tell them that they don't take coupons?
One of your employees caused a very hostile environment after being asked to grab a purchase item that was damaged. After refusing to grab the item he started making comments and comfortable statements towards me, which led to a big scene in the store after asking him numerous of times to stop his behavior, he continue, which led me to, tell him that I was going to start recording at this time he refused to get the manager and refused to walk off after I asked for him not to be in the presence of me while I'm purchasing my items if he was not going to be a help to resolve what was needed he left, came back to argue some more.

Spent almost $150.00 today at the Oro Valley, AZ walmart on Tangerine. Cart FULL and only self-serve checkout available. For $150.00 I'm not doing my own checkout, unload cart, bag, load cart and push it out the door. Went to customer service and "Tonio" still wet behind the ears just stares at me as I complain asking where I can get my cart checkout and he points to the garden center at the other end of the store. So I trudge over there and get in line... other customers will full carts there, too. The young checker doesn't talk, smile, the counter space is abt 36" long and guess I'm still unloading and loading but at least I didn't have to do the checkout part.
Pushed my cart back to customer service and now there is another "manager", "Johnson, standing there talking to Tonio... I issue my complaint and Johnson says, "Let me go check" and wanders off. Tonio still just looking at me... I (the customer) says, "Don't you care?"... and his reply was, "I'm just listening to you." They have been re-organizing the store and has been a shopping in hell experience for the last month. A long time customer... but no more. I'm done!
You going to Walmart and do a cashier's job at self-checkout. Then you have someone at the door checking you to make sure you did the job that you don't get paid for right. It's very aggravating and from now on I will go to a different store.
Today February 16 2021 around 11:49:55 a store supervisor came over to tell me my ID was not valid, I explain to him it says void because I received my driver license after my ID so they put void on it just to let an officer know I have a license. The associate began going back and forth about learn your policy and that if I don't be quiet I can go some where else, I ask him that he was still talking while with other associate and he told me he could. I would like to know who trained this person that he can talk to a senior citizen the way he did, instead of apologizing about the situation he kept going back and forth with me. I ask to not get smart with me and still kept talking back instead of walking away. I have always be a loyal customer at your store and the store near by. It really disturbed me all day until I'm totally stress over how someone who represent Walmart would act that way in the front of the store with other customers watching. I am over 55 years of age and have work in retail many years and have been manager and supervisor where I have worked.
Survey? What survey? I was entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win a $1000 Walmart gift card. However, I was not asked one single question about my shopping experience. There is no survey involved whatsoever.
Need Management, workers are rude and not helpful. They treat customers like we are bothering them.
The shelves are always empty, and when they are stocking the pallets are in the way and you have to go around
Them.
Love Walmart but I stopped going to the St. Clair, Pa Walmart-
I have never answered a survey in life(79 years), but I was so upset that I felt I had to respond to someone at Walmart. I live 45 minutes away from the Gurnee store. I got home, a clock that I had purchased was not in the bag. After several calls on hold I finally reacched a person who would not give a credit or ship same, even though I had a receipt. Now I have to drive back to get the clock or a credit. I find this a terrible imposition.
Today I went to Walmart in Garfield NJ, Zip *******–ST*******, to the cosmetics section. I needed to buy foundation, shadows, mascara, among others. To my surprise, some items such as mascara for my eyelashes had a lock, I searched the entire area for an employee, and I didn't find anyone, I walked to the registers where an employee was arranging cookies, I asked her for help and she told me that is not her department, and to keep looking for the person in charge, well, I kept looking and no one was in the cosmetics area. I returned, again to the register area where I found a group of 3 female employees, and they told me that they can't help me either, yes! Again same answer I was told to go to customer service, I went to the customer service to request that someone go to the area, it is worth mentioning that I already had cosmetics in my hands, that to cross to the customer service area I had to pass the cash registers, and there was also a line of people, so I told Araceli, the woman who refused to help me, and she insist that she can't help me, I asked if she can communicate by intercom, or if she can help me, super rude, she raised her shoulders and She said that it is not her job, I had to go to customer service, go back to the cosmetic department, waited several minutes and still no one arrived. I left only with 3 items and I couldn't buy my mascara because was under lock, and because incompetent, employees.

I tried to return a small box (100 pack) Splenda without a receipt because my nephew bought it for me and got the wrong thing. He paid with cash and threw away the receipt. The store wouldn't return it for cash or store card… Was told could only return it for replacement with same item. What the **** good is that if you aren't allowed to use it due to medical restrictions… Said ALL EBT eligible items can only be replaced with the same item! That is BS for people who are not on EBT program! Walmart this is something that needs to be resolved fast. I wasn't even allowed to exchange for the Stevia I needed. So guess what I threw it in the Store's trash can! Totally disappointed in Walmart customer service!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t purchase EBT items in case you pay cash and lose receipt you can’t return or exchange for different item!!!

I have been a customer at Walmart for many years, and have never had any problems with any Walmarts like I'm having today Thur. 28th October 2021. My 5 year old grandson and I went to Walmart located in Donna Texas last night to purchase a Halloween costume for him. I also purchased a few other items, but when we got home I noticed that the mucinex that I got for myself was not in the 2 bags I had was not there. I called store several times and no one would answer the phones. I called again today and spoke with a lady explained the situation, and she said she would speak with manager. She finally called back and said the manager had gone over video and had seen me take 2 bags and for that reason they couldn't help me with giving my medicine back. I asked her to please ask manager to go back and review the camera again and check when we were at the register that my grandson was playing with the thing that moves the bags around. Because he did move it, but I didn't realize that the girl bagging items wouldn't have noticed the item left behind when she started bagging groceries for the next customer. I've forgotten items before at another Walmart and they called me back when I called to let them know what I had forgotten. They took my number and called me back to go pick up item that was left behind, but I didn't go because it was a bit away from where I lived. I did let them both know that I had receipts both times. I just think that the manager at Walmart in Donna, is not interested in doing his job or just plain lazy to do the right thing.

I was in the olds and location today and got SHAYLA at the till. She is the worst employee I have ever encountered at this Walmart. She talked non stop, took my butter, tossed it in the air and cracked a joke. She commented on every single item I purchased which was 44 items. I apologized to the next couple that were waiting for me being slow and SHAYLA piped up and said that they'd go elsewhere. When they did, she laughed and said to me that she told me so. She also told me she's been there for 5 years and that it was a wonder she hadn't been fired yet. Her and CRYSTAL were PLAYING AROUND PHYSICALLY and SHAYLA said that she hadn't seen her for awhile and that they were visiting. SHAYLA said that when no one was at the till she could sit and on and on and on. F***ing show her the F***ing door! You hired how many people during covid?

I'm a senior and thankfully don't and won't be doing business with this location ever again. And no one has to be subjected to this kind of mentality. That's Olds AB Walmart location.

I am one of those few people who actually "won" the $1,000 Gift Card - but only if I completed several offers. These offers asked intrusive questions. There was even an offer for "Credit Monitoring" that requires your SS#. I didn't want to complete these actions, so discontinued the process. Since then I'v been plagued with phone calls (mostly from Incomplete Phone #s) & text messages urging me to complete the actions to retain the gift card or offering me this & that discount from Walmart. Entering STOP' doesn't stop the text messages. I'v had to physically Block each & every number I get a message or phone call from. Definitely NOT WORTH IT & I'm about to report this Survey as a SCAM to the FTC & FEC for Harassment!
PLEASE NOTE: This is the "$1,000 Gift Card Survey from the STORE RECEIPT, not one from a stray email or text message. DON'T BOTHER participating in this survey unless you want to be constantly harassed, even before 7 AM - which is illegal! All I want now is my peace back. STOP CONTACTING ME!
In July-2020, my husband came to the Walmart Shorewood to do some shopping, as we do 2-3 times a week (at least). He asked the girl at checkout to add a refill on the propane as he had the old one outside. He was told to go outside and someone will come. He waited btwn 10-15 minutes and no-one came, he waited a little while, knowing it's usually busy. No-one ever came. He went back in and after all that, someone finally came out and never even looked for a receipt, could have just taken one for nothing, if we were that kind of people. I had the same girl on 8-16-20, when I got up to the checkout and I had a box of hard seltzer I mentioned it to her right away as I knew she was not old enough to sell it, and so that she could call someone before she was done ringing everything up, she never did. I could see different associates that looked like they might have been in charge or a lead of some sort, but that is a rarity as you usually have to wait and it holds up the line and as not to do that to the people behind me, so that is why I told her this ahead of time. I ended up flagging someone down before they walked away as the line was growing. At the end I asked her please dont put the soap with the fresh vegetables, she never acknowledged me and sure enough not just that but she put a fresh pie sideways so it would all run together. I have had multiple times of having to re-bag my own groceries because of that was the same situation with other associates. I even went as far as asked for a manager after the umpteenth time, the person in charge said she would talk to the associates, I did remind her it should be especially the one's who are doing it as an employee if you already know and know you are a courteous employee it's kind of insulting as the guilty one gets off the hook, not that continued reminders or training is not a bad idea, as I know they must be given some sort of training in the beginning as this is an import part of what they do, besides for taking money. But last week was the clincher (trust me I could go on but I dont always say something as a lot of it is pure attitude-that I chuck up to the personality or lack there of). However this woman I have had issues with before that my husband encountered on (terminal #SC******* on 08/25/*******@11:58:16 am), she sits down to ring people out and always is sooo crabby, one time I walked up and she went "oh geez' bc I had 5-large items and about 10 small in a lane that was 20 items or less, and she did not hide it and did it in front of other customers, I said 'What?" then said never mind and walked away, I could have put my items down and went to Target, but I still went to another lane humiliated. SO when my husband came in on that day 08/25/2020, she bagged his things as he was paying and asked if that was everything in the bag, she said yes I put everything in one bag. He got home and realized he did not have the dental floss and went all the way back to get it, got home was assuming it was everything until he went to go put batteries in something and realized those were not in there either. Sure some of that could be on him, so I said you have to call the store right away when something like this happens so it is fresh and they will know when you go back. He was so frustrated that I told him I would go, I went the next day as it was getting late and he was told it would be at the desk-as I told him to request. I went stood in a long line with the receipt, I get up there and of course the item was not there. I went to go pick it out again and had to stand in line, this is just ridiculous. I would not blame the girl who worked the counter b/c she would have had nothing to do with the previous day, I would not blame someone in front of me b/c they would have no idea of knowing I had been in line 3 x for the same thing. I dont blame the nice courteous associates that I have ran into, as the majority does not make up everyone, I am a very considerate person, I greet and thank people. But when you are working in public one should at least have basic courtesy. There is the woman who was working the dressing rooms who put me in with 3 bathing suits as you know it takes time to finagle into bathing suits. Well after about 3 minutes she opened the door wide open as I was changing and never said, Oh sorry or anything just kept opening the doors? What? C'mon! Or the other associate-a older heavyset man who smokes like a fiend when you walk in the door and when he is working the register he is as grumpy and crabby as ever, and sweating as he is sitting down. I am not putting anyone down that should have a disability or anything other reason but then dont take your frustrations out on others, especially a customer. Next time I get an associate there who goes above I will post that experience as well. I have a had a young man who was so accommodating he helped me bring out a a large item even though I said I could probably do it myself, but thank God he did, as he was a great help! I dont care what you do for a living do it with pride, not regret. I could scan and add the receipts if needed but will not at this time. Maybe you should start giving incentives to help with the customer service, as lets face it-unfortunately Walmart has a reputation for this. Especially if you put some on to be a greeter and they dont even look your way or are on their phones as you are leaving (could be walking away with something valuable that had not been paid for). I will acknowledge that I come back because their are a lot of items that I need or want from the store, but that should never be taken for granted. Thank you and thank you to the associates that do go out of their way!

It's ridiculous when you have to wait in line at the store for a 1/2 hour because there is a new employee being trained, self checkout shouldn't have to be your only option! Another lane should have been open.
