I ordered a tankini bathing suit top previous to my last order & it went with me on vacation. It was the most comfortable bathing suit I've had in many years. I recently ordered another tankini set & another tankini top. The fit was fantastic (which is not easy on a top heavy person). All pieces feel great. The colors were very vibrant. I'm a senior citizen & the bathing suit pieces made me feel great!

Very pleased with the dress, it looks exactly as it does on the web site, except it is a bit longer than shown. I used the sizing chart to get the right one to order and it was perfect. I would recommend everyone do this as the sizes are smaller than normal and if I had ordered my normal size it would not have fitted me. Very pleased with the seller.

I love looking thru all of the clothing on Rotita - the clothing is very unique, clean cut and fresh looking. I was happy with my purchase of women's blouses; the sizing was true to size, the colors were beautiful, and the shipping was fast. I also like the return policy; returns are in the USA. I ordered 5 items from Rotita and everyone was a perfect fit, great style and looked amazing. The material was very flattering and easy to launder. The items arrived before their original delivery date. I was very happy and excited to receive them.

I purchased the Geometric print long sleeve black dress. The model display this dress with belt, when I received my Oder and tried the dress on it had No belt. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed because there's not one display of the dress featured without the belt. The on line chat staff was absolutely no help when I chatted numerous time telling them I order the dress that comes with black belt with the white stitching on it. All I ask for them is to send me the correct dress and they wanted me to pay $9 to return the dress that I feel I shouldn't have to pay since I didn't receive the dress with the belt. Good service would have been to send me another dress and then I could have return. Rotita you don't have good customer service when a customer makes a complaint. You didn't make this situation right for

I ordered for the first time, hoping that things would go well. I was very pleased with my dress when it arrived. It was a very easy experience.

I bought a swim dress, super cute. Rcvd the suit and the color was a washed out version of what is shown on line. The hot pink was more like a putrid faded pink orange, so disappointed as I was taking it on vacation real soon. Trying to get customer service to help has become a merry go round nightmare...I keep getting Brinda, an on line chat rep, who has made numerouse promises to resolve w no results, ticket #s and even abandoned my chat twice in one day. They can not guarantee the color issue will be resolved, if I asked for a replacement. All Im asking at this point, is a full refund with no return fee charged to me, as the reason for return is an error on the part of Rotita. Cant reach anyone...my order# and images below are proof enough of purchase without disclosing more personal info

It took a bit but really worth the wait. When I reached out to express my concern on how long it took I got a response right away. I would definitely order again.

Clara was very profesional understanding my concern about I had to wait almost a moth to get my order and also that with honesty I did not know I was buying only the top, when everything staring from the pictures was leading me to the concept I was buying a whole set, I only received a top for my surprise.
It feels very good when you can be understand! And also I felt she is sincere and solving the situation to my satisfaction even though I haven't see the actual solution! But at least I am happy with her service! And because her action she will take to solve part of my no satisfied situation to become a very happy client!

I followed your exchange instructions and filled in all the feels that were necessary and it would not let me submit. I tried this several times and now I'm having trouble trying to get a hold of anyone and there's no customer service phone number provided.

Sehr unprofessionell. Ein bestelltes Teil wurde nicht geliefert. Es entstand ein sehr verwirrender Mailverkehr. Im Endeffekt musste ich paypal einschalten um dann nach fast 3 Monaten nein Geld zu erhalten. Nicht nochmal

My items arrived in a timely manner. They were exactly as described and very pretty. The swimsuit top is especially cute. I just wish the built-in bra was a little tighter. I would definitely order from Rotita again!

Isha was very helpful. I did a text with her. She asked what my problem was. And she offered a solution. Isa is going to be sending me an email with information about my return or exchange depending on if I can get the right size. She said I should be receiving my email within 24 hours.

I ordered several items, such as tops and bathing suit. They all fit perfectly. I would strongly recommend to take your true measurements for items to fit perfectly. Great quality.

I ordered a dress for my grandaughters wedding 2 months ahead of time was promised they would get it to me in time and they never let me know they could not get it to me till after the wedding. No time for me to get a new dress. I am so mad. Poor customer service, poor company, i hope they go out of business.

The swimsuit was not what I expected. It had a sheer bottom that I didn't realize from the picture. I returned it. The return was easy, but I only got about half of my money back. Apparently the item was on sale when I returned it, so I only got the sale price. They also took out money for shipping which I was aware was going to happen. That resulted in about half of the original money I had spent for the swimsuit.
