I never experienced any delays with my order and I always was contacted by email giving me updates about my order. I do hope you're checking with other patrons for this site because I saw nothing but negative feedback on Teefury Instagram page about orders being sent months later. That's partly why I haven't order since last year.
Ordered on Aug 26,2023.
Its now September 13,2023 and the product has yet to be delivered. I am being told its "international" shipping from Florida to BC Canada and that I could possibly be looking at up to 10 weeks for delivery.
Customer service has said that I have to wait the full 10 weeks before they will even look at doing anything!
I have ordered many times in the past and shipping was always quick.
I dont know that I will order from them again soley based on this.
Sales are final and you need to make sure the items fit... but the size chart is way off. I ordered two hoodies for my 6'1", 145 lb. son. According to the size chart, he was a medium. I ordered medium. They barely fit his 5'2", 100 lbs, tiny, little girlfriend. And of course they won't exchange them...
Buyer beware - the artwork is great, but nothing else about this site is good.
After 5months, got my order. Teefury had a bad time this year but things seems to be better now. The customer relation is great as before, I always got satisfaction(the first package got lost)
So yeah, long and uncertain time before seeing the tee, but all is good in the end.
After the negative experiences last year, I was rather doubtful whether I would ever order from TeeFury again, but after receiving a number of updates from them about being under new management, I decided to take a chance ordering a shirt after all.
This time the experience was a lot better. Shipping was a lot faster now - I received a tracking number the same day, after which it took two days before the shirt was indeed with USPS. The shirt arrived in the Netherlands 6 days later.
Lets hope the new management can keep this up!
Update - November 2nd - The disputes with Paypal brought results:
- Teefury themselves completely reimbursed me for the third order.
- A few days after I escalated the disputes, they suddenly sent a new tracking code for the second order and that order actually arrived and the shirt is actually quite good.
- Teefury kept giving the old tracking code for the first order, which only showed that they announced a package to UPS in June. In the end Paypal decided in my favour and moved the money for that one back from Teefury's account to mine.
All this does not change my opinion of Teefury as it is now - I would still strongly suggest to stay away from it. It does show though that going through Paypal's resolution center can make the situation a lot less bad.
My shirt arrived damaged in transport, customer service was quick, requiring only a few photos, and a replacement was sent the next day. The shirt itself was fantastic, great colors, soft, and comfort fit. 100% recommended!
A friend vouched for this site's quality, so I didn't hestitate to place my first order. Horrible mistake. 3-7 business day processing, that is still in process 2 weeks later. No updates. No way to check order status without an account. I originally misunderstood the processing time, and when I got a reply from customer service they said it takes 3-7 business days... on the 7th business day from my order. Currently on the Christmas wait-list for customer service again.
For a $10 grab bag, you get a rather unique t-shirt. It's highly unlikely you'll find someone else wearing the same thing! Great value and the shipping fees are really good as well, to someone from the UK.
Will purchase from these guys again!
DO NOT purchase from Teefury. I probably own over 200 of their shirts and had not bought any more for over a year. Because, well I own over 200 of their shirts... I purchased a shirt back on 7/31/18 and never received it or a tracking number. Submitted a complaint, got a ticket number, and no response other than this will take at least 4 weeks to read my complaint. I called my bank and asked them to reverse the charge. This company has gone downhill so bad all they are doing is STEALING the shirt off your back and taking your money too. Maybe someone should make an "I bought a t-shirt from Teefury and all I got was ripped off" t-shirt!
Being an international customer, my shirt took a little longer to arrive, but was still within the given timeframe.
The quality of the shirt is excellent, it fits perfectly and the price was definitely worth it.
I'll definitely be buying from TeeFury again.

I purchased at least 20 shirts in the past two years from this website with no problem. I've sent a ticket just recently because I made a mistake on a shirt size right after I ordered and it was answered and fixed two days later. I've never had t-shirts with the bad smell people are talking about. Shipping could be faster but they do warn that it can take up to 3 weeks when you order. (In Canada)
I'm pissed that this company is still allowed to operate. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and have asked many times for an update without any response. They are a sham company, probably some jerk-off in his parents basement.
Hey guess what after ordering my sons shirt for xmas on dec 5, i just got it today theses people are scumbags dont buy from them and i bought thru paypal n they never said or did anything about this, im so disgusted
They don't have a phone number, and their response to emails is terrible. My shirt still hasn't arrived, and there's no way of getting satisfaction from them. So much for that birthday present. Buyer beware!
Despite my best efforts to follow the sizing charts and measurements, fit is still an issue. Shirts I ordered this time were too large but can't be returned so I'm stuck again with ill fitting items. It seems impossible to nail down a correct size and this keeps me from ordering more frequently.
It appears I'm not the first to be ripped off by these scam artists. They should be shut down for appalling behavior; intentionally misleading people about delay times and guaranteeing that you won't have products on time for any given event.
I messaged them and asked about details; they didn't respond at all.
Ordered weeks ago. Haven't received anything. It was a $58 sweater that they collected on 3 days after the order. They won't respond to their "customer service" chat or to email. I am contacting the Attorney General. Do not use this site.
Umm... Shipping is CRAZY SLOW. Yet to receive my order. I already got tshirts from TeeFury through a friend and they seemed fine, decent and of good quality. Of course, all of this may change once I finally get them. I've seen poor reviews of people getting 3-6 grab-bag random shirts and have like 4 of the same, only different color? Lame.
Over a month waiting. Nothing but flippant "Don't worry! We're sorry!" emails with no actual news. Zero response to emails or tickets inquiring about order status or requesting a refund. So glad in ordered a holiday sweater... but it's okay; don't worry because your order is still on its way! Yet... they continue pushing new shirts and taking orders. Never again, teefury. And that's sad considering I own probably 20 shirts from them. I could live with the issue if they didn't treat it like it was not a big deal. It's infuriating.
I have been tracking my package, which was originally scheduled to be here April 21st but as of last night April 24, it still has not arrived. I have ordered in the past without any issues so this is surprising.
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.

Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
