I see all these bad reviews. I have ordered from them probably 5 times in the past few years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The product is good. The graphics are good. (The vinegar-y smell goes away when you wash it. It's from the transfer of graphics or something.) This Christmas they obviously got overwhelmed with orders. I too am frustrated that I have not received my order but I can honestly say that won't stop me from ordering again because I really like their designs.
Ordered a sweater October 25. Received wrong one on Nov 8... contacted company to send new one... they said they would prioritize the order... continued to give me run around and even stopped responding to my emails 6 days ago. Just awful.
Ordered five items from the grab bag for ugly sweaters, and was extremely impressed. Every item was different, high quality, and a surprise. The shipment arrived earlier than predicted, making it an even more exciting order.
Shipping times are ridiculous, you have to order your sweater 2-3 months in advance if you hope to have it by christmas. The product itself is also ridiculously overpriced and cheaply build. It's not a sweater, it's actually a long sleeve shirt with wool pattern printed on it. For 65 USD. Customer service is absolutely mediocre, they actually blocked the chat feature after I attempted to contact them. Don't waste your money on these pricks!
Sizes are off. If you need a large get one, but don't size up. Designs look as if they're already faded and I haven't even worn them one time yet. I worry about washing them. Doesn't seem like good value for cost.

I've spoken to multiple vendors who, upon learning that they had mistakenly sent me the wrong dimensions or product, promptly refunded or swapped out the product. In this case, I got nowhere. Thanks for nothing, TeeFury.
I've only ever had one problem order but it was fixed right away so I have no reason to complain. I often joke about how 90% of my wardrobe is from teefury and recommend the site often because I always gets compliments about my cool shirts.
Ever since the women's sizes have gotten better, I've gotten happier, but they still seem to be inconsistent when ordering certain colors. Black is pretty tight whereas this teal blue that I got from the princess/star wars mashup is a nice loose fit which I loved. I'll keep ordering because I love the shirts in general, but I'm hoping for the looser women's cut someday!
Placed my order on the 4th of November, and was promptly billed. Since then my order status has been listed as 'fulfilling'. I attempted to inquire through their site a couple weeks ago, and no response. Efforts to locate a phone number have turned up nothing, the one listed here in other reviews is disconnected. Emailed them today asking them to cancel my order and refund my money, but I won't be holding my breath on that either. Class action lawsuit, anyone?
In the past few months TeeFury has basically turned into a criminal organization. Orders placed are not fulfilled, even though money is immediately collected. Queries to their support email are ignored. If you look at the comments on their site or social media profiles, no one is getting their orders, they are responding to no one even though they continue to advertise new products every day. Recent positive reviews are likely fake, so be cautious.
I placed an order two months ago, emailed them a month later after it remained unfulfilled, and their auto-response said it would take a month to get back to me. This in and of itself is outrageous, and their own deadline passed with no response. I will be taking action to get my money back, and I suggest that anyone else who placed an order with them in recent months do the same.

Bought 3 tees 2 of which r for my vacation coming up, riding glacier falls. Ooh and one is a present. They shipped quickly and tees came in exactly how they look on line. No problems at all now just waiting for the other shirt I want as a gift to be one of the daily sale items
My household has spent hundreds on items from this company before, with great results. However, this summer we ordered some shirts, and months later we still have not received them, and only recently got an email back about the status. We will be giving them until the end of Oct. Then disputing the charges with our credit card.
In my opinion, TeeFury have the best printed Tees.
The basic Tee is high quality, fits perfectly, the printed holds up under numerous washings.
My only caveat is that I won't spend more than $20 for a Tee, so at $22 each plus $5 shipping, it's outside my budget, but when they have a sale I jump on it.
Good company... great product... quick delivery.

Complete waste of money, terrible service. I ordered a sweater 4 weeks ago only to be told in follow up emails it is "in production". The customer service have said don't worry and it's not our fault because of high volume. You're a $#*!ing holiday sweater company figure it out. Still waiting hear a month later and probably going to get a garbage product. It's a shame there ads pop up all over social media it's a scam
Can't remember how many shirts I've ordered from Teefury, but each transaction has been flawless! There's only been one time I remember when I was notified that there was a delay in shipping. No biggie! It'll get here when it gets here. These guys rule $#*!, and I'll stick with them no matter what!
I've ordered from Teefury probably between 10-15 times over the last couple of years. More often than not, everything goes flawlessly and there are zero problems. I always love my stuff. Two of those times there have been shipping problems. Both started with tracking information not being updated and ended with me having to email and ask if there was a problem. Customer service is always amazing and handled the first problem perfectly. Still waiting on the second problem to be 100% fixed so jury is still out but service was amazing last time so I'm confident.
I ordered two sweatshirts for Christmas. One arrived fine. The other is still showing as in fulfillment. These were ordered on 12/7. They are Christmas shirts. Why offer Christmas shirts that you can't send by Christmas. Also, they charged my credit card immediately. If they cannot fulfill an order then they should not charge me. No customer service and the phone number listed in Irvine, CA is no longer in service. I'd definitely avoid this site.
I've ordered dozens of shirts over the last 4 years with no issues. Cue 2018, the year of terrible service. By all evidence it would seem the company is about to go bust and is taking as much money from people as possible before then.
This is an epic scam, which includes the company sending out fake tracking numbers to trick PayPal into thinking the "sweater" was delivered.
When this company goes down and people go to jail, this will make headlines... I just hope they are under US jurisdiction.

Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
Answer: It's a real shame. TeeFury has a great community of artists contributing designs to the site. I hope those artists can find a better company to work with and continue their creative output.
