I've been buying TeeFury tees for years, and I don't think I've ever had a single problem, despite being one of those tricky international customers. This latest tee was great, and the quality seems to be getting better and better. Keep up the good work!
Shirts took a few days to ship, but that was expected given that they were custom-printed. The printing is very good. Not the highest quality I have ever seen, but significantly better than other t-shirt websites. I expect they will survive being washed fairly well!
Initially I purchased a sweatshirt by accident instead of the T-shirt I wanted. (The site can sometimes be a little confusing in that regard, IMO.) But the customer service response to the issue was prompt, polite, and professional. It was handled quickly and easily. I also bought 2 other tops, and they are both high quality and have fantastic artwork. The wide range of selections/options available, the impressively talented artists, and the exceptional creativity of the content for the shirts at TeeFury all blend together in such a way that it serves to highlight the company's dedication to providing both unique and superior quality products and experiences to their customers.
I have been buying creative and unique shirts from TeeFury for years. I have a closet full of favorite shirts. There was only one order hiccup, and their service team straightened it our right away. Keep up the good work!
I love the products and customer service but randomly got an email that my product shipped three weeks after I got it. Didn't get a second charge or have anything show up - just a random. Email which made me. Panic.
Short version, I ordered two tees about a month apart, picked the same size both times (women's relaxed fit), but the second tee was drastically smaller than the first, which fit perfectly. I emailed back and forth with customer service, sent pictures. They replaced the shirt (yay!) but the replacement was even smaller (I'm guessing junior's rather than women's, because it went straight down at the hip). I gave up after that.
I ordered two different shirts, and they both were the exact same size. When I tried them on, one fit perfect and the other was extremely tight and uncomfortable. I had to give it away. Makes me rethink buying another since I'm not able to exchange or return items.
Always love the shirts that we get. Grab bag days are our favorite time to buy. The surprise of not knowing what we will get makes opening the package super exciting. Sadly my wife was upset she didn't find a stitch themed shirt this time. Can't wait for the next set to come
I ordered an ugly Christmas in the beginning of December, with them saying they would have everything shipped and sent by Christmas. Come first or second week of January, they still didn't ship it, denied a refund, and I disputed it on my credit card, they said they delivered it (after I refused it and the paperwork they sent back to me even proved they had received the refused package) and it's been a long and arduous hassle. Will never make a purchase from this poorly organized and run company ever again and recommend no one choose to purchase from them either. Would be giving them 0 stars if possible.
This company is total crap - stay away. No customer service - I get the same "we are shipping next week" email week after week. Don't think, oh my order will be different... this guy just had a bad experience. I've went back and its the same sort of comments year over year. I've contacted my credit card company and have reported this as fraud.
Dec 1,2016. Paid and placed order for an overpriced Christmas sweater.
Dec 10-30,2016. Worked, did all my Christmas shopping, ordered more items from capable online stores, went to Christmas parties, spent a week in Arizona, received all other online orders.
Dec 30,2016. I received an email explaining to me that they have just shipped my holiday sweater. Just now, 5 days after Christmas... 30 days after I payed.
Jan 7,2017. Still waiting for sweater even, though the holidays have passed.
Zero star rating, don't use this company.
I'm furious. I ordered two shirts that took 3 weeks to arrive. They were child-sized. Like big enough to fit a toddler. I put in a ticket saying I needed an exchange. My ticket was ignored for ten days until I posted on it again. They said they no longer had the size I needed. The shirt is sold out. Shocking, since it's been a month since I first ordered it. Oh, and I get to pay for shipping it back to get a $#*!ing refund. Don't use this company, no matter how cool their designs are.
Just trust me and the other hundreds of people on this site and do not buy anything from them. First it is over priced and second it will take almost two months for it to even arrive. They have one email address that is useless and a phone number that doesn't even work. I would give less stars if i could. Don't even bother trying to get your money back they won't do it.
TeeFury used to be good. I suppose getting so big made them cut back. I have purchased from them when they first started. Understood the time it took for them to mail out the shirt. Now, not only do they take more than a month to send out ONE shirt, the quality of print has went to crap. My recent order, the print was stuck to each other and when I slowly separated it, it came off. I have alerted TeeFury about this and they basically told me that wear and tear is not their issue. Um, you mailed it to me like this. Anyways, TeeFury is a great concept for geeks but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I've been a fan of teefury for years, I was introduced to you by a friend of mine about 5 years ago and I've been buying shirts ever since. You are my guilty pleasure, mostly because I really done need all the tshirts I own but can't help myself but order more when grab bag happens.im always excited to see what selections have been made randomly for us. The only thing that bugs me is that I don't really know how much I'm spending until I see the charge on my credit card statement once it's converged from usd to cdn. It would be nice if the purchase order would convert the total at checkout. That's my only issue, and it's never too much it would just be nice to know ahead of time. Overall I love the shirts, so soft and awesome and great to know that not everyone on the street is wearing the same shirt as me.
The shirts did not come in the expected size - the women's sizes run very small and I'm not sure how many people actually check sizing guides before ordering. On top of that, a 1 in variance is allowed before they'll even consider exchanging or accepting returns -- 1 inch can make a huge amount of difference, especially if the sizes already run on the extremely fitted side. I have taken my measurement pictures and submitted them and have not yet heard back.
I'm not helping my husband getting rid of his addiction! With TeeFury, there's always something new and fun that I have to add to his collection. Really nice international on-line shipping, no customs, always on time, always looking great, always the perfect size :)
I've ordered multiple tshirts from this website. The quality is decent and after 6+ months only one (out of about 5) has lost its shape in the wash. Delivery time is always as estimated for your country (takes about two weeks for the UK).
I find Teefury to be a good tee shop but they lack the need of more color choice and more tee options. I would like to see blended fabrics and tall size options. While most prints look great on black fabric, it is not my color choice in that the black brand they use attracts lint, hair and anything in between. Also black tees tend to be more stiff and too classic looking in form. Unless they have machine or labor issues, your tee arrives within 2 weeks, so that is okay. For most people, this shop site will be worth it.
I have made multiple purchases and am quite satisfied. The one time I've had any issue, the team responded and resolved it quickly. It's naive to think there won't be any problems; it's all in how you fix them!

Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
