It was ok. Nothing brilliant or crappy.
Expensive if you factor conversion to Aussie Dollar. Mystery bags were great, but me an my children decided that we needed to swap orders around for the designs. Which we could not do because of sizes.
One t-shirt was regarded as inappropriate, as proud Australians no one wanted to wear a t-shirt with the USA Flag on it
I have been using Teefury for many years. Never ever had a problem with anything!
Luckily the daily shirts varies a lot, from barbie to Dr. Who, or else I would have bought a shirt every day! And I'm not sure my wallet would be happy about that ;)
They have a vast and great selection with more literally coming out every day, sizes are great and designs even better, but the delivery time has gotten longer over time, thou I still get al my shirts here
Customer service didn't respond within the 48 hour notification that they would respond. Then it took several messages back & forth to be made aware of a delay in printing. The shipping may have been out of your hands but it was delivered 3 days late. This has been a very unacceptable transaction.
Love the designs, but I'd have to say I'm over the inconsistent sizing. My daughter has 10+ shirts, in 2 different sizes, and the sizing is unreliable. You can't rely on the size chart. I've noticed that the size difference can also vary by color. The last shirt I ordered for her was 3" narrower than the size chart indicated.
If they can get their quality control issues resolved, I'd be a long term loyal customer.
Ive ordered many items from this site. Great products. Few issues: design choices have greatly declined over time (unoriginal, generic, and boring), shipping prices could use some work, and shipping time is terrible. It takes more than 2 weeks from the date of purchase to receive our items.
I'm very pleased with the unique shirt that I ordered. It arrived on time, was the expected size, is made well and looks great. I've already received compliments on it. I'll definitely order from this business again.
Really happy with these shirt designs and with the service. If I had any suggestions it would be please make the ladies shirts longer. I'm about 105 pounds and always wear smalls, but these are so short even a medium doesn't help. Thanks!
I have ordered several times with the group. Quality of shirts is great, service has been good and bad, website is not the best. Prices are often way too high in comparison to competitors with same product.
I'm glad my order came in 15 days since I ordered. Because I had bad experiences with a different online shopping to wait my order for long time. So I can trust Tee Fury doing sure thing. And the product is good quality.
Another flawless Teefury experience. Literally the only things I could ask for would be (1) further discounts for the daily deals or (2) faster shipping. And while those would get me spending more money on Teefury, I'm very satisfied with their ongoing service.
I have shopped here for years. I only had one instance of getting the wrong size shirts in a grab bag and they instantly replaced them and let me keep the ones sent to me. Most companies would demand them back before sending replacements. Such an easy fix to a minor issue. I tell everyone about this site because I get so many compliments on my shirts
Tee Fury is a place to find incredible niche artwork that can't be found in stores. From a consumer point of view it's a great place that I've bought from often. How much the artists get per sale I don't know. These sites, like. Cafe Press make money from printing, so margins for designers can be microscopic. But as far as quality, I can completely recommend them.
Had internet issues. Missed the sale by 3 minutes. Was ordering around 8 shirts for my husbands birthday since he recently lost a bunch of weight. Contacted customer service to see if they could extend the offer for me. They did, plus gave me an extra 5% off. They are birthday savers!
If a package had a possibility of being late an email was sent, and if it was sent later than expected they would make sure to compensate me for the untimely delivery. Their customer service in that regard is awesome, I will continue my purchases from TeeFury for years to come!
TeeFury has a great selection of creative shirts and other products-by talented artists. I look forward to receiving the daily e-mail to see what today's selection will be. I wish their shipping were lower, however, as it would inspire me to order more items or more often.
I've been ordering from Teefury since 2012. In the earlier days before they got too big for their britches, the customer service was top notch and delivery time was reasonable. I have had a few hiccups over the years (holidays, printing, etc.). But not as bad as it is now. They don't respond to email and have a 2 week window for when they will respond (I have yet to receive one but I assure you if I did this at my job I'd be fired). They throw out empty apology social media posts. They have had an issue with fulfillment since May. They still continue to take peoples money with wait times as long as 3-4 months. I am a patient person but this is ridiculous. I finally had to file a dispute with my bank. Whoever is CEO of this company should be fired and they need a complete business overhaul. We should start a class action lawsuit for theft.
Wish I could give them zero stars. Ordered shirt and they took my money right away but I never received it. Finally got a response from customer service but it was just to say they are switching systems or something like that and that orders would start being fulfilled, but still nothing. I'm not the only one that has had this experience either. And they still have the audacity to continue advertising shirt designs even though they are "backed up with orders." Shut this place down. They have a mile long list unhappy customers who have been waiting months for the shirt they ordered.
Great mashup t-shirts are reasonable prices. Love the fast shipping too. Tee Fury is my "go-to" for cool and memorable shirts. There are so many instances where people ask me where I buy my awesome tees.
Every time I had a problem, it was immediately solved and personally handled. Having an actual person write you instead of an automated message or a pre-written text makes you feel not only special, but also confident in that person's ability to help. Shout out to Caitlin who handled more than one of my requests and was super helpful!
Answer: Their response when I complained about the order was that they have "no control" over the shirts they use... or something to that effect.
Answer: I would say no. I ordered tshirts at the end of July and still have not received them. I asked for a refund twice and was told 'they're working on it, but not giving refunds.' So basically, they took my money and gave no product. I'll have to call my bank and start refund proceedings against TeeFuryLLC as others have done. Shame really. I used to order from them all the time, but no longer.
Answer: I filed a dispute with the Paypal resolution center and they told me when I return the sweater I will be refunded
