Christmas order was promised on December 22. Received several emails about delays with no mention of dates. Last email received on December 21 apologizing profusely for their customer inconvenience. They stated that they expect item will ship no later than January 5,2024. Poor business model. Not honest with customers since these delays are the rule, not the exception. Don't do business with them. Google has over 5,000 reviews for them and 83% are 1 star.

I ordered a OSU sweatshirt and it was all white except the hood and shoulders it was red.The color faded it pink when i washed it.Contacted customer service told them what happened and sent the old one back and they sent a new one within a week. Associate on the phone was professional and quality social skills. Very nice and understanding.

I used this company exclusively for online shopping for my sports-crazy grandkids this past Christmas. I don't usually take that risk (ordering all 12 gifts from one place), but did it because I found exactly what I wanted for everyone. It was close, but I was thrilled to have every single item arrive in time for the big day. Great customer service, great communication, great experience. Happy customer here. I highly recommend this company!

I have had nothing but the very best experience with Fanatics. Only once did I have a mailing issue. I called, they were going to send another for free but then I actually got the original product in the mail as we were talking because of an honest person who received my package by accident. I have, not on purpose, sent un-worn items back after a year and got gift card of same price of product, no questions asked (those items were in perfect, unused condition with tags still attached. This has been the greatest business relationship I've had with anyone.
I had a Iowa Hawkeyes vest that I ordered and it was accidentally dropped off by the delivery service to a wrong address. I had called Fanatics explaining that I did not receive the item as I was alerted to in my email. This was very early in the relationship but the Fanatics guy who I was talking to said he'd send another one free of charge immediately. Somewhere in there I had received the vest as the person who received my vest was honest enough to let the delivery people know, they picked it up and dropped it off. Fanatics was stil willing to send the vest anyway but I said no. Incredible first experience!
Fanatics just sort of came from nowhere. I think the first item I bought was an AJ Green Bengals Color Rush jersey and the rest is history. That was a very happy accident!
I ordered a shirt on 11-21-23 I received a confirmation email shortly after.I have been trying for months to get the product or a refund. After months of going back and forth with them they said it's been over 30 days and they can't replace my order or give me a refund.When I order the the shirt the tracking said it was Saud but the status never change.Fanatics is a scam don't trust them.I will report them to the better business bureau

Contacted customer service and was connected with Jordon. She was extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the issue. Looked it up and immediately took care of business. The items I had purchased were no longer available so I was given a full refund. She also offered a discount coupon for my next purchase! Jordon was very professional and went above and beyond. Bought a few hundred dollars of goods. Before I traveled out of town. Upon return I had an issue with a over $ 100 Washington huskies watch. I contacted customer service whom gave me no help at all. They stick to the 30 day return. At least at retail you have more time. Not with these guys. TOTALY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last order from these guys Ever! :(

I recently purchased a jersey and a tshirt hoping it would be here in time before my trip to denver. However i purchased it on July 14th didnt ship to the 17th here it is the 24th no idea where the package is. Im sorry but when people drop 100s of dollars on gear shipping should be free. Most items I have received have been very good, a few have been less then stellar, a couple t-shirts I purchase Fanatics brand I might add, after one wear and wash, the collar was coming off and the other one the right side sleeve was coming undone. Cheap material, crappy craftmanship from whatever Third world country they are made but damn have quality control over products with your name on it, sell better items, be better on many levels
Because you are damn near a monopoly among sporting good items, choice is limited, congratulations you win mostly by default. Majority of products are fine but there are more then a few that are Dollar General quality! Mostly hits, but like Javy Baez, when you swing and miss it is by a mile!

I'm not much on doing surveys or reviews but this is a must. I ordered an NFL Blanket from Fanatics as a gift. I didn't realize that the address I used was obsolete. The package was delivered on time but to the wrong address completely my fault. I contacted customer service for help not expecting much. To my surprise in a matter of minutes they had arranged to replace the item and also refunded my shipping fee from the previous order. Who does that in today's world. Thank you Fanatics I'm your customer for life.

The quality of the products is very good which makes me more likely to use Fanatics for gifts.

I ordered glassware and it arrived broken. The website says to "contact us", but when I initiate a chat, I'm sent back to the link for damaged items, which tells me to "contact us". I'm on the chat now, says I'm being connected to a Fan Advocate. After waiting for 20 minutes, no Fan Advocate is chatting with me!

I ordered a football jersey for an 8 year old boy. $106. Right? I looked at the sizing chart & got a youth medium. Wow is it small. They need to redo their size chart. They post no reviews on the site so you can't tell from others who have purchased it that it runs way small. Wonder why there are no reviews on the site. Hmmm. Do better

Granted there was a delay on a couple of items but I did get my gear as ordered.
