Terrible Customer Service

They are no help when you call them - I received two outfits that were marked as the same size and obviously were not the same size - I even tried to send them pictures showing the size difference. They said they could not help me and that it was a manufacturers problem. I asked for a label to send them back (at their expense). They would not give me a label. If I wanted to return them, I had to do it at my expense. I argued that the merchandise was faulty and that it was their problem - but that didn't help. I will never order from them again.

Wrong logo

I ordered 3 customized shirts and cookies kids sent me the wrong logo. They refused to refund or send me the correct shirts until I mailed back the ones they messed up. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for a service that was not given and was asked to be inconvenienced as the solution. I will NEVER shop with this company again. The customer service representatives were rude and hung up on me once requesting an explanation. You can see from the receipt I ordered Kay Pace logos and you can see from the pictures that the wrong logo was uploaded on the shirts.

Worst online site ever

No star if I could. I ordered my son uniforms in June here it is August. I still have not received my merchandise or refund. Do not order from this scamming company! They will take your money and play dumb!

Be careful with this company. Be aware that you may pay for merchandise and they may not send you all of your merchandise and when you request either a replacement or a refund they may take over a month to simply look into it. Guys please be aware of professional scams. That is when a business is a legit business but still commit fraud or scams via their business. For example you pay for 30 items but the company may only send 25 without any resolution what so ever. This is based on my experience alone. My opinion based on my experience. Read and find the reviews. Just pay attention to the bad ones. Companies may pay people for good reviews. Again all is an honest opinion based on experience. Angie /Kim please stop the fraud, people work hard for their money. By definition fraud is wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. A person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities. Negative 5 stars. Also customer service is horrible.

I ordered from them but because it took so long I decided to go with another company that could get my items faster. I returned the items. They charged me $7 to return. My original order with shipping was $38. When the items were returned I was only refunded $19.95 when they took out other fees.

HORRIBLE Refund
August 23, 2022

I bought uniforms for my children that were too big on 8/1/2022. I returned the item on 8/6/2022 and was told that the warehouse would not have it until the 15th, despite the fact that I have a Post Office confirmation stating that the item was delivered to the destination on the 11th using Cookies RMA. According to Cookies Rep, the item arrived but has yet to be inspected at the warehouse. It was in their possession four days later, on the 15th. It will, however, take another 5 business days. Today, they have more shenanigans with bogus excuses. I will never, ever buy anything.

Broken tie
August 10, 2022

I ordered a shirt that came with a tie. When I went to zip the tie it broke in pieces. I spoke to someone in customer service and was told that because he wore the shirt I could not return the tie for a replacement. I asked for a discount on my next purchase and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Don't know if I will purchase anything else from them.

This company is terrible. Their sizing is ridiculous and they do not say that their sizing is highly irregular. Bought a size 8 girls dress, the item did not state size 8 for a 400 pound child. Never receieved a refund but I had to pay $8 to return a dress that was the companys fault. Then they deduct $7 to put it back in stock. Will NEVER do business with this company again and will make sure no one else gets scammed by this company. Disgraceful company.

Have been a loyal customer for years until I didn't receive an item I paid for. Customer service isn't helpful at all with trying to resolve the issue. So basically I paid for a shirt I didn't receive and there is nothing they will do about it but arguebwith you that they did ship it out and it must be the carrier who took the shirt out. Why the carrier would take out 1 size 7 boys shirt out of all the clothes in the package is beyond me. But they have lost a loyal customer. Clothes are great and used to love ordering from them but after this experience with not receiving an item I paid for I will not be shopping with them again.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Just the worst. Package got to my city and for some stupid reason they did not put my full address only my city and state and duh ups is not going to know where to take it so they send it usps to return to sender. This was in February. The minute this happened I contacted them. "You have to wait until we receive it and then we will send it back correctly." Cool. Waited Waited Waited. Its April I am fed up and want my money back cause it should not take two months to get a package. Now they talking about wait another 5 days for a refund AFTER an investigation to see if the package was lost. Just $#*!ty customer service and service in general.

Terrible customer service

We received some bottles at our baby shower and tried them out as soon as the baby was born. The bottles were leaking and useless. CookiesKids would not let us return them (or exchange for store credit) as it was outside the 30-day window. They had no understanding of the fact that they were a baby shower gift and that the baby was born more than 30 days after we received the bottles.

BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They will send you the wrong items and incompleted sets. Then once you return the items they will NOT refund you even after they confirm they have your return. It's been over 60 days since I returned me items and still NO REFUND. Their excuse, "our return team is very busy". They are THEFTS. Alex in customer service is horrible.

Ordered a product from this company and paid extra for expedite shipping which was 3 days. Didn't receive until 9 days later. Called on the 4th day and was told they couldn't issue a refund until the package was delivered. When received, I called back and was then told that I wouldn't be issued a refund because once the package was shipped from the warehouse "4 days after purchase," it was delivered within the expedited time, which THAT was a lie. When asked to speak with a supervisor I was told I could only do so via online messaging. When i attempted to do a refund on the sale itself, was told it would be a charge to return the item. Do not, I repeat do not deal with these people, or should I say person since it seems I was only dealing with one individual during multiple calls.

Terrible customer service
January 21, 2022

I ordered bottle nipples that were advertised on their website. The order went through and somehow got changed to a completely different bottle nipple (I didn't look at anything else on the site). I caught the error within a couple of hours and called customer service. When I explained the situation I was told there was no issue with their website and it was an issue with the cookie on the iPhone (I was told this happens all the time with iPhone orders, but that it wasn't an issue with the website). I then explained that the bottle nipples I was trying to order that were clearly advertised on their website were being discontinued and I wanted to order them. I was then told that they don't have them and were working to get them taken off the site. But again told that it was not an issue with the website. My issue was not resolved and no accountability was taken on behalf of the website. I would never recommend anyone to order from this site and will never myself again.

Rip Off

I am a 75 year old grandmother, taking care of my grandson. I live on Social Security and verily get by. I ordered my 16 month old grandson 5 pairs of pajamas for winter. They arrived and I washed and dried them as per instructions. They shrank so bad he cannot get them on. Customer service said there are no returns on washed items. I am now out the money and the pajamas for my grandson. Never order from this place.

SCAMERS!
WE PAID FOR 3 days delivery, after a week they were lying that FEDEX already got my package, but by Fedex system only label has been created, they did not get a package even after a week, but after 10 days FEDEX SAID that package was delivered, but physically package has not been delivered, but then they said, that package were shipped in time (august 30, but another cookies-kids agent said, that fedex got
Package after few days, not after week) but order was made on august 23rd.
I created a claim since we did not receive a package and after a month they closed the case, and denied refund. And more over they did not call me, they did not send me an email, nothing, they just internally decided.
So, now, you know what will be if fedex lost your package, this organization does not give a f$@& about it.

Was not happy with my order

I am not very happy with this company and their lack of care. I ordered a $25 backpack and received a cheap $2 pair of child's sunglasses instead. Customer support wasn't very nice or helpful either I don't recommend buying from them!
