Never received product 10 days later still processing customer service is horrible arrogant as ever sounds like the same rep ever time I call and this company seems to have no management available I am now seeking a refund let's see how that goes

CookiesKids is a not a good company to buy from. I purchased a set of earbuds as a holiday gift. One of the two never powered on... they refused to replace if refund unless I paid return shipping. They first waited to respond to my customer service inquiry... then refused to help... talked in circles. They should be ashamed. Will be sharing my experience with online retailer as well. Do not buy from them!

Never received my order
January 3, 2021

I have ordered so items from cookieskid on the 19 November 2020 and today the 3rd 2021 and the tracking from asendia showing Received by US Carrier since the 24th november. Contacted to customer service and they have no idea what happened and they told me they have put a query to the shipper and this will take 45 days. My order number is ******* and this is the worst online shopping that i came across! I hope a competent person can contact me for this

They don't give refunds

I loved this site so much for my son's name brand clothes until something happened with my order It was sent back but they started making different excuses to not send the refund I called once and got hung up on they once I kept calling after no one has answered. It's very upsetting. Bad business.

Stay away!
October 3, 2020

I placed an order & accidentally entered an old address. I tried to call customer service & they were closed, so I immediately (literally 5 minutes after I placed the order) sent an email explaining the situation. The next day they responded saying there was nothing they could do. I asked them to cancel the order & they said it was too late, it already shipped. They said I could refuse the shipment. Well, not if I don't f-ing live there anymore. George from customer service was horrible & did not even want to help me. Now someone else is enjoying my order. Thanks for nothing Cookies. Never again.

After two uses we noticed the seam on my son's water was completely apart. It was hard to tell at first because the rubber covered it. I contacted the company they said one you open the package it's not their problem

NOT AT ALL SATISFIED!

Customer Service SUCKS! NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONES OR ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. And when items are returned, no one sends out an email stating that the items have made it. They love leaving you in limbo. I sent of items to another company 1week later and a confirmation email was sent to me two days later for that product. As it stand 2weeks later, I still have not gotten anything back from COOKIESKIDS.

Their ad comes up.on FB. Now a robot check comes up. Now I have to pick 2 pages of thumbnail pics. Not, doing that! If they are so suspicious of shoppers, keep your products! You just lost me as a customer and I have 3 young great nieces. As Pretty Woman said, "MISTAKE!."

I spoke to Nicole, at the end of the call I asked her how much was my store credit. She said X amount minus shipping and handling. I explained 4 times that my original total was over $100 and I never had to pay shipping and handling. (I think maybe she was just being lazy and never went back to the original screen to see my total.)Anyway she proceeds to get an attitude. I said forget it, give me a refund! I called back after I did the math myself, just to make a point that she was never trying to help with the situation at all, just trying to rush me off the phone, and she sends me directly to Ryan as I'm trying to have a conversation with her, who from the very beginning was rude and wouldn't listen. Once he finally let me talk to explain, he said oh yeah you're right I see now.
They are rude and don't listen, I'd rather go to my local mall and buy whatever they have for whatever price they have not to have to deal with them again.

Same story as everyone else. Company will accept orders for items not in stock and then simply not ship them while keeping the money. They will come up with all kinds of changing excuses for this behavior. At first, it was "shipping error", then it was "stock error" but refund could not be processed because of a PayPal error. Filed a claim with PayPal and waiting for them to help. This company is NOT PayPal verified but I am. Use any other company for clothing other than this one as you will not receive products that are not in stock and they will keep your money as long as possible.

I don't know what to think about this site. I put my email n password in that I signed up with but it kept saying it was the wrong one. So I went in to change it n they said it esitisted already to put the code in so I got the code number like 22 letter - numbers n by time I did that it said my time exspired. Then it let me in on site n I went to look my order up n it said I didn't have one. That's funny cause the money is taken out of my account. I don't have a order number n left them a email n they needed that. Don't trust this sight I either want my money back or my item

So impressed

I am leaving my review on multiple sites because I am beyond impressed! I have 2 girls, 6 & 10. I placed a pretty big order last week and the next day my credit card company flagged it as fraud. I thought "Oh great, is this a real company or am I getting ripped off." I read other reviews and had such mixed feelings but decided to release the funds. I got an order confirmation and shipping updates and today the box came. My girls were so excited and quite honestly so was I! Amazing prices, quick shipping and great quality products. I only had 2 things to return because they weren't quite what I thought they would be, but that's online shopping for ya. Otherwise I am very, very impressed. They have a customer for life!

Cheap cloths, stay away

Ordered thermals for baby they sent cotton cloths. Contacted them for return and they told cotton is thermal and no return policy for thermal cloths, such a cheater website. Stay away.

I ordered union form three weeks ago but items still not shipped. And their online chat person is rude. She told me that they cannot cancel the order and all I can do is wait. Plus the items cannot be returned.
This is my worst shopping experience ever in US. I will never purchase anything from this company.

I like cookies kid as a venue to shop for my 5 kids. These R the pros. Great fashionable selection, gr8 prices, o. K. return policy and o. K on being true to size most of the time and great quality most of the time. Here are my biggest cons. The discount point are only calculated if purchased in the store. They always have a sale going on and if the next day after placing an order the sale is better too bad not price adjustment you just SOL

The prices and selection was great, my free standard shipping only took 3 days from the time of order placement to arriving at my doorstep, and the items were nice quality and exactly as pictured! I used to always order from the children's place but cookies kids always has discount codes knives and their prices are really good. Recently, I've been ordering with them for Christmas clothes and school clothes and I'm on the west coast and shipping is always on time as expected.

Best site for kids under 12 clothes! Great quality clothes for amazing prices! I have been shopping here for years... from New Mexico to Connecticut and shipping is always fast and cheap. I have done at least 20 orders and I have never had a problem with anything. Also, they constantly change what they have so you always have new stufff to pick from. Great Great company!

I live in florida and have been ordering through cookie kids since 2012 my last order was just march of this year shopping for 4 kids I have always been satisfied if they make a mistake they will correct it right then and the mistakes are rare there's no waiting very consistent
