Buyer Beware!
September 21, 2018

I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before I bought from them. I ordered a baby bathtub which was not cheap and they shipped it unwrapped (minus a shipping box) with shipping stickers and scratches all over the manufacturer's box. I wanted it for a shower gift and it looks trashed. When I sent an email to complain, they sent me their standard "sorry" statement. I will never order from them again.

5 business days to finish processing an order is way too long. This is probably the last time that I order with them. Ordering in the past was always quick and simple. Seems like some things are changing and not for the good.

So about a month ago I bought some clothes from my little brother since they where having a huge sale. I decided to buy a pair of shorts and a t-shirt for my little one. Once I purchased these 3 Iteams I noticed I got a email conforming my purchase and everything was good until apparently I made "another TRANSACTION" when I never did. They had charged me about $29 for no reason and sent me clothes. As soon as I noticed I tried to contacted there costumer service and it was the WORST. They only replied once out of all the emails I sent and all they said was "your order is in process." It took them about 2-3 weeks to respond to my email. I just think it's funny that as soon as you purchase something it takes it out of the bank that same day yet when you try contacting them they takes weeks! This is outrageous. People should trust who they buy from not get stolen!

Never again
August 22, 2018

Order took 2 weeks to process and nearly 3 weeks to ship out. After waiting without any updates from CookiesKids, I discover that 3 items were being cancelled from my original cart because they were out of stock or no longer sell them. Yet CookiesKids continue to advertise and even allow you to unknowingly add items that end up Out-of-Stock. It seems they don't update their website. And after they cancelled the items, to add injury to insult, they removed a $10 coupon on my order thus overcharging my final order. I've already dealt with bad Customer Service four times and am done with the stress. I can only lend my advice to others not to shop here.

This site is full of crap. I ordered clothes over 2 weeks ago and they haven't. Even. Shipped!

"DevonI have verified that your order is still processing for shipment. As soon as your order ships out a tracking number will be provided, Unfortunately, our warehouse is behind in processing. As soon as your order ships out, a tracking number will be emailed. You order will ship out before the weekend.

We purchased shoes for my daughter. When we receieved them and she tried them on they were too small. My daughter took the tag off but we still had it just not attached. She never wore the shoes, but they say they wont return them for this reason. Horrible customer service. Of all the businesses I've worked with I've never heard of such a ridiculous reason to not return something. Nice way for them to scam people out of their money.

I placed an order with this company and it took them 2 months to send me my order. They are not organized at all! They gave me the run around about a re-shipment and a refund for two weeks. Every time I call to speak with a manager or someone in a higher position they always had an excuse. I have never had such a bad experience before. This was my 1st and last time ordering from this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. It takes them 3 weeks just to process an monogram order and another week to ship it. The worse experience EVER!

Ordered merchandise from this business on 6/2/18 and paid more for the express shipping than the actual merchandise and was confirmed via email would be received 6/6/18. Well I still haven't received it. Called the customer service department and requested for a supervisor which was very rude and was told merchandise was enroute and she basically couldn't tell me when I would receive it and could not give me a refund because package was enroute. Now I've had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company to get my $ back. Now I have to spend more $ because the merchandise was an outfit for my grandson's birthday today. This is not a company of their word as far as getting your merchandise when promised to the customer even when you pay extra for it. Won't be referring or patronizing again...

They are just AWESOME, I had a great experience, the sandals for my son were just cute and they even lit up beautifully. I also received a couple goodies with my order, that was such a nice gesture, thank you guys!

I ordered my clothes for my child july 18. I was in ny to bury my mother who i loat to cancer my neight atated my package never came emailed them told me 7 to 10 business days your money will be back on your card. So i called my back told them the time frame so they wouldnt add you insuffient funds to my acct. Emailed them the next week no refund the week after that no refund. Now 8/4/17 still no refund. Okay so someone has some explaining to do and better to it fast. Yall told me 7 to 10 business for my money to be back on my card and i told my bank about it and now i have 6 30.00 insufficient funds bc i was negative 47.00 from this credit that im supposed to pay back now you or corporate or a manager better call me and pay me my refund money and also 180.00 for the insuffient funds that the bank is charging me bc my acct is negative i will never use yall again i cant even get my freaking daughyer no clothes no school supplies bc im in the whole 230 bc of you and not returning my money like you stated you were i will be wroting bad reviews every where and make sure they know to not order from here this is just sad how you do people my daughter is going to be out of luck i am a single parent just lost my mother from cancer and now this. Thank you very much i hope yall can sleep at night while im stressing and worrying how im going to survive with no clothes food and supplies for my kids

Clothes are too small
December 5, 2016

I ordered a size 16 kids pajamas and they seemed like a size 8-10. Way too small. I needed to return them and was told that they could send me a return shipping label at a cost of $7. (The pajamas only cost $12.99). Most reputable companies will allow you to return at no cost (especially when their product runs so small like this). This was not a mistake on my part. Had many other problems with their customer service as well. Just terrible customer service all the way around. Will never do business with them again!

Great shopping experience

I don't usually make out time to come write reviews but this site is good! Great prices of brand names and beautiful stuff with fairly affordable prices too. Kids' clothes go out of size quickly so I was glad to get a site I could buy what I wanted without spending too much.

After placing an order over $100, every item had to be returned. I ordered a size larger than what my son would need and it was still too small.
The uniform pants were much darker than on the website.
Took almost a month to come in and still disappointed.
I contacted the company because with a full return and not really wanting to try again after the disappointment I did not feel I should have to pay return shipping. They refused to reimburse it.
Had I ordered from them thru amazon the return shipping would have been covered. Will not be ordering from them again.

This is a good store for people with little kids up to size 14 little girl. They are name brands such as Baby Phat, Guess, Ect. For a fraction of the cost. Some things they run out of sizes faster then normal but they are really nice clothes at fair affordable prices.
