In Tucson AZ, on the intersection of Irvington and Campbell Ave, sits a boost mobile store with probably the best example of customer service I've seen in YEARS. WAY TO GO GABBY. People like GABBY are the reason people stay loyal to any business. Way to go! Boost needs MORE people just. Like. Her. Pleasant, engaging, empathetic, knowledgeable, efficient... I can go on... Whoever hired this fabulous young lady IS A GENIUS

Boost Mobile now is very very bad super unreliable.drops calls,drops internet,will not send text messages half the time. My job depends on me being able to access the internet and using Texting and making phone calls... Boost Mobile has dropped the ball on this for me. I'm switching services as soon as I can... If you don't care about making any phone calls,texts or half of the time having access to internet then this is the service for you.

Be warned Boost does not stand behind the phones they sell. Since the 4th day my new $850 phone completely freezes up every 48 hours and requires a hard reboot. Their 30 day warranty is all 100% BS. Motorola offers zero help as well for their one-year warranty they want you to send it in can take 6 weeks and do not give you a phone to use in the meantime unless you choose to get screwed for their protection plan.

Tip for consumers:
It's absolute garbage. The reviews by the big review blogs are all paid for.

I purchased an IPhone from Boostmobile 2 months ago, they shipped my Iphone with UPS and UPS delivered the wrong merchandise to me, I contacted UPS and they said they will deal with Boostmobile since they are the shipper and Boostmobile says they will not give me a refund because it is not their fault so long story short, I purchased an Iphone from Boostmobile, I paid to Boostmobile for it but I never received and Boostmobile does not care about it because they already got my money. I am given one star only because zero stars is not an option! I am so frustrated!

I am beside myself because of how poor Boost is at everything. It has been nearly a week since porting my number to the carrier but nothing is happening. Every Boost employee says a different thing and no one seems to know what they're doing.
Unfortunately, I've had to buy the SIM card for another carrier for a burner number to get me through the holiday season while I figure this out.

NEVER use boost. They suspended my account when I wanted it to be disconnected then charged me told me they couldn't refund me and are making no sense at all about why they took the money from my account. Talked to 3 different people got nowhere besides basically I need to just eat the money because they are following their rules. The phone never worked ever. Never made one phone call. Never could get service and now I need to wait for them to submit tickets to unsuspend the account when they keep telling me the account is active. None of this makes sense. And honestly the worst choice I've ever made

For the past five months or so Boost Mobile has offered abysmal and ineffective customer service, overpriced billing for what they offer, and poor coverage in many places that I visit. They do not work with you at all. Something changed and it changed for the worse. Avoid and find another service; that's what I'm doing.

Tip for consumers:
When companies downgrade, eliminating services and basic customer needs, then these organizations need to be ready for customers to quit!

Boost mobile took me through hell and back.
I've began this process with Boost on 1/2/2023.
I've only been cheated by 2 companies and this is one of them.
They lied until they until they couldn't lie any longer.
Finally, I called the FCC and they helped me with this mess.
Buyers Beware.

I have been a loyal customer of Boost Mobile since 2010. I have had a hacker on my cell phones and computers for six months 24/7 and have been the unfortunate victim of this sociopaths cyberstalking and cyberbullying who has taken total control of my 3 cell phones, 3 computers continuously. I am aware of the victim's identity and have some proof of his cybercrimes. I have had a report with the Sarasota's Sheriff's Department, yet they told me I HAVE TO GET DOCUMENTATION FROM BOOST MOBILE REGARDING THIS HACKER ON MY CELL PHONE BEFORE THEY WILL HAVE DETECTIVES INVESTIGATE. I CALLED BOOST 5 TIMES AND KEEP GETTING DISCONNECTED. HOWEVER, I ASKED THEM TO CALL ME BACK IF THAT HAPPENED AND THEY DID NOT! Also one representative said she couldn't help me!

Really bad customer service franchises not being held to a stand speaking to customers anyway, they want. Taking your Money and trying not to give you any returns. Even when the equipment does not work for you. I recommend no one used this company. It's impossible to speak to someone from boost in the United States. Nothing but a run around.

Tip for consumers:
This is totally wrono. They charged me $30 appultimately. Because they sold me a faulty product and their franchise.
And try z kept that money and boost has yet to return. Any of my phone calls that are left with customer service many times

Able to xfinity prepaid box from the boost store. In York Pennsylvania, it was bad, did not work. They kept half of my money.

Unfortunately I paid for a one year subscription plan before doing my research. I wasn't able to make any calls after one month and no matter how many times I talked to the technical support they weren't helpful and didn't follow up. Do not buy!

Trash company. Was with them 7 years and went to switch services. Canceled my service through boost 4 days before my payment was due and switched services. They charged my card and when I submitted 2 refund request they said it was nonrefundable and couldn't explain why. TRASH DO NOT RECOMMEND SCAMMERS look at reviews online and other people have had the same problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY TRASH.

Boost really fell off. I was with them for over 10 years and it was great. Left for two, came back, and now they just treat customers like garbage. I opened NINE new lines with them and since day one its been nothing but issues. Incompetent agents putting the wrong phone numbers. The same phone number on multiple accounts, their system has locked my phone for a total of 7 days. They had no idea why or how and I haven't been compensated for the time that I wasn't getting service. All of the agents lie. You get a different story from each one. 25+ hours on the phone and they don't care at all about the inconvenience and hassle they cause. Rude and uneducated agents who relish the act of wasting your time and patronizing you. One by one I will be transferring my lines out. I don't care if I have to pay more. My time is more valuable. Also, the service absolutely SUCKS. The data wastes SO inaccurately fast. Never used more than 5gb a month with the other carrier and now 5gb in less than a week. Absolute SCAM.

I was a boost mobile customer for 16 years. My current phone was starting to give me problems so I called customer service and purchased the phone and let them know I had moved 2 years prior and gave them the correct updated address. Why did they still ship to my old address. Called boost mobile to rectify they situation. I was told it's there policy to send phones to original account information. Even though they confirmed having my new address on file. They refused to re send the phone or refund. Boost mobile policy sucks. They lost a 16 year customer over a 48$ phone because their policy does not account for people moving or updating addresses.

I went to sugarhouse boost store Angie helped me and was very helpful and informative on my options as opposed to I've been to several boost stores and have gotten nowhere I highly recommend Angie epbows if anybody has had the same issues just want to give a number 5 rating

I bought 1 GB of extra data ever receive it the said I used it which I didn't. Boost steal people money plain and simple. Now all iPhone users don't have option you have to have the $40 plan. Customer service keep you waiting just to tell you they can't help. Then have a nerve to send surveys to see how service is. What a joke. And you can't get phone unlock to go to a new company until you had service for a year but they don't tell you that in the beginning.

I tried to order Boost Mobile unlimited Plan as a second line and they kept trying to send me a sim card - no I don't want a sim card sent I want to use the eSim feature. They do not have support but made sure to piss me off and make sure I will never come back by wasting my time with their stupid Waste Your Time bot because you don't matter. So any company stupid enough to needlessly waste my time with their piece of crap ridiculous bot can go F*&^ their self.

I really do not see what is so difficult that if you do not have support to at least just ask for a return email and let someone take 10 seconds to actually tell you what their issue is and be done with it.

Why do all of these stupid MORONS think that annoying potential customers and wasting their time, telling them basically that their time doesn't mater to you, with these DUMBASS F*&^Tard Chat bots is a good idea?

News Flash, it's not, it never was!
These Annoying Low Quality pieces of Garbage only show how shallow an under trained your wanna be web developer is for not explaining this to you and then building you a Grade D low quality site!

These are things customers or potential customers need to be aware of and that is why I reviewed this horrible brand!!

Made a payment of $30 on Dec 1st at 1:14 am said never received but was confirmed as completed. They disconnected my service went to store in Roxborough Pa where bought phone the girl told me can't help call 611 then called their service reps said oh will be reinstated in 24-72 hr.s and then claimed I owed $58.00 they are the worst carrier and now I have the BBB involved so they can deal with their fly by Night bull$#*! they were down for 2 months awhile back and couldn't access any of my information.I wouldn't ever go back to them again they suck and all their reps are programmed to do is say oh I'm so sorry you are having this problem. That's all they understand to say.

Boostmobile is the worst cell service. The sent us an email congradularing us on the upgrade they gave us then they had the nerve to suspend service for the $3 cost of they upgrade we didn't ask for.

Boost Mobile suspended my account without warning on Tuesday, I spent the better part of the day trying to figure out who to talk to and trying to understand what they were saying, they tell me to email someone else, basically saying they can't help me in any way shape or form, and when I finally get an explanation of excessive data usage on Sunday evening! Excessive data usage on a plan I pay for! How does that make sense? I do not recommend this piss poor service to anyone at all!

Although agents try to be courteous, they are limited in their ability to problem solve. Most know English words and read English statements given them as replies but rarely is someone fluent and knowledgeable enough to understand an unusual question. Therefore, customer service is a series of canned answers. After ten years, I've had enough! Going to U.S. provider today.

Recently I went to Mexico and used their add on plans for Mexico Plus to have service and data I got the 8gb which did fine but after the monthly payment which I still paid for the add on it completely stopped my service entirely besides calls & texts. 1st off contacting their customer service takes forever 2nd I had to get someone to call in the USA to contact their Support since it would tell call # not recognize and 3 they Made my sister wait almost 45 minutes for them to absolutely solve nothing. They told her that they would fix it asap but guess what that was a total lie. So yeah boost you lost a customer and I will absolutely not recommend this to anyone. As soon as I hear boost mobile it's all cons from me!

I spent an hour on the phone today trying to get a refund for a number/account I do not/have never used. They couldn't. He says he knows I could think of other ways to spend the money he wouldn't refund. I wanted to scream.
