I purchased tickets for The Sound of Music in Portland, Oregon. Yes, the ticket prices were inflated and the service charge was very high (around $60 per ticket, I believe)... BUT I was fully aware of the price when I made the decision to purchase the tickets, and I purchased these tickets because AnyTickets had the best seats available for the price. There were no hidden charges. Customer Service was AMAZING. Jaime contacted me by email to confirm the method of delivery, and invited me to call her directly to make sure all my questions were answered. She was easy to reach and very kind and helpful. She confirmed that she had actually UPGRADED my tickets to better tickets (center aisle, and 7 rows closer than the already good tickets I had purchased). After reading some of the negative reviews on this site, I was a bit concerned that this was too good to be true, but everything worked out perfectly and I appreciate the excellent, personal service that I received from AnyTickets and Jaime specifically.
I have had Bonnie Raitt tickets that I purchased in March of 2020 The even has been cancelled 4 times and I am not able to get a refund from them. They do no answer their phones and when you leave a message they will not call you back This has been going on since 7/29/2020... Over a year. I guess that I am going to just have to kiss $350 good bye.

We purchased 4 tickets with sweet seats for the Van Halen Concert in Phoenix AZ for $900.00
They kept the $900.00 and gave us 8 lawn seats in A different state, different month, not even my name on the tickets. When I reached out repeatedly to AnyTickets No answers. Crickets. I still have not got a refund. It's going on two years now. HORRIBLE Experience! DO NOT PURCHASE.
Never purchase from this site! The real tickets are $20 but they charge me $117 Im upset and want a refund I should file a lawsuit
Please Please Stay away from these guys. I paid $540 for two tickets for a Kevin hurt show, three weeks later I received my tickets. What they did, they bought $58 tickets from ticket master and sent them to me. Save your money and time and stay away from this website.

We are a resale ticket company, we do not hide that we sell our tickets above face value. It is stated on our website as well in the terms and conditions.
They didnt send us the tickets until we called the day of which was a hassle in itself, and then sent us tickets for a time that didnt exist for the show. Was convinced they were fake until we showed up and they worked miraculously. Dont waste your time.

As I told you over the phone earlier today, the venue changed the show time after the tickets were released. I told you that the tickets would work, and they did, just as promised.
I apologize that there was a delay in getting the tickets to you, but when you called about them you were so appreciative that I was able to get it resolved promptly. I am disheartened that after being so happy with the resolution over the phone that you feel the need to write this review.

I purchased tickets and received them. Was quite happy with the transaction... UNTIL I received multiple additional charges on my credit card from AnyTickets. I wish I would have read they fine print. They reserve the right to charge you for any extras they wish. The price you agree to is NOT the price you will end up paying. I opened a complaint with my credit card company but am out of luck. DO NOT USE AnyTickets. It is not worth it.
I was a bit concerned with all the reviews regarding anytickets but i did not see them until after i made my purchase. Thankfully my experience was top notch. The customer service both via email and over the phone was quick and very helpful.
In the wake of all the Super Bowl ticket disasters, Anyticktes.com followed through on their promise and full filled my order exactly. I would have no problem using them again.
This scam artist company should have charges filed against them for robbery. My tickets were bought 5 months in advance of a concert and they charged me 6 TIMES the face value. When I called the hotline, they laughed and said there was nothing I could do about it. I don't know how these people operate legally. WORST COMPANY EVER. I didn't even want to give it 1 star. It is a no count company. Go through the venue or ticketmaster! Don't waste your time with anyticket.com.
This "company" is a ripoff con job! They promise tickets then charge 4 times the face value! I changed my mind WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE WITH THEM and that's what they did. Sent the tickets anyway 3 times! I kept returning the tickets and didn't even have them at the time of the event! Their argument was that I should have known they have a no refund policy! No one mentioned that to me and I didn't ask for a "refund"! I wanted them to just NOT PLACE THE ORDER!
When you ordered the tickets you did not order from our company. I have no idea who you spoke to but it was not our office. You went to a 3rd parties website that list our tickets and spoke to them. I suggest you find the phone number you called and contact them. They are the ones you have the issue with, not us. We are required to fulfill every order. The fees you paid we to them not us. If we refund your order we lose the fess. That is not fair to us. As I was not on the phone when you spoke to them I have no idea what was said but they are supposed to inform you all sales are final. It is pretty common knowledge that tickets are not refundable unless the performance is cancelled. I might suggest in the future you contact us directly at 713 781 8833 and not only will you deal with professional people but you also will save the fees you paid as well.
So they gave me a total(with over $190 in fees for three tickets) but than a few days later the tax's show up in a second charge! WOW... Tickets took quite awhile to get to me as well
Tony I just spoke to you, the Tax disclaimer is on the final page before you check out. You went through a Ticket Network website to purchase your tickets and they cannot add the Tax before check out because they are in CT and they sell tickets from Brokers all over the US. We are the seller of the tickets and since we are based in Texas we have to charge Tax when the order is received. Also your order was placed on 11/29 at 10:28am and the tickets were sent via flash on 11/29 at 11:44am, don't think that qualifies for "quite awhile." In the future you can contact us directly and you will know the exact total before the cc is charged.
Tickets were twice the amount we could have paid from the venue directly. Company represented themselves as the box-office. Venue was in Canada, they charged us in American dollars. Added more than 20% in service fees after the purchase was made. Offered ticket insurance and did not honor the ticket insurance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD AND THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES WILL NOT HELP YOU!

I am sorry you feel you had "horrible customer service" simply because we cannot exchange tickets once they have been downloaded. Jaime never represented herself as the owner of the company, and your veiled threat asking "if we want to continue working with ticket master" quite frankly leaves a bad taste in my mouth, as do your inconsistencies regarding your mother's hospitalization/passing. Jaime has been here almost nine years, and she is incredibly sensitive to clients and their needs within the realm of what she can do. As your tickets had already been downloaded, she couldn't offer an exchange but gave you two different websites to re-sell your tickets.
They don't send the correct tickets. They send tickets in very back when I picked tickets up from stage and rip you off with exhorbitant prices! Price gouge and charge huge service fee. Do not buy from them!

Horrible service I was told I would have my 4- tickets shipped fedex 3-days b4 show, never received them, after numerous calls I was told I would have tickets day of concert at 7pm est, Mind you show started at 8pm after numerous calls again some joker shows up with only 2 tickets, after numerous calls again in sub zero temps and snow and $1,700 for four tickets we finally get the other two tickets we were seated no where near each other and missed first 1/2 hr of show. STAY AWAY- if you use a third party site ask first if these jokers are part of your sale!!! **UPDATE** on Feb. 26th I did receive a FULL refund after multiple complaints.
I purchased tickets through a second party for Kinky Boots in Boston. The ticket price was $168 plus $100 service charge. I got the tickets by fed ex and the face value on the tickets is $62. What a rip off! At no time does this seller let the buyer know the original price of the tickets. I understand they are a reseller and the tickets I purchases would be more than face value, but $104 more? That is ridiculous. They hide behind their terms without letting consumers know exactly what they are paying for. This should not be legal!
I purchased tickets for a concert I buy every year. This year I thought I was late buying the tickets and bought them on any tickets.com. Paid 315.00 for 3 tickets in the grass I normally pay 45.00 for each, well they went on sale today and they won't give me a refund.

I got great seats for the November 8,2016 ADELE concert in Houston purchased only a week before the show at reasonable secondary market prices from AnyTickets.com through Ticket Liquidator who screens resellers and lists AnyTickets.com as a member of their outstanding service network. AnyTickets based in Houston setup a nice tent outside the Toyota Center that ticket purchasers check-in and have short wait while they go to ticket office to obtain tickets. AnyTickets sent me a detailed email about picking up my tickets. They were friendly, responsive, honest, and bottom-line: delivered to me as advertised tickets that were great seats for the sold-out Adele show.

This site is a ripoff. My wife thought she was going to the official site for Cher tickets but ended up redirected to this scalper. She ended up paying $280 each for tickets with a value of $120 or less, plus a $162.08 service fee plus $15 shipping. The tickets arrived but were issued in someone else's name and a letter explaining that they are reselling previously issued tickets. In other words, they lie to get the tickets, then sell at many times the face value. This is illegal, isn't it?

I can promise you if we had made such an error in shipping you the wrong event a full refund would have been made and every attempt to get you the show you ordered would have been made. Please look at your order again and once you realize it was not our company remove your remarks.
