I cannot believe that I have been cheated in the way I have by this crowd. Bought tickets for Cats and ended up paying three times the face value, plus a service fee (service fee?!) of $162.08. This should not be legal!
I purchased 2 will call tickets to phish. They weren't there when I showed up. They won't give me a refund?! DO NOT TRUST any tickets.com. SCAM. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 5 days. I'm so upset. Im out 120$. Tell your friends. Tell everyone. Bring this fraud down.
I came to AnyTickets in search of Book of Mormon tickets after wasting my time on the official Broadway site. There I never knew if I was going to have luck locating seats on any dates within six months, but at AnyTickets I could find great seats with the aid of a seating chart. Yes, the seats may have cost a little more, but at least I knew what I was going to be paying. Everything is clear and upfront and the online checkout service is ridiculously easy. This is a nice change of pace from my normal experience with sites like TicketMaster and other official team/Broadway sites. There I am never sure just how many fees will be added or if they will even have the seats.
So they gave me a total(with over $190 in fees for three tickets) but than a few days later the tax's show up in a second charge! WOW... Tickets took quite awhile to get to me as well
Tony I just spoke to you, the Tax disclaimer is on the final page before you check out. You went through a Ticket Network website to purchase your tickets and they cannot add the Tax before check out because they are in CT and they sell tickets from Brokers all over the US. We are the seller of the tickets and since we are based in Texas we have to charge Tax when the order is received. Also your order was placed on 11/29 at 10:28am and the tickets were sent via flash on 11/29 at 11:44am, don't think that qualifies for "quite awhile." In the future you can contact us directly and you will know the exact total before the cc is charged.
I purchased tickets to The Lion King from Anytickets.com. The tickets never arrived, and when we went to the theater, we were told that the seats sold us didn't even exist. Stay away from Anytickets.com. At best, they are unhelpful. At worst, they are a fraudulent business.
On 2/13/13 I purchased 2 tixs to NCAA Final Four on ticketnetwork.com. Once oder was placed I was informed reseller was anyticket.com. I called them that same day & felt all was legit. I was told to create a flashseat account & the tixs would be transferred to them. On 2/16/13 I spoke with Jonathan@ anytickets. He told me my tixs would be transferred to my account by Monday 2/18. On 2/23/13 tixs were still not in account. I called anytickets again. Jonathan answered phone again. He advised there must have been a slip up & assured me tixs would be in my account by 2/25. He was very polite, but I'm not sure how all this technology is any better than buying from a scalper on the street. So far this experience has been a pain in the butt. I will update these comments later in the week. Yahoo! 1 hour later on 2/23/13 my tixs arrived in my flashseats account. All is good. Jonathan came through as promised. After the event I will update this post to advise on how things worked out.
On transaction #*******, I have already paid through American Express. No tickets yet and if they are not delivered to me by the end of July for a November 1st event, I will have American Express reverse the charges. Reviews on your company are terrible and I have questions about your business practices. As a follow up, it is now August, and they refuse to give me a requested refund through American Express. I would run, run, run, away from these unethical people.
This "company" is a ripoff con job! They promise tickets then charge 4 times the face value! I changed my mind WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE WITH THEM and that's what they did. Sent the tickets anyway 3 times! I kept returning the tickets and didn't even have them at the time of the event! Their argument was that I should have known they have a no refund policy! No one mentioned that to me and I didn't ask for a "refund"! I wanted them to just NOT PLACE THE ORDER!
When you ordered the tickets you did not order from our company. I have no idea who you spoke to but it was not our office. You went to a 3rd parties website that list our tickets and spoke to them. I suggest you find the phone number you called and contact them. They are the ones you have the issue with, not us. We are required to fulfill every order. The fees you paid we to them not us. If we refund your order we lose the fess. That is not fair to us. As I was not on the phone when you spoke to them I have no idea what was said but they are supposed to inform you all sales are final. It is pretty common knowledge that tickets are not refundable unless the performance is cancelled. I might suggest in the future you contact us directly at 713 781 8833 and not only will you deal with professional people but you also will save the fees you paid as well.
I purchased tickets for a concert I buy every year. This year I thought I was late buying the tickets and bought them on any tickets.com. Paid 315.00 for 3 tickets in the grass I normally pay 45.00 for each, well they went on sale today and they won't give me a refund.
We tried to get tickets through this website and actually never gotten them when we tried to ask for a refund they were very rude and told us it's not their problem. Do not buy from these people and their tickets are way overpriced, never buy from them
This site is a ripoff. My wife thought she was going to the official site for Cher tickets but ended up redirected to this scalper. She ended up paying $280 each for tickets with a value of $120 or less, plus a $162.08 service fee plus $15 shipping. The tickets arrived but were issued in someone else's name and a letter explaining that they are reselling previously issued tickets. In other words, they lie to get the tickets, then sell at many times the face value. This is illegal, isn't it?

I purchased Ron White tickets from Ticket Network. After I bought them, I saw anytickets.com was the seller. I read the reviews here and was terrified. I immediately emailed the customer service departments of Anytickets, Ticket Network, and the venue to make sure all was well. I received an email and a call from Jaime at Anytickets within minutes. I told her about the reviews I read and expressed my concern. I explained I was flying my mom into town to see the comedian and would be infuriated (to say the least) if the 2nd row tickets I purchased didn't work. She assured me that they are a top 20 provider of tickets, they would be in my hands on time, and they were legitimate. She was correct! The tickets were delivered within 3 days of when I ordered them and I got into the comedy show with no issues. Jaime even called me a couple days after the show to make sure we had a nice time! Overall, my experience with this group was great.
BEWARE, anytickets.com promises you the world and then doesn't deliver. I bought tickets for me and a few customers to see Louis CK@ Carnegie Hall 2 months before the show, a week before the show I called and was assured the tickets were on the way, 48 hours before anytickets promised me that the tickets would be emailed to me that day. Then 24 hours before the show they called and informed me that they did not have the tickets and were unable to locate any, leaving me to fend for myself at the 11th hour. I will never use them to get tickets for me again, there are too many reputable dealers out there to waste time dealing with the clowns at anytickets.com
Horrible... was charged 3x for horrible seats. Thought we had tickets down front only to find we are at back. Was charged over $400.00 for some of the worst tickets available. These people should be put in jail!
I purchased Neil Diamond tickets in April and lost them. I called Anytickets customer service and they were wonderful. I am going to be able to pickup reprints of my tickets. Thanks Ema!
I have bought tickets to many shows from anytickets. Com and I have never had anything but great experiences with them so I am very shocked at some of the things I have read here. All I can Say is me personally I think they are awesome and call JAMIE she is super cool
I ordered Lion King tickets which indicated a 50% discount if I typed the words "TodayOnly" in the promo code box. I did this. I did have a great deal of difficulty getting those words to stay in the promo box, however. If I would go on to the next page, then go back, the words would have disappeared. So finally I put the words in the promo code box perfectly, went on and placed my order. The invoice indicated that I was not given the 50% discount. Customer Service was very rude and not helpful and said "there was nothing they could do. Yes, they could have given the discount and issued a new invoice but they refused to do so. Very fraudulent advertising. I would never trust them again..
Bunch of crooks, they have no rep in the biz, cause they rip people off all the time, they sale the same tickets over and over

I bought tickets to see Prince. 1st they emailed me the wrong tickets. Then Did not respond to my emails. They told me I gave them the wrong email address( oh yea how did you email me the wrong tickets then). Then instead of my 2 tickets they sent me two invoices. This back & forth went on for over 2 hours. I missed my train. I then canceled the tickets because I knew I could no longer get to the show on time. They refused to refund me my money. I went to show & missed 1/2 of it. I tried to get partial payment back & they refused!
Answer: I can tell you how these people do it... they use fake names and credit cards with those fake names... Because places like the Houston Rodeo and Broadway tickes won't sell to them if they knew who they were. They buy up all the seats and then re-sell at ridiculous prices. People like this shouldn't be in business. They are only scalpers. Even their left over tickets are sent to scalpers on their payroll so they can manage to steal every penny possible. Honesly just use Ticketmaster.

This person didn't even purchase tickets from us! We have no "will call" tickets for Phish. PLEASE go to ebay.com and find our store. Ticketagency is our Ebay ID. There you will find a fair assessment of how our business is run. This website obviously has no form of checks and balances and really shouldn't be allowed to operate. Freedom on the internet I guess. So unfair. Now we have someone we didn't even sell tickets to writing a fictitious review! Nobody has been calling us for 5 days.
