I've ordered three papers through them. The first one was delivered on time. I was mostly pleased with the content. The second two times I tried them they failed to meet my deadline and I ended up just getting a refund.

The only reason writing-help did not receive a 5 is their refund policy. They will not give you a refund, you have to write your dissertation to receive a refund. When a loyal customer ask for a refund it should be no questions asked. Live this discount program, overall good service.
