So I applied to this site before as well but they rejected and now I applied again after 6 months and they rejected my application again. This time I emailed them and asked them that for what reason did they reject, and they ridiculously mentioned that you passed the tests but you were rejected for some other reason that we can't disclose. Like why would one even waste time on the application on this site when they don't consider application but reject and accept on some other basis that THEY CAN'T DISCLOSE.
I feel the only reason is that I am from a third world country and so was my ip address and they may only hire English speakers and waste the time of others.

This has disturbed my head for quite long now. I have tried applying to this company many times, unfortunately, I am not given any chance. Even after passing the tests, both tests in fact, and submitting all the required info, and I wasn't given chance. All I ever received as feedback was "unfortunately, your application has been declined". Whenever I try asking what the problem is, the feedback is so surprising. One time I was told that they failed to reach out to me on phone, yet they actually did call me and we talked. The other response was that, my skype account isn't active. Hmmm, the fact is that i have a functional and active Skype account, and even have Hub in my contact list.
I wonder what the problem, actually is. I cannot be regarded a poor writer, with all the experience I have in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics and even all other humanities and social sciences. What then can I do to get enrolled to this company? I have ever worked with Hub under a friend's account, and I really loved the site. Kindly advice

This is generally a very bad site to work with, you'll get revisions and they later fine you for reassignment after spending so much time on an order

Please, be advised that customers request revisions only if the writer did not follow some of the order's initial requirements. In case of a severe discrepancy between the customer's instructions and the final paper, the customer may request to assign another writer to perform the task.
Therefore, it is better to take only the orders that you definitely can deliver in high quality and according to all instructions.
So far I believe the company is great. However the payment methods are not pleasing at all. The 14days requirement before you pay for an order makes it impossible to get paid for any Oder completed one day after the last payment. Meaning the orders will take a whole month before being paid. For instance if you are paid on 1st it means next payment is 15th-18th. This means that only orders completed on 1st, 2nd and 3thd will have completed 14days before that payday. Hence any orders done from 4th to 18 will not be paid at all. Meaning that an order done on 4th will be paid between 30th and 3 of the following month. That is really demotivating. Other companies pay completed order as long as customers are satisfied and have downloaded the work. Even if the customer ask for revision when an order is paid writers will alwasy do that because no one wants to lose an account.

Unfortunately, there is no technical possibility for us to release the writer's payment as soon as each order is completed. Our Billing Department set these rules to make sure each writer earned some amount on their balance to minimize transaction fees.
Technically, your payment is delayed for a month only at the very beginning; after that, you will receive payments every 14 days. All the orders not included in your previous payroll will definitely be included in the next one.
I hope they keep me anonymous. But here it goes, constant harassment by QA, Support and Clients. They fine heavily for no apparent reason, revisions for no reason at 1 am and if you are not awake, they fine you for sleeping!. The CPP is utter garbage. How do you pay a top-notch level writer 2 dollars a Page while charging the client 20 dollars a page? The QA and Support are useless, do not take writers seriously and they are constantly out to pick fights with writers. They are constant bootlickers to clients forcing them to pay more to harass writers in the form of revisions. QAs are the worst of the worst, Nazis and racists. They grade a paper based on the name of the writer,. Sorry non-whites. Trust me I see this as I work there. They lack a grasp of English and good writing fundamentals but will argue to death to make you work on an issue that is stupid and incorrect. I hate them, i really really hate them because of the stress they have caused me with their foolish antics and no concern for the well-being of writers. I hope this essay mill gets shut down so that I cash out and do something else with my life.

My account was terminated and held for a mistake that you people made me make. Was requesting for my account opening
It is very unfortunate that the company is threatening to close down my account after all the funds have been released simply because i requested a change in my payment details.The company policy has allowed employees to update their payment details four days before the next payment date. Being an honest employee, that is what i did. My previous paypal account was opened in the U. S with a U. S profile. However, i no longer reside in the U.S. After contacting paypal customer care representatives, they advised me to close down the U. S paypal account and open a new one with a profile of my current location to avoid issues with security and verification when doing my transactions. After doing that, i provided the new paypal mail to writerhub billing representatives and explained to them why i needed the details updated. They requested for a photo of my ID and diploma, which i provided. Today, i received a message that my account will be closed after the funds have been released and they will not update my payment details because i failed the verification test, I used the same details to open the account. My question is, why close down an employee's account simply because they requested you to update their payment details? Is that a justifiable reason for account closure? One of the writershub representatives from the billing department went ahead and told me that any further requests of not closing down my account will be considered as spamming and will lead to fines applied to my upcoming payment. Does it mean one can not move from one country to another, change their paypal account details instead of operating fake accounts, and still be able to work with you? Is that one of your company policies which has not been outlined in the ones provided? Or is it because i am from Africa that why my request can not be considered? Are blacks being unfairly targeted, their accounts being closed without any proper reason despite their input and commitment to your company? In my opinion, the reason for closure is not justifiable and out-rightly unfair. Give me a valid reason for threatening to close down my account after the funds have been released.
