I have been with writers hub since January this years and I could say it is among the best site to work with, however you have to be a good writer to work efficiently with them. I am a senior writer currently, and I get paid some good amount of money. So its up to the writer not the company. But I could suggest, they increase the cost per page to start even from $3.5 as this will satisfy most writers.

They delay their payments for quite some time. I was assigned a task when I uploaded the QAD reassigned it immediately and fined me double the amount. All my payments were then deducted to cover the fines. This company mistreats their writers by giving penny salaries with a minimal cpp of 1 dollar. The account can fine you for even a small mistake. WRITERSHUB IS $#*!TY!

At start they make you feel how special you are to them. Immediately they make you reconsider your thoughts. Writershub just know the 30% you claim to give writers you always have a pre-planned fining system that ensures writers pay for the bonuses so we aint new to that issue. I worked with you sufficiently but never got what I currently get from other writing accounts out here. You guys can make someone get mad with constant fines, reassignment, on-hold, and delayed payments. Am glad i saw the light and working with other legit successful accounts out here.

To someone thinking of working with these people just dont theyll make a hell out of your mind and ensure you stay a peasant

This is the worst company ever in this industry. They impose fines and reassignments for unnecessary reasons. Honestly, I am in tears right now. They have refused to pay my final payment and they continue to impose and reassign orders i completed more than 3 months ago. They have reduced my final payment from $180 to $0 from orders I already completed and got bonus from the customers.

I have been with different accounts but hub is among the most strict accounts. A small mistake, order canceled and a fine is imposed... they forget we are human... However, it has a good flow of jobs and CPP is not that baaaad

Please, be advised that we rarely fine or reassign the writer due to minor issues; this can be done only if the writer's mistake, albeit insignificant from first sight, can seriously affect the overall quality of the order. For example, one or two improperly cited sources may seem like a small mistake; however, this issue makes the whole paper non-credible and, therefore, unusable.
At the same time, our QA Department is always open for discussion, so if you feel that you were fined or reassigned due to a minor mistake, you are always welcome to discuss this matter and ask for fine removal.

Worst experience of my life. Took months and months to deliver absolute made up rubbish and very unprofessional. At this point I'm a quarter of a year in a job that I was told would take 2 weeks and they still haven't delivered the job. I've lost the deal and investor has walked away fuming. It's been the most stressful experience of my life and They've ruined my life. I basically wrote the whole business plan my self, did all the figures because they couldn't follow clear instructions and they just made up numbers or copied and pasted into a document what I sent them. No proof reading and nobody who knows what they are even doing. Lazy company with lazy staff. Seeking legal advice to sue them. If you want them to ruin your life then go ahead. I would avoid at all costs.

Our account managers can apply any restrictions or limitations only in case of severe performance issues from the writer's side. However, the expected standards of work on our platform are transparent from the very moment the writer starts to work. Also, we always aim to provide the writers with feedback regarding their performance and give them a chance to fix it. If the writer feels that the performance feedback is not precise or unfair, it is absolutely fine to discuss the matter with their account manager to be on the same page. Last but not least, it is important to remember that account managers do not benefit from any restrictions applied to the writer's account; they benefit only from the writer's good performance.

This is one of the accounts that practice modern slavery. I hate that I have worked in such a toxic environment, it has messed with my mental health, due to support and Q/A talking trash to writers, and applying fine on orders without any considerations.

Please, be advised that our policy strictly prohibits rude communication, regardless of the person's position on the platform. Each and every reported case of rude communication from either side is thoroughly checked, and some measures are taken to prevent similar issues in the future.

Regarding the fines, they are never applied without reason; the writer can face them in case they broke our initial working agreement in terms of quality, deadline, etc. However, if you feel that the fine is applied unfairly, you can contact us to request a review of this fine. My account was placed on hold for a small reason of payment and since then (November). They have not make my payment. The HR and billing department are just silent with no replies. $#*!yy organization indeed. I need my payment of 168.24 dollars that i rightfully earned. I also protest lame reason for closing or holding accounts without listening to another party. I need my payment

Please, be advised that if the writer provides a suspicious third-party payment method, our policy prescribes a security check to ensure that the account still belongs to its initial owner. If you failed this security check and your account is to be terminated, we need to wait until all your payments are approved to release them; this might take some time.
All the payments the writer is entitled to are released before the account closure, with no exceptions to this rule.
If your account has been terminated with no Upcoming balance released with no reason provided, please get in touch with us via hr@writershub.org.

They will frustrate you with fines and cancellations. They cancel orders 6 months after payment in disguise of customer dissatisfaction, and impose heavy fines. CPP is the lowest I have ever known. One of the worst! If you want frustrations, try them.

Please be advised that the payment can be canceled only if the paper does not meet the customer's instructions and its quality is poor. In case you feel that the order's payment has been unfairly canceled, you can discuss this matter by contacting our support team and present the exact reasons why you consider this decision unfair. The support team will double-check the paper with the QA Department, and if they conclude that your arguments are valid, no fine will be applied.
Regarding our salaries, they are based on the current market standard and, in some cases, can be negotiable.

Are you looking for a place to exploit, earn or grow your writing skills? Unfortunately it is NOT on writers Hub. Frustrations from the Support, reckless and Radom warnings which makes writers to become frustrated, No motivations, Low CPP and Very Huge Fines which nearly cancels your salary! The platform doesn't consider the good side of their writers neither do they give even their Top notch writers a chance after a minor mistake. Fines are Huge than salaries. I mean Writers Hub can be a very Good platform for character development and slavery. So Greedy Team to work with.

These people are not satisfied with the money they get as brokers. They will fine you to death for anything. Anything! And they will justify it with the 'check the terms and conditions' nonsense. They have such a perfect way of treating their writers poorly. Their eventual collapse will not be a surprise.
Y'all will reap bountiful from the way you mistreat your writers.

This story is worth more than a thousand words. But to save time, I will write a few sentences. As for writers, please, for the sake of your mental sanity, RUN! As for clients, this website scams their writers after you pay more than $10 per page but they pay the writer less than $3. How will a writer give their best under such conditions? You will fail.

Please, be advised that customers request revisions only if the writer did not follow some of the order's initial requirements. In case of a severe discrepancy between the customer's instructions and the final paper, the customer may request to assign another writer to perform the task.
Therefore, it is better to take only the orders that you definitely can deliver in high quality and according to all instructions.

First of all these dogs deactivate the take buttons for junior writers...go to available orders and click on the funnel icon and try to activate the take order button. Afterward, refresh the page and the take button will be deactivated. They have set this in order to ensure that new writers and even some experienced ones with good performance don't get orders. When you tell their account managers, they tell you it is low season. Low season my foot yet there are still take orders. Then, they have a cruel $#*! called mia palmer. She is the worst. If she is your manager, you are $#*!ed up. The only good manager there is Riley Hampton. Try other writing accounts or you will die making money for people who don't care about you. I have used false names and different email, etc. to avoid retribution from these dogs.

I have been delivering quality papers to this site since the first day. They terminated my account because of only two refunds out of 48 successfully done orders. Customers have appreciated my work at 100% customer satisfaction. My account is rated 8.5, why does this company treats writers so unfairly?

We regret that your experience on our platform has not met your expectations.
Please, be advised that our account managers can decide to terminate the writer's account if they see that the expert's performance brings more damage than profit to the company. Each refund means not only the loss of the company's money but also the customer's trust in the company and its writers' expertise. At the same time, although refunds are a significant reason for considering the account termination, each account manager carefully checks all the performance parameters. Even if the writer has an excellent QA rate but at the same time has issues with responsiveness and timely delivery, for example, it means that their performance is still below the expected level. Last but not least, our HR Department never decides to terminate the account without a preliminary warning that gives the writer a chance to work on the issues, minimize, or even eliminate them. The top priority of each account manager is to guide the writer and help them to cooperate with the company successfully for the longest time possible; thus, the account termination is indeed an extreme measure.

The fine policy is one of the crooked one. QA will always be inconsistent and frustrate writers for no goo reason. They are a total scam. Never try it. They always try to justify their crooked way same as what i see in the reviews but will never hear the writers. With all the work of QA even clients rate them poorly. Now i understand they are a scam

Writershub pays their employees horribly. As an employee my motivation to work is not there anymore. And I am a top tier writer.

Improve your CPP or you'll sink your company because no one will want to work here, or you won't have experienced long term employees who bring in more clients.

However, our salaries precisely reflect the current market situation. Except for the CPP itself, the writers, especially those who show excellent quality of work, are entitled to numerous bonuses. Those can be order-related bonuses or monthly bonuses that can reach up to 30% of the monthly salary. Moreover, we are always ready to negotiate the price if the order is complex and you feel that the proposed CPP does not match its complexity.

I have worked with the company under different accounts for different writers and the support is responsive and well treating until the season is off peak or you commit so many mistakes. This company is awesome for all new writers. Please separate the platforms for probation and paid accounts.

In two scenarios, customers never gave full instructions, and when I was waiting for them to get back to me with the explanations/additional information (which I even communicated to the support), the orders were reassigned and I was fined. On asking why, no feedback was ever given.
I also worked on an 11-page order which I delivered on time, and according to the QA rating, the instructions were followed, there was no plagiarism, and the grammar was in order, except the order was reassigned without any communication whatsoever, and I was fined for the whole assignment. On asking, I was told that it was the customers' decision to reassign.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company was not quite smooth for you.
Please, be advised that in case you requested the clarifications from the customer on time (before not less than 25% of the initial deadline has elapsed), you should not be fined extra for any kind of reassignment. We are always ready to reconsider the fine if it was unfairly applied. Make sure you contact the department that reassigned you and ask to review the fine. If they fail to address your concern properly, you might inform your account manager about this case for them to double-check it.
As for the 11-page order, we would like to remind you that our QA Department checks only some basic structure of the paper and its quality; they are not experts in the customers' subjects, so they cannot check the quality of the content itself. Therefore, the final decision regarding the paper's quality is made by the customer.
However, if the customer requests to reassign you, they need to provide proper feedback, which should be shared with you by the support team upon your request. If the support team fails to share proper feedback, you may inform your account manager about this case for further investigation.

This company sucks. They will put your money on hold and say It is under investigation. You will wait for four months without receiving it. Very useless. It really sucks. Don't even think of working with this mongrels

Such situations are resolved according to the policy regulations which each writer agrees to when starts working with us. So I applied to this site before as well but they rejected and now I applied again after 6 months and they rejected my application again. This time I emailed them and asked them that for what reason did they reject, and they ridiculously mentioned that you passed the tests but you were rejected for some other reason that we can't disclose. Like why would one even waste time on the application on this site when they don't consider application but reject and accept on some other basis that THEY CAN'T DISCLOSE.
I feel the only reason is that I am from a third world country and so was my ip address and they may only hire English speakers and waste the time of others.

However, your application can be declined (even if you passed the tests) in case we detect that the person has (or previously had) an account on our website, provided fake personal information, or submitted numerous applications at once.

Its been close to a month of bidding without winning any bid my account is new and on probation but here comes my question, why waste a writers time in applications when you clearly know that you have nothing for them. If you had the interests of writers at hand you would undertake to develop such writers. The five free orders are orders you get paid to handle but want to steal from the writer. Policy be it then why can't you suggest orders to these clients why can't you give them tasks even once a week so they feel part of the company? And from the look of things and reading from the reviews it will take me close to a year to get out of probation or ill never get out. You guys frustrate writers for no good reason and they are the reason you have this platform.

Our service is a platform for writers who seek a secure way of getting freelance jobs via the Internet. Although we do anything that depends on us to distribute the orders equally, we do not bear any responsibility for assigning each writer to the order. You may contact the Assign team via tickets to request to consider your bids and express your desire to get new orders.
As for the five free orders for probation, we are forced to take this measure to make sure the writer is motivated enough to become a part of our team as we get dozens of applications on a daily basis.

Toxic, Unethical, Malicious and Fine-motivated company.
The company literally uses fines on delays, unexplained fines for reassignments and payment cancellation as part of their model to make money. The QA and Support team are purely malicious, and any issues among writers will be referred to the HR which is basically more toxic where you meet Mia Palmer, Naomi Wilson, Riley Hampton. I can say Joel Walsh was fair and understanding. However, this company can make one go mental just because of a QA that will check your orders and give comments even when they are not well versed with your field. Sometimes, QA agents provide comments and later the client revokes the content written as per QA directives and they will not take the blame. Actually, they will reassign you with a huge fine if you don't correct the content which they made you write out of your will. It is clear as it can get, avoid these people.
Here is a specific scenario that made me quit on 24th March 2022. I worked on a 14-page work where drafts were needed and once, I uploaded the draft the QA would check and provide guidance on how to continue. After sending 3 successful drafts (developing from 3 page to 10 page), I finally sent the final 14page (within final deadline). So, as usual, they provided comments where I acted on them and then the second time, they sent a reduced number of comments (as compared to the first time). On addressing, these comments, I was reassigned with the reason that I misspelt Sinha for Singh. Worst of all, I was fined -$67.20. So, my question is, after working bit by bit, under QA supervision till completion of the order, I don't get to be paid, but rather, I pay the company $67.20. So inhumane, and they could not allow me to explain, because the QA acts as if they know everything. I have always had an attitude in life and felt toxic, all because of working here. I came clear and told both the HR, QA and support, to clearly do the orders themselves, as I quit- and now I am liberated. This company will literally reduce your lifespan as daily you wake up feeling hurt, disrespected and oppressed. Modern slavery. The company is run by people who are worse than murderers because I have seen a friend hitting a wall hard because of frustration. I am writer and what hurst a writer most, is spending valuable time and intellectual resources on working an order, only to end up having a negative compensation on the same order. I pity any person seeking to work here. I wish there could be a place to attach my bonus/fines section from my hub account. They can fine you, reassign and then give a new writer the same work they said is urgent - more than 3 days.
On this account, one order can be handled by 5 writers where the first 4 writers have been reassigned with a negative which is part of the malicious scheme. I have worked for hub for a significant period and trust me, if you can run, that's not enough, you need to fly away and never get anywhere close to this people. But maybe experience is a good teacher, so - it's up to new writers to decide.
Within just 3 months my ID *******, you will find new writers with ID *******, meaning more than 300,000 writers have been recruited, but on the platform, the easiest job will have only 130 bids. I have been hurt seriously and wouldn't like anyone to suffer on their hands, especially I don't want such kind of atrocities and toxicity to be perpetuated on honest people.
Worst company ever
For you to even complete one order, it will take forever, with QA messing you around and support won't listen to anything about time or work issues. They will just give you an ultimatum,. If you don't send by the time, we will fine and reassign to another expert- who is definitely a victim of the same vicious cycle.
The company has survived this long because of a high number of learned individuals in Kenya, Nigeria, India, Pakistan and other developing countries who are really desperate. I wish other companies would face off this malicious people.
I can literally explain about this company the whole day but I have to go.
When you leave this company, don't forget to go and go forever

Tip for consumers:
Never use the site just because of its QA and fine policies. Do you want to get stuck doing one order for 5 days while you could work for other companies and maybe do 3 or more orders during the same time? I regret wasting my time here. If it is your first time, you can try and be a lesson for others.

Please, be advised that a fine is an extreme measure taken only if the writer breaks the agreement of providing a quality paper on time. Each writer has the opportunity to evaluate the order's deadline and complexity before starting the work; in case the writer realizes that they are not able to meet the paper's requirements, they can ask to reassign them from the order, and if it is requested in a timely manner, no fine will be applied.
However, if the expert took the order and then failed to meet its deadline or its requirements, they put at risk not only one order but also the whole company's income and reputation.
We never force the writers to work on the orders they are not experienced in; we also never force the writers to take orders if they are unsure they can meet the deadline. Therefore, we heavily rely on the writers' responsibility, and we are forced to take measures if it is not handled well.
As for our QA Department, their main goal is to guide the writer and make sure that the customer's instructions are followed. Their comments are based only on the customer's instructions, academic standards, and common sense. Also, the order is never reassigned because of only one typo; it can be reassigned only due to numerous content issues, fake citations, or plagiarism. QA's aim is not to criticize the writer as much as possible but to make sure that the order is completed on time and that it follows initial requirements. QA does not benefit anyhow from the writer's reassignments or fines; it benefits only from the final product of high quality, just like any writer does.
We are also very open to discussing and removing unfair fines; all account managers encourage their writers to inform about unjustified penalties. If writers do not get proper assistance from the department that applied the fine, the account managers are always there to intervene.
As far as we can see, your account manager decided to terminate your account due to numerous instances of poor-quality papers provided, not following the customer's instructions, plagiarism, and lateness. We admit that failure to follow basic algorithms and quality standards may result in fines or even account termination. This information is not hidden, it is in our policy, and we remind our writers about this from their first day at work.

I had completed my five orders and I applied for promotion.It almost one week I have not received any comment from the HR. I am highly discouraged.
