I have been with writers hub since January this years and I could say it is among the best site to work with, however you have to be a good writer to work efficiently with them. I am a senior writer currently, and I get paid some good amount of money. So its up to the writer not the company. But I could suggest, they increase the cost per page to start even from $3.5 as this will satisfy most writers.
These guys kept me on probation as a new writer. I did SEVEN free papers as the HR department delayed to upgrade my account. Next thing I notice, the account was closed! After doing quality work to guarantee a preassigned order "REcommended by customer." They ripped me $80!
A big scam. Keep off!
Dear Alelz, our conditions clearly state that you need to write only 5 small projects on trial. You were not required to take more and only had to wait patiently for the evaluation of our HR Dept. Unfortunately, we are forced to close the accounts of those writers whose writing skills are poor and uploaded papers are not written in line with requirements. That is what the probation period is for – to assess the writer’s abilities. The decision to close your profile was based on a careful evaluation of all orders you completed on probation. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Most people do not know where I draw my money from. Some say I am a house husband with a stable internet watching movies with my daughter 24/7 while my wife is hustling as a breadwinner. What they don't know is that I am at all time working from the comfort of my house. While they commute to and from work, I comfortably take my office sit within minutes. What is important, I get better remuneration from Writershub.org than most of those working from their employers' offices. Thanks to Writershub.org. Writershub.org is BAE :)
Dear Geoffrey, thank you for your positive review of our platform. We enjoy working with you too.
The fine policy is one of the crooked one. QA will always be inconsistent and frustrate writers for no goo reason. They are a total scam. Never try it. They always try to justify their crooked way same as what i see in the reviews but will never hear the writers. With all the work of QA even clients rate them poorly. Now i understand they are a scam
Dear writer, we are sorry your experience with Writershub has been negative.
However, our QA Department follows the same instructions as you do while working on the order. They are responsible for making sure the customer's requirements are followed. If you feel that QA comments are contradictory, you may always share your thoughts with them. In case your concerns are not properly addressed, you are welcome to ask your account manager to intervene.
This company is the worst writing company you will ever come across. They have fees for everything and they apply them liberally. They pay you literally garbage. You would make more money picking through the trash looking for recyclables to sell. I am no stranger to the writing gig. I have worked for a broad range of companies. Even with all of my experience, this company trumped up all different sorts of fees and penalties to apply, which were, naturally, very undeserving. I lost almost as much money as I earned. If you want to lose all your money, go ahead and try it out. You'll learn it for yourself. I should have listened to the advice other reviewers had written, and I regret it.
Dear Abe, fines are applied only for poor quality works, delays in paper submission, and plagiarism. We do not take any fees for account maintenance. If you had an unfair fine, you can dispute it by contacting our Billing Dept. We will review the case and get back to you with the resolution. Thank you in advance!
These people are not satisfied with the money they get as brokers. They will fine you to death for anything. Anything! And they will justify it with the 'check the terms and conditions' nonsense. They have such a perfect way of treating their writers poorly. Their eventual collapse will not be a surprise.
Y'all will reap bountiful from the way you mistreat your writers.
Thanks for your review. The fines which exist on our platform are regulated in the policy each writer reviews and accepts before beginning the cooperation. The writer's rights are protected by the same policy. Any unfair fine can be disputed with Support, QA or HR team.
I have worked with the company for over one year and I can confidently say that it is the best or among the best online writing websites you will find online. The company is strict on quality and hence, you may find challenges if you are just venturing on writing. I began at junior level but as I have grown the account, I have been entrusted with bigger jobs and bigger pay. I highly recommend it for any person with long term prospect on writing.
Dear Daniel, we are glad to know that you like working with us. Keep up the good work!
I applied as a writer and was told to do five assignments before before being reviewed by their hr team so that I can be out of probation and start earning. They only reviewed two essays and so I was out. This is so unfair.
Thanks for your review. Accounts never get terminated without a reason on our platform. Please, contact us via hr@writershub.org for the details.
I have worked with the company under different accounts for different writers and the support is responsive and well treating until the season is off peak or you commit so many mistakes. This company is awesome for all new writers. Please separate the platforms for probation and paid accounts.
Dear Edgar, thank you for your review of our website. We are glad that you enjoy our cooperation. Please note that we are responsive during low and high seasons equally as our support is 24/7 and is obligated to reply to all writers' queries in a timely manner. As for separating the platform for different level accounts, we cannot do it since we use only one website for posting all offers. Thank you for understanding.
Trivialities cause unreasonable fines. When one tries to argue his or her opinion regarding payment issues, they are slapped with further fines. I did zero-sum work for more than two months where the amount i earned equaled the fines they slapped me with curious accuracy. I wasted two months of my life with these scammers. In trying to defend myself, they closed my account with the excuse that i was spamming their mail! Incredulous!
Dear Vokey, we do not fine writers unless there is a serious violation of of our policy in place (rules of cooperation, your responsibilities as a writer and quality standards). We are absolutely sure that you were provided a satisfactory explanation regarding the consequences of a particular penalty. If you still have any questions, you are welcome to contact our Support Team and you will be given detailed and timely feedback.
I have written for writershub over a year. The site is great but the support is so strict and will fine you for no good reason. Especially when you take long papers you will end up uncompensated and fined as well. At first the site does not compensate you for the first five orders which I believe is not fair since the writer has already passed the site tests. They take like forever to pay, unlike other sites where you can withdraw your cash anytime
Update: Disregard the response by the company's representative on this review, do not be sweettalked to working on Writershub. I have over 7 years experience having used multiple platforms but Writershub stands out among the worst in regard to Fines and Reassigning of orders. Writerhub is the biggest scam!
Dear Alfred, we have a clear payment policy, according to which all writers are paid on individual payment dates if there are at least $50 on the balance. If you were unjustly fined, feel free to contact our Billing Dept. to dispute a fine. If the fine is unfair, it will be reconsidered. If you have any other concerns, you are welcome to express them to the HR Dept. as we are doing our best to make the working process comfortable for our writers.
I remember doing a long paper which was divided into three parts. When I uploaded the paper, the client accepted the first part and asked for revision on the remaining parts which I did and was satisfied. After submitting the paper, the QA started returning the paper for revision more than 8 times with different instructions yet the client is ok with it. Later I requested the QA to reassign the two parts which were to be revised. Later I saw the paper had been marked as completed With a fine from that $#*!ing QA. Later after two days, my account was terminated claiming I did not follow clients instructions. The worst company to deal with. Nkt
Dear Santos, our QAD does not reassign projects for no reason as they are interested in having one writer complete the full paper, and not divide it between several writers. Some kind of misunderstanding may have occurred, so please contact our HR Dept. Our HR managers will look at the situation objectively and provide you with the resolution of the case. Thank you in advance!
The very frustrating thing is that they fine you for silly mistakes with the excuse of quality. They don't investigate any issue regarding the objection of the client. Even if they investigate, the process of fining a writer is not transparent. They always support the client over their writers. No partial fine they always fine you fully.
Imagine spending the whole night while working on an urgent paper, only for the order to be reassigned without notice. Does it mean the paper I submitted received a 0 score? Even if the paper failed to follow some requirements, why couldn't it be placed on revision status? Even if the client insisted on assigning the paper to another writer, why couldn't I be paid 1/4 of the order value? And remember this is after the client had asked me to submit the URLs for all the sources used via the chat section. I did all this at no additional payment. This is unfair... this is slavery... this is inhumanity.
Dear Michael, we have a system of fines and bonuses which is transparent and followed by all our representatives, including the QA specialists. We do have partial compensation if a writer completes part of the project successfully. If you were unfairly fined, please contact our Billing Dept. We will investigate the issue and if that is the case, the fine will be reconsidered. Thank you!
These guys are crooks they obtain high paying jobs and pay the writers cents for the same. They obtain jobs under the platform. wwwritingservice.com/ which they later pay nothing to the writers. They have poor support, mostly reassign jobs without at the expense of the writers. The company has a habit of delaying your payment too. Issues addressed to support or hr are mostly poorly responded to. Its the WORST company you can ever work for. DO NOT TRY YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED
Dear Frank, we are sorry for the negative experience you have had with our company. Please review our Payment Policy. There is a detailed description of the four reasons for which an order can be rescheduled to the next payroll. If you have trouble finding the necessary page, please ask your account manager for help or contact HR Dept. at hr@writershub.org. Thank you in advance!
I had a fairly big order LAST YEAR NOVEMBER, and quality assurance department CLAIMS the customer complained about the order. They have been holding my pay for four months now, claiming that they are waiting to hear back from the customer. At this piont, I don't think I'm ever going to get paid, and they stole money that I needed for expenses. I almost got kicked out of my apartment because of them! I couldn't buy my family any Christmas gifts either. Do yourself a favor. Stay away from these scam artists.
Dear Jessie, please contact our HR Dept. at hr@writershub.org to clarify the situation with the project in question. To review your case, we need to know its ID number and a short description of the issue. We pay according to your individual payroll dates but the approval of big projects may take longer. Please do contact us so we could solve the problem. Thank you in advance!
Good company to work with, they have very friendly support and a lot of interesting projects. In peak seasons the flow of orders is pretty big but I wish they had more during low seasons.
Dear Nati, thank you for sharing your experience. Your positive feedback is much appreciated.
Read the title and know this is true. They have a number of penalties for writers. Saying that they penalize you for sneezing too much or going to the bathroom is only a slight exaggeration. You contact them over a matter more than once, you get a penalty. You get an unjust negative feedback, penalty. If they screw up an order where you cannot possibly meet the deadline, a huge penalty that they always refuse to reverse. If you think you can avoid it, line up with all the suckers who said, oh, all I have to do is avoid doing those things, and I will not get a penalty. It doesn't happen, because you get blamed for EVERYTHING under the sun. Don't be offended please. I thought with my writing experience, I knew all of the ins and outs of paper mills, but even with all of my experience, they managed to heap so many penalties on me, all undeserved, even if they BEGGED me to work for them again on their hands and knees and promised me a room full of gold, I would never work for them again. It was like falling from purgatory into hell. Take it from an ex sucker. Never consider this company. There are better ones out there. And by the way, they have only 20% of the business that other companies have, and their customer service reps are the worst too. They are rude and bossy, and you never get any answers or get anything resolved. It's like anti-help. That's if you're lucky to get them on the telephone at all.
Dear Ronie, you state it yourself that you delayed papers and received negative feedback from clients. According to our policy, these issues lead to fines. Please submit all papers on time or inform us in advance that you cannot do it. As for customers' feedback, if you received any negative comments, you can contact your account manager and have him or her review the case. If the feedback is unfair, the fine will be removed. We reply to all writer's queries and are happy to solve the issues if any. If you did not get a response to any of your messages, please contact us at hr@writershub.org and we will look into the issue.
Why would you close a newly bought account, like just in the registration process. Just like that pocket a huge amount of money earned by toil and sweat.
Dear Kerubo, please, be advised that our policy strictly prohibits reselling or transferring accounts to any third party and we do not make any exceptions to this rule.
If you would like to join our platform, please, submit your application, make sure you provide valid personal information and we will be glad to consider your application.
This company redefines modern day slavery for its employees. How can you pay a junior writer &10 to complete a six page paper? STOP EXPLOITING JUNIOR WRITERS WHILE YOU GENERATE profits.
I understand clients pay handsomely to receive quality work. However, how do you expect a writer who is exploited and underpaid to deliver quality work?
Dear Jay,
Please note that the prices posted on the website are just recommended by our system and are negotiable, so you are welcome to place bids for higher compensation if the offered one does not match your expectations. All bids are considered by our Support Team and orders are assigned not depending on the automatically set prices. You are welcome to contact our HR Dept. to request further clarifications regarding the CPP for Junior writers in our company. We will gladly address all concerns you might have.
Thank you for understanding.
This is the worst company ever. They don't pay and impose heavy fines for no reasons. Do you know that they pay as low as $0.40? They assign you orders and reassign them and fine you for reassigning the orders to other writers. Writers avoid this company, don't be stressed and frustrated because your trying to earn some cash. WRITERS RUN AWAY WHEN YOU SEE HUB. WORST SUPPORT EVER, THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO FRUSTRATE YOU AND TAKE AWAY ALL YOUR EARNINGS.
Dear Victoria, please note that we do not have prices of $0.40 per page. Prices range from about $2 per page for proofreading and can go up to $15 per page for complex writing from scratch. Reassignment may occur in case of quality issues or delays in product delivery. If you do not understand the reason for reassignment of any order, please contact our team to clarify and you will get a detailed explanation about what went wrong. We hope to sort out any unresolved issue.
Writers Hub has a rating of 1.4 stars from 77 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Writers Hub most frequently mention worst company and support team. Writers Hub ranks 312th among Writing sites.
Dear Ferdinand,
We are glad to hear that you enjoy working on our platform!
As for price per page, apart from the basic salary for each order, we offer extra bonuses due to the good performance.
You may contact your account manager to inquire about them, they will be glad to provide some useful information on how to earn or increase your bonuses.
